On the road to Caen,
I was recommended by my direction to sleep at this hotel, unfortunately small disappointment that I will climb to this one.
-The welcome OK
-Room and cleanliness OK
-Breakfast OK.
But most importantly in a hotel is of course the fact of being able to sleep thing that has not been the case for my part!
I had room 225 overlooking an alley that was the author of a youth camp or evening Edith Piaf…
In short I guess the hotel or room in question is very poorly insulated on the outside.
That is why I would not recommend this hotel because at this price there, the night should only go well this!

Bed comfortable but staff very good and responsible nice however to have to make a donation in the bed after a long road.

The hotel is disgusting. The staff at the reception is not fluent in any language other than French. And he doesn't even try to explain himself to the guests. Usually good. I go there often. Last time it was a real mess because a Filipino crew was drunk and took a mess without a name until at least two o'clock in the morning. They were on the ground and I was on the second floor. I managed to sleep but I pity the occupants who were closer.

Hotel more than adequate for the price. Room large enough, shower with pressure! (It has been a pleasure for the shampoos). Nice staff! Secure Parking. I would recommend this hotel.

Just what it takes to sleep
Not charming but still a good ibis.

I kept waiting for 2 hour at the door, (which was closed) for someone to process my checkin. Rooms are good + breakfast. The best part is — 'nearby lane I found a good restaurant managed by a young couple with a cute baby.

Clean bedroom but the bathroom is very small and not easy to used.

DISAPPOINTING The facility was excellent for the price, however the customer service leaves much to be desired. The owner/director displayed a curt, impatient, patronizing and somewhat sarcastic disposition. She was argumentative, defensive and downright belligerent. She monopolized all verbal exchanges, barely allowing the customer to place a word. I booked a room for 1 day. The next day, I decided to book for 3 additional days. The receptionist mistakenly added only 2 more days, then had to correct herself, leaving me with two separate receipts and therefore 2 different room-codes for the same room. The director intimated that I should have known to use the code on the most recent receipt as if that was supposed to be common knowledge among lay people. I told her that since the receptionist omitted to indicate which of the two codes to use, logic dictated that I use the one printed on the receipt for the day of stay. But of course, the lady had to have the last word, retorting that she was sure her employee, whom she's had for 5 years, did everything she was supposed to do, that I was the one who probably forgot to take note of the info. And so on and so forth ad infinitum. I finally told her that I would leave the next morning and to reimburse me for the last two days. Which she seemed eager to do. I concluded that maybe she just did not like certain types of people in her hotel and told her so. She retorted that she was not a racist. I did not even mention race.
