Stunning 35-hectare site allowing access to beaches and coves. Pleasant staff. Spacious room, comfortable bed.

Very nice location… magnificent… very good meals… very good general welcome… beautiful things to see in the area…
But Considering the price even in VIP … it lacks service … in the rooms no hair dry no attention style soaps shower shampoo etc… Very simple room… I saw much better even cheaper …

Really disappointed, this was the first time we left with Belambra and we do not think to renew the experience! Deplorable welcome (arrival at 1pm, handing over keys at 7.30pm! ). Very cramped (especially the bathroom) and dilapidated. For the price we pay, we would have expected a whole other quality! The restoration was good and congratulations to the animation team who struggle to make us have a good time.

Big disappointment very expensive for no performance
No reception. No hygiene. No pool. No games for 4-year-olds (a simple swing and a mini slide! ) TVs that don't work! Balcony in a dismal state of crumbling paint and ramps puffed by thousands of ants!
Dirty room (unwashed duvets, stained sofa cover) bathroom deguelasses with a bowl whose bezel is dirty yellow color! A disgrace!
No hygiene when in the face of this health crisis, there must be more than ever!
Start by cleaning and disinfecting homes! Instead of having children put on masks from 6 years old and make people dance at the bowling alley rather than in front of the bar greenhouses like sardines without masks!
We were accommodated in a room for people with reduced mobility when we did not request it! They promise exceptional views facing the sea, we find ourselves face to face a building
We asked to be rehoused but no they don't want to!
We met a couple who took comfort option like us and them, for the same services stay in a room overlooking the sea!
No friendliness at the front desk! Nor with Deputy Director Megane, who has no profile at all to fill this position! She doesn't hesitate to disrespect customers!

I wanted to try Belambra but between 2 consultations in 48 hours the price increased by 300 euros for the same service on the same dates. I test again during one evening and there 200 EUR more in 2 hours interval. An unacceptable practice. Of course I went to look elsewhere and I will never go with them, I will also inform as many people as possible.

The site is beautiful. It is really a shame that the opening hours of the restaurant may also be reduced… last night 21h20 everything was tidy and almost no desserts! These are not times for vacation! The terrace offers a bar, where the service is very very slow … no table is cleaned. The home, on the first day, is detestable. Young woman condescending and explanations 2 mn chrono… for a first residence belambra …
The staff is not gracious, it may be a small problem of direction? This will be the first, and last stay in a belambra, it is a no-brainer! A pity the place is wonderful…

This year we have been seduced by the coves diving marine mask is a treat the only downside is that last year we came to three and had a home overlooking a beautiful view with a lounge and air conditioning in all rooms so this year we went back out for 15 days however there we were disappointed we were always three, but for 15 days we had a very small apartment with one air-con in one room and a fan with timer, great when it stops in the middle of the night you have to get up to turn it back on because it made hot to revise and facing a wall of trees not of view. Restoration this year was really not terrible compared to the last year, but otherwise overall the animators are great, especially bobo bravo to you continue like that.

I'm on vacation in the club and quite disappointed. — Bathroom very cramped and smelling of mould with a wall of shower missing,
— On the terrace of the bar, glasses lying around, and tables that remained dirty and nobody reacts (4 people at the bar and no one on the terrace to clean it up),

— More soap in the TOILETS from 19:00,
— Suds of 7kg€ 5! and a bad quality of the wash

A low level of service and maintenance.

We spent an excellent stay in family in the Coves. Meals are served buffet-style, varied and of high quality! the accommodation is comfortable, only the bathroom a little cramped. A big thank you to maxime, aymerik and all the team for the programme of entertainment and shows that you have been able to offer us. We have a good laugh. Everything has been well chosen, and the content was quality. The situation of the hotel is outstanding. The 1st Creek is â a 3-minute walk. The main beach is 5 minutes. We loved the breakfast on the terrace with the view on the island of Porquerolles rhythmically to the singing of the goëlands. We can only advise you to leave your suitcases! you will see you can not do without and this is the 3rd time that we go there.

Super club is everything atmosphere, sun, beach coves and animations at the top, the kids club is at the top of the olympics are always smiling pleasant, the restaurant is well-I would say suitable level of power only problem is the morning coffee fro it is better to take it to the bar even if paying a Bartender to be very nice also, parents ' night out o top atmosphere available, but thanks to jo, Jc, Greg, and others who provide thank you we will keep a good souvenir!

A place excellent, apartments very property, site spotless, clean and welcoming. The kids club is top-notch and the animators also including the cocktail hour. A flat on the food. The restaurant is like the rest : very welcoming and the food is good overall. On the other hand: no coffee or tea except in the morning, and it is of the soluble coffee machine (really not good). A good coffee would be appreciated especially in the full board. Fruits: not in season and not ripe (apples bananas kiwis plums very hard). Fruit salad and fruit in syrup directly out of the tin. It is really a shame. The home of the allergic leaves something to be desired even after explanations.
