Missing many things: small refrigerator, the csfe in the room, newspaper of the day or magazines available, paper and envelope or map of the place, more wardrobe space, irreguliere air conditioning, best "amenities" bathroom and attentio which is all for the restaurant and gourmets. Expensive relationship quality price.

Romantic dinner at Jerome's. The reputation of this starry table is no longer to be done. What a talent!
Nevertheless the expectation between the dishes is far too long (on average 45mns! )
Small bug without the service. Served twice the mignardises.
Big anger in the kitchen of the master of the places that has quite cooled the clientele.

The Big menu is just a recommendation to take absolutely. Everything is done in delicacy. The setting is super quiet and very pretty. The service is perfect, there is nothing to say. No problem booking.

An unusual meal, we took the tasting menu which offers a range of dishes offered by chef Cirino, all as many as the other delicious, this menu is really worth the detour. Breathtaking flavors and products sought, we were delighted as much with the presentation and synergy of the food offered in each dish, which makes them one after the other unique and surprising. No complaints also about the room service, which was irreproachable. The wine offered was quite consistent with what we were tasting and very good. A discreet and quiet environment, decorated with refinement, which made our meal as a couple a perfect time. I recommend.

Abundant tasting Menu.

Good experience with a beautiful "big menu" perfect control of vegetables and cooking fish. The Lobsters lemon chips top!. Nice balance throughout this tasting the 2 very very good desserts the fig… and the Mandarin chocolate tart a delight. Exceptional wine list!

Hostellerie Jerome is an outstanding restaurant situated in La Turbie, France overlooking Monaco and in the vicinity of the Roman Trophy of Augustus. It is a rather expensive place, but does truly cater a wide and delicious palate of Mediterranean and Provencal cuisine.
