Good hotel in almost 3rd of the price of other hotels. Normally 3 people share the room, very basic breakfast but not bad in 40 Euro all inclusive.

Beware — the picture of the building (shown by Google) is correct, but the location is actually near Beachcomber Riviera, and not across the street. Across the street there's a different B&B (although I guess they're part of the same group). + Very nice staff + The room was super ok + They cleaned my room even if I only stayed 2 nights — The breakfast is expensive considering how poor the selection is — Not so easy to reach, if you have luggage the closest bus stops would seem a long walk (and they're up the hill)

Major Issue in Opening door. Had to call the reception several times a day for assistance with his "special tool" that he unfortunately could not make work properly. A lot of stress because of the risk of not being on time at meetings as room door did not open! Took 10 to 15 minutes each time to open…

Very quiet hotel in the forest, clean with shower and washbasin and WC in the room, television, very large bed and good mattress and the welcoming staff, we keep my husband and me a good memory of these 4 days and another stay in early July in the same chain.

Those who place little or no demands on a Hotel can book it. We were disappointed overall! Rooms very small, cheaply built and equipped! The Bathroom a single Disaster!

The cleanliness of the bathroom floor is to be reviewed to remove the spider webs CA and La.
The room unfortunately overlooks the entrance to the hotel and the guest have the wrong idea to discussed before, so under the window it is rather a matter of education, but may be a display could help.

Apart from the lack of room space and the bathroom, the whole remains correct for the price. The staff at the reception bring a plus and forgot the very sketchy side of the premises.

Pet Friendly! The receptionist is very nice and helpful, and loves the animals!
We have Not charged the 4 euros of the puppy and as we did not take the continental breakfast we have been invited to the breakfast cafes.
It'S Okay to spend a couple of nights. Although The rooms are small the size is correct in relation to the price. Everything's clean. The parking spaces are spacious. We'Ll be Back without hesitation.

Clean, quite, good for budget. But transportation is diffecult unless you have car.

As the whole chain the value for money is optimal. It is not a hotel to go on holiday but for people like me it goes away for work. Positive points, located in the green, the rich breakfast. Bad points, there is no phon in the room and there are no restaurants to walk to.

Very good hotel in Sophia Antipolis at competitive prices and home with hostesses who are friendly.

Comfortable room, Wi-Fi of very good quality. The temperature in the room just deserves to be slightly higher. Everything else is very correct and the location in Sophia Antipolis is convenient.

The room was small, but lovely. The interior design was such that it was very convenient. The Wi-Fi internet was fast and great. But the best quality on this particular hotel was the personnel: Very courteous, very helpful, very accommodating, and certainly went the extra mile to help me: — Lent me an adapter for my laptop for the duration of the week. — Allowed me the use of their printer. — Gave me directions around town. — And ordered me cabs. I couldn't have asked for more.

Rooms are very cozy and nice. Breakfast isn't so good though.

Hotel at the attractive price of the chain B&B hotel Sophia Antipolis is located just to the side of the international academy of tennis Mouratoglou, parking, huge allows the access to the bus as well as the parking, the position of the hotel is right in the centre of the centre for information technology in the most important of Europe, finally the hotel has a lift which serves the upper floors for more comfort to the elderly or in a wheelchair.

The only point of criticism is the consideration of towels that are systematically changed in spite of the indication of eco, we are trying to follow, and that is not by the cleaning teams. This is the case for almost all hotels, unfortunately.

Easy access, the staff and friendly and welcoming, the rooms are well-appointed and homely just lack the heating (I find the room a little cold).

Value for money Near Sophia Antipolis. Near a wooded circuit for relaxation. Just missing a restore point to avoid taking back the car. The reception is friendly, we forget that it is a chain.

It smells the sewers in the hotel room and mostly in the shower. It looks clean but the smell is unbearable even though I was in the second floor.

They are open 24/7 it's convenient. The shower is great even though it is plastic. The system for toilet paper and shower soap are not terrible. TV and Wi-Fi connection correct.

Hotel was very basic and small. Bed was comfortable, and there wasn't noise during the night. There is also air conditioner for the hot summer days. There was nothing to eat at night, so you should either order a pizza or you should think about bringing something. Room smelled terrible when I arrived, since the shower smells like sewer. After closing the shower door, it was ok. Nevertheless, this is not acceptable in a hotel.

One towel for two person. Rooms are top small.

The first night of my stay I noticed the heating wasn't working properly so it was cold. I let the reception desk know the following morning and they tried to fix it, but couldn't so they offered another room.

Terrible customer service. My bag was delayed by the airline. The airline later delivered the bag at the reception. The bag had my name tagged. They never told me about it, even though I asked many times if some airline company delivered a bag for me. Only when I showed them the email confirmation from the airline company, they looked carefully in their storage room and found my bag.

Super bed. A bit noisy. Very well received. Clean room. Ideal for a short stay.

Very good report quality price! Good service, breakfast 6€, only one small fault to it is the bathroom directly in the room.

Clean, friendly, good location and good price 9 minutes from MARINELAND quiet road.
