Nice new rooms, Good front desk service on checkin and check out. There was an used tissue between the desk and the wall from a previous guest that was never cleaned up and the water in the room was never replenished. I also found the shower mixer a little confusing at first. The new lobby looks good but was getting painted when I was there. Thank you.

Good hotel with beautiful views. Not very close to the central area, comfortable parking. Clean and well-stocked rooms, but not very large. Many have a nice terrace. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well-organized common areas, including swimming pools. Kitchen in the middle, with breakfast not very plentiful. Average prices for the location.

Well located on the Helicopter Landing Site, as well as at the Port. All easy to reach from here in short Distances. Bus Station around the Corner. During our Visit, it was built there, so 1 Star less. Staff very friendly.

Your staff from the front desk to the wait staff was excellent. Your bar maid (red hair, piercings) was the best bartender I have ever encountered. She was friendly, knowledgable and made the best martini I have ever tasted. As a person who travels a lot and appreciates the convenience of eating at the hotel, your food is nothing short of terrible. I do not like using such a strong description but my experience was this bad. This is a wonderful hotel in a great location with great staff, the food must change.

The hotel is located in a very quiet residence. It has a heated swimming pool outside. The room was perfect.

This is a lovely hotel in a good location on the outskirts of the city. It is near to a bus stop which takes you into the centre of Monaco. The front overlooks the beautiful Rose Garden. The room was very comfortable and room service was excellent with fresh towels every day. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant was very dark — I am not sure if this is normal as there was some refurbishment going on but, if not, I would suggest brighter lighting as it was very hard to see and made it difficult for my elderly mother who has limited sight. The breakfast was very good. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times in the evening and the food was excellent, although very large portions! We were told we had a sea view but this was quite limited. The pool is nice. I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel with great Wi-Fi. Very clean room. Very noisey during the day due to renovation work, but I was warned of this at check in. I did enjoy my stay at the Columbus.

I often come to this hotel. This time though it was undergoing renovation. Three days between deafening noise and dust.

We were made welcome on arrival, and as my wife was celebrating a big birthday, you very kindly up grade our room to a suite, which was very nice and thank you very much. Breakfast was available to us in our deal, and we had plenty of options each day. Yes we knew you had the builders in, and that's why you didn't get a 5 rating. Only a couple of minor points we had to ask each day for tea and coffee refills for our room, also the TV was very slow to load, I can remember back years ago when you turned it on, and got a picture straight way, now you have to wait ages for it to load, then very little choice. But would recommend your hotel to anyone who asks, look forward in the future to sampling a full refurbished New Columbus Hotel.

Very elegant and clean Hotel, I was only one night for work, but the experience was very positive.
The rooms are very large and cozy, the cleanliness is unimpeachable, even in the hallways.
The Intercontinental breakfast included organic produce and the pastry was fresh (not frozen).
The underground parking (25 €/night) is essential, since the parking spaces on the outside are almost non-existent.

Great place in a nice spot with some pleasant restaurants nearby. The hotel is nice, but is currently undergoing some improb=vement. The room I stayed in was really nice and was recently updated. The bed was huge and comfortable. Everything in the room was great and all the staff were very nice. The valet parking was a nice touch, being able to hav=nd over the keys and have it parked and delivered back to me was much easier. A couple of things need looking at to make this hotel perfect. Those are: Bottles of water in the room. Coffee and milk in the tea making facilities. A table on the balcony. Other than that, it was a great trip in a nice hotel.

Great room overlooking the water. Decor was a little dated, but the hotel was in The middle of a total makeover. A little noisy during construction, but all work stopped by 5PM. Would go there again!

We loved it! The hotel is right by the sea and our room had a balcony with a beautiful sea view. The room was modern and very tastefully decorated. We were surprised on New Year's Eve with the house champagne (highly recommended) and Schockoladentrüffel in the room. Concierge service was great, car is parked and cleaned on request, suitcases are worn in the room, room services come musical polyphonic a day, breakfast can be ordered on the same day in the room and an ideal location to quickly walk to the restaurants Come and also enter the city to the sights. There is also a Hotelshuttelservice. We would love to come back!

Excellent quality of reception and personal service very attentive and friendly room nice and spacious but an ageing bedding and carpet and the bathroom needs a small renovation but the hotel is currently in works all these little details should go in order. The view from the room is beautiful and the area very quiet. The breakfast is a very high quality buffet which offers an extremely varied and complete choice of all sorts of excellent dishes.

The staff is really at the top on all points (both in concierge, reception, breakfast). In addition to their professionalism, each person is truly charming and attentive.

The service, the Concierge and the valet to the small care and frankly it pleases. The work is there and cleanliness is improving. For example, the condition of the carpet of the elevators not terrible. The room well, the bathroom could be in a better condition, example the basket for the towels is in a State, it could be changed, the woodwork is tired and swollen it is not very standing. Small or medium flat, breakfast, it is frankly too hot (at least 25 °) and the music too strong and worthy of a shop for young fringual so not adapted to the situation. Otherwise we'll come back without problems.

Have stayed here many times and would stay again. Love the staff, love the location & love the buffet breakfast. You can walk from the heliport! Lot's of good cafés & restaurant's in the area. For a 3 star hotel I'm impressed.

Facts. Booked 3 nights on business via company system. I missed one night due to my fault. Then airport in nice closed due to weather, missed another night (ended up sleeping in Frankfurt airport). I informed the hotel. Yes I know they have 3 night cancellation policy. They still charged me 2 x 25o euro for cancellation for both nights and 1 x 168 euro stay. Total price for one night ~ 650 euro, they did not want to even consider not charging me for at least one night. I called them even. Horrible rip off. Staff was unable to bring the manager. COME ON! I will do ALL IN MY power for my company to remove them from the list of approved hotels globally, so their entire chain will not have our business any more. Not that they care… this is not how you treat a customer! pathetic!

Very good location of the hotel. If you`ll have a sea-view room, order breakfast to the room and have it on the balcony) For my point of view the interior design speaks like "I was luxury 20 years ago" crocodile leather in the lifts?! really? nowdays it looks funny) other things was good the stuff was polite and hospitable.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel staff was very nice had a treat for our honeymoon room and lovely rooms only one thing the breakfast wasn't good cold water for tea wasn't warm had to tell them to get some more and breakfast wasn't the best.

Good price, very tidy, perfect rooms, full fridge good view.

Hotel in refurbishment But the room is comfortable and clean, rather well placed in Monaco, everything is feasible on foot. Good value for money for Monaco.
Only downside, the price of parking a bit excessive for one night and impossible to park in the street but hey, we're in Monaco.

This hotel does not care about its customers. They charge the price for the rooms as in the high season, but do not warn that the hotels are being renovated and you will wake up from the noise at 8 am. And do not expect to rest in the room during the day, the noise will be until the evening. Very disappointed.

I love this hotel. We went on a 5days vacation in Monaco. We chose this hotel. It's so clean and the people are so nice here. There's a private parking with an parkingservice, free shuttle to the casino, town or beach. The rooms are nice and big. The swimming pool is good for a swim and almost all day open. Close to the port of Monaco. Even the dog gets a special treatment. I would definitely go back next year!

Kind multi lingual staff. Don't expect fast restaurant service, embrace the Mediterranean lifestyle instead. Rooms are spacious and well furnished.

5 for the place and the concierge who adapt it is the pros of the old school, it is the perfect of the establishment.
But the clientele changes because of booking and others and the prices are affordable for the pleasure of knowing again what is life in a standing establishment, pleasure, on the other hand at the reception level on the 04.062017 late morning a young, brunette direct aggressive in her way of speaking.
The hotel will make its max to make your stay enjoyable.
My room this Monday 05.06.2017, traces on the insect ceiling crush to the sole and carpet upstairs and in my room that served the "tigers" to make the claws; The hotel is going to be renovated, patience and so much the better, sniff it will not be the same rates.
Gym carpets running down and gloomy, to compensate for this ride in Monaco, it always rises and never comes down.
The afternoon of the, 05.06.2017 on the day of our stay at the reception a pleasant young to smile and available, I would rectify when I remember her first name, and she deserves it was accompanied by Maximo if I am not mistaken, old school, perfect both the same young Q UI is not, from the old school.
Tourist, go there to have a great time, unfortunately this is not a free hotel because I would like to live there.

No complaints about the hotel: room, welcome, and Breakfast were perfect for me. On the other hand, the location was not the best to go every day to the Grimaldi Forum.

Layout of the room nice, but a lot of flaws due to poor maintenance (including the bathroom: mold, baseboards pulled out, lack of lights…)

Not as expected. Hotel rooms very tired very worn carpets, thread bear and dangerous especially near the glass patio doors. There was a great lack of leadership/ management in the restaurant at breakfast time. The bar closed at 9.45 pm in the evening. When we returned from an evening out we decided to meet in the bar but the waiter said he was going home at 10pm! Admittedly there was tea/coffee facilities but these were not kept filled up no milk or hot water and this was he same for our 4 night stay, The staff could not arranged to fill the machines or offer alternative hit drinks. Either. The hotel was not busy so this was no excuse. All in all a very disappointing hotel. Please also note there is NO restaurant for food and location is a little out of the way to go and find food unless you know the area. There was a unusual total lack of information in the rooms and hotel generally if places to go and eat local amenities etc. The Concierges were absolutely brilliant and couldn't do enough for us, but as for the rest of the staff there was a distinct apathy. Unless there was a drastic change in management and upgrading of facilities we will not be returning sadly as we thoroughly enjoyed Monaco and the area.

Nice well located hotel with a lovely staff. The room was quite aged and they might need a refresh but the hotel in general looks good and the amenities are good.

Rather paragraph Center but with good restaurants nearby, quiet site in port. The breakfast is spectacular and that, like everything else, you have to pay it.

Around 2200 a strong odor of paint came into the room strong enough to give us both headaches. Then around midnight a banging sound has been being made keeping me awake, it's now 0500 and the noise is constant. This is the worst nights rest I have ever had in any hotel. Upon calling the desk they said to turn the ac off and open the window it may help. The hotel is nice as long as sleep is not important.

Room rate is too expensive + breakfast for 25€ + parking 25€ per day + very slow unstable internet connection.
