Very good, very clean, good welcome.

Stayed the one night on our way back to the ferry. Good location and easy to find. The outside of the hotel looked in need of a face-lift but don’t let that put you off, inside was clean and tidy and the room was very good for a budget hotel. Breakfast was to a good standard.

Great place if going across channel and heading south. Our room was quiet during the night, bed was comfortable, spotlessly clean, for the price the breakfast was very adequate. Was had car issues and lovely Toyota garage was 500m up the road. Didn't have to vacate room until midday. Win-win. One beware — entrance is from road parallel to main road.

Clean rooms with x2 sockets and x1 USB for charging essential gadgets! Main and bunk beds very comfortable with great pillows. Double windows (on highway side) to keep noise out. Shower worked and there was plenty of hot water even though the hotel was quite busy. No noise, even from the highway adjacent due to a double window system. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was more than acceptable with a selection of bread, cheese, cereal, yoghurt and tea/coffee. Will definitely use again.

TRAFFIC NOISE ALL NIGHT! Rooms are small but clean and ok for budget hotel. I got an hours sleep 7-8.30am due to traffic jam stopping the traffic. Also could hear people in other rooms and corridoors talking and banging doors. Arrived 2130 reception closed but booked using automatic booking which worked well. Allocated room 130 which faces the autoroute. People sitting outside staying at hotel smoking drugs. Not nice as gave impression it is used for social housing? Couldn't sleep due to traffic noise and juggernaughts outside window. Might be better if you dont get a room actually facing motorway! The windows are double glazed but have air vents that also let the noise in. Very hot in the room (air con not working) but can't open window due to motorway outside window. Expected better from Ibis. For 60 euros you can do better locally. I pointed this out to reception but not partularly interested. Said she'd check cctv for drug smokers but unless it has a cannabis smell detector I'm not sure why she would check cctv?

Clean comfortable rooms. Large car park. Courtpaille restaurant about 100m out of the gate to the right.

The worst hotel of all!
A hotel that a serious maintenance was scheduled and they kept the reservations. All about money, no respect for the clients! No warnings in english, no letters in the room. Just a paper at the Front Desk in french that we did not notice because we arrived at night and checked in by a machine. So, there was NO water in the morning! Surprise!
YES! NO WATER! We complained about it and the manager LIED at the Trip Advisor saying we accepted it! L-I-E! We did not accept it… we complained many times at the Reception. And they kept saying to wait, that should be fixed in one hour and took THREE HOURS! We couldn’t leaving because we didn’t have water to shower or even to brush our teeth. I was driving to the UK and I lost the time at the ferry in Calais because of them.
Do NOT stay in this hotel! Again: they do not respect the clients! And they LIE to you to try to keep their reputation! Never again in this Ibis and I am avoiding all Accor Hotels.

Very good hotel! Room quite modern all renovate! Breakfast more than OK!
Only small downside the bathroom delimited by a simple curtain. Otherwise very good stay in this hotel!

We stayed at this hotel for a night on our way to Calais it's friendly clean they have a good selection on the breakfast bar, we will always stay here.

Great hotel for the price! Free parking, right near the highway and near a tram stop that gets you into downtown Rouen in a few minutes. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly as well.

Perfectly decent budget hotel in a handy location near the motorway. Clean, pleasant and polite staff.

The hotel itself is fine. Clean and tidy with good facilities such as secure parking and the easy self checking. Good location for the tram into town. Couple of things more aimed at guests… 1. If you come in late (past midnight) BE QUIET! 2. Have some presence of mind that the doors slam loudly and you repeatedly knocking on doors to get into friends rooms is also annoying! 3. If you leave early. Close the doors quietly. Woken up repeatedly by inconsiderate people.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Level landscaping, it's just what it takes for a short stay.

Absolutely perfect. Clean rooms and breakfast room, helpful and friendly staff, who, given I stated that I would prefer a ground floor room due to mobility problems, gave us a ground floor room with a super wet room. So nice not to step over a lip to get into a too small cubicle. Would definately recommend this hotel and will use again in our trips back to the UK from sw france.

Affordable and clean room. Staying here for a night. Reception is nice and friendly. Spacious enough for a foldable baby bed.

Dirty, Incredibly hot, right next to main road so unable to open windows.

Hotel of thieves that charges you an extra night for a smell of tobacco in the room without having smoke in that. This woman.
Not close to return to this hotel or the stewardship leaves to be desired!

Hotel and rooms clean but… No reception after 21H, system with little code easy especially QD it rains downpour, parking large open early in the morning so do not leave luggage DS the car, bathroom in the separate room with a fabric curtain!
Breakfast without ambition… Don't deserve his stars!

Well worth the price. Nice and clean room. Good shower. Parking gate closes during the night. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff.

Perfect for what we needed. One night before continuing our journey. Very helpful staff even gave us an extra soft towel for our baby girl and sweeties for our other children. Clean, no smoking allowed in the rooms and free Wi-Fi. Would recommend.

Nicely refurbished after our last stay. Very comfortable beds.

Clean and modern hotel,
Small flat for the lack of air conditioner in the room and the immediate proximity of a fast lane not allowing to sleep the window open.

Clean, modern and just what you need for that overnight stay.

Booked due to requiring secure parking at late notice — stop off enroute to euro tunnel.
Although room was clean & the car was safe in a secure free car park on site that's about the extent of the positive points.
The room was very small, very hot (no fan) & the constant traffic outside made it appear you were sleeping on the central reservation of a motorway.
I did make reference to this at reception the next morning (as it's closed/unsupervised at night) to be told 'I sleep hear and haven't noticed' with a casual/dismissive shrug of the shoulders.
One night, was one too many & had it not been we had a car full & a roof box of belonging we would have found somewhere else to stay.

Very noisy, no Aircon, very little sleep!

Clean and standard for ibis budget, watch out for entrance by car — only accesible from the 'highway' (you cannot enter from Le Petit Quevilly side)

Very good value, clean, free-Wi-Fi, quiet. All for a great price.

Hotel, painting largely faded, friendly, are year-round in hotels is one of the worst hotel that I do.
