Staff charming and available, good value for money but room a small and a bit dated. It's great when you're in there for a night in front of the train station. Hotel very well soundproof.

I do not recommend this hotel, room and sanitary too small, no hot water, no hot beverage vending machine.

Very nice hotel and especially convenient as facing the station of Rouen. The rooms are rather large but the bathrooms are not practical. Also the rooms are poorly insulated from the noise. The staff are very welcoming and professional.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean rooms, great location and friendly staff.

Great accommodation at a great price. Close to the station and plenty of restaurants.

Not well slept, we share the night with the neighbors, yes the shower also, we hear the Street. The shower too small no curtains, the breakfast we sell you the dream you get paid in the evening when you Arrived. And you understand PK in the Morning. Short. I'm Not coming Back.

It is a depressing hotel, room too small, you hear the voices bursts even 2 floors below. Go your way to this Property.

Hotel dilapidated, rooms of another era, toilet at 10cl of the door, so impossible to close and cigarette holes in the bedspread…

We booked very late in the evening… but a reservation for 2 Rooms and breakfast was no problem. Service was really helpfull und freindly. The rooms/ beds were ok…! If you want just to sleep and no big luxus is needed, this hotel is perfect…

Positive: staff at the reception is kind and helpful. Location is not bad, 15 min of walking from the centre. Negative: outdated room, veeery small bathroom (together with toilet), water flushing badly in the toilet, no shower curtains so it was flooding the bathroom, small double bed, broken elevator (not easy to move with a baby), stale smell in the room. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and one of the rooms was not cleaned the next day. The walls are badly isolated so we could hear people talking, walking outside the room and even TV in another room. Despite this disappointing accomodation, we enjoyed Rouen a lot. I would not recommend this hotel unless one needs to spend one night there being close to railway station.

Please do not go in this hotels. Dirty rooms and rigid bed with thin walls that you will make you hear everything is going on in the whole hotel.
