I want to say that I was particularly disappointed with the hotel being saying 3 stars and not at all matches the photos listed on the site.
The person has a very courteous and smiling welcome.
Fortunately we only stayed one night on July 20, 2018.

Convenient to Monaco — just a 5 minute walk to the train station and then 10 minutes by train — and much cheaper than staying in Monaco. You get what you pay for: the room is clean but small with few amenities, and housekeeping didn't come in between days. The town is pretty sleepy with nit much going on, but you're a close walk to the beach.

Excellent reception, very good breakfasts, spacious and impeccable room, deserves more than 2 stars.

Average room but comfortable. Breakfast included in the price of the night. Very friendly staff. Warm and almost family atmosphere. I would recommend this property.

Not very large rooms. Small beds. Breakfast is normal, something basic but it's OK and from very early on. Friendly service. Very close to the beach.

The staff at the hotel is very nice, very professional and good advice. Train to 8mn on foot to get around at lower cost. Restaurant nearby.

Nice staff Expensive breakfast. Tiny room and with sewer smell, but clean and bright. The rooms are divided by very thick walls and even by locked doors, as a result you hear everything other guests do. Excellent location near the coast and the main premises.

Hotel very well placed! close to the sea… The staff were very friendly… The night person is adorable… On the other hand the rooms not very soundproof but very clean … We'll be back…

Well located hotel on Menton. Very good reception. Languages spoken French and Italian English. Clean and spacious rooms. Free Wi-Fi access, the flow is not fast but allows you to view the messages. Large bathroom. Possibility to park in secure basement. Full breakfast. Insulation between the correct rooms. The price of the room is correct.

My girlfriend forgot her bag in the hotel room. When we called to send them to us, we were only accused of being our school and it was too complicated for them to be sent. The staff is not at all helpful and pushes the problem by themselves. Apparently, it's even asking too much to just send the apartment key. So now we have to replace the locks. All in all a big Entteschung and not weiterzuempfelen.

Good location, clean room, nickel bedding Well firm, we are staying two night, quiet place, superb view at the neighbor, would miss a piece of furniture in the water and in the room to put the business, price a little too expensive for the location.
