Very friendly hotel, very attentive staff. Restaurant top one eats several times the waiters are really top and the dishes really good.
Only bemol … lack of finish in the room (small spots on the carpets it's not very neat)

We've been driving over to this marvellous place for the past 15 years, sometimes twice a year, simply for the no-nonsense, friendly, welcoming and accommodating atmosphere and the beautiful golf facilities. The staff is top notch. Rooms are good and if ever we need something: it will be provided within minutes. Clubhouse/restaurant: you're the best! Nais: hope to be there in time for your birthday! Big thanks to all right now as we are on our way back to Belgium after a delightful week with you. Times are changing and very challenging, but you all made us feel welcome and looked after! Flee from it is catastrophic
This is the second time that we have we had left the benefit of the doubt the last time service catastrophic more than an hour and a half waiting for a coke no bread and dishes that arrives warm or to cook different from what was requested it is catastrophic
Now let's talk about the golf course and the charming lady at the reception who do not know what is sketched out a smile and who spends most of his time to respond to the client at the same time that she is talking on the phone
We were come to Cannes just to the side for a weekend of golf it was a weekend of catastrophic, since the lady at the reception has kindly said that dogs were allowed, but did not clarify that this was not the case on the golf course, so we paid for the hotel and restaurant are catastrophic but have not even been able to play golf, I do not recommend and will never again in a hotel of this brand.

After a trip you can relax by sipping a drink and then enjoying an excellent meal.
The setting is beautiful or some historical.
The staff are welcoming, smiling and friendly.

Room was in need of a good cleaning. Carpet and upholstery were both dirty. Yuk.

Big big lack of hygiene and yet this 4-star hotel has a housekeeper! 4 times in a row we asked that the room be redone in the end forced to change rooms fortunately for a junior suite for that matter! Unfortunately the housekeeping was still as badly done, cobwebs splashing all kinds on the bed and in the bathroom, shower gel never handed over as well as free water bottles (forced to call the reception at 1am in returning from the evening to have shower gel) no communication between the room service (housekeeping) and the reception. The hostesses even allow us to understand that the lack of hygiene on certain elements of the room is "normal" so it's normal to have a rotten stretched canvas on the ceiling with hundreds of insects stuck on it. I would say logical thinking when you do not move from his seat of the day to see what happens on the floors.
Access to the very misplaced pool forced to make the grand tour to go bathing and as a bonus to cross the whole terrace (in the middle of the guests in full lunch).
Tip: take only the rooms on the 2nd floor and if possible a junior suite, these are the quietest and much larger (at the 1st are accommodated all the tourists not accustomed to the hotel very very very noisy the doors of the rooms slams all morning and the noise from the rooms on the 2nd floor horrible impossible to sleep after 8am)
We stayed for a week and when we arrived no proposal to pack our bags yet the service exists! Yes, yes!

Hotel quiet and relaxing, few people in the middle of the season. Breakfast with lots of choices, by the pool to start the day well. Free access to tennis courts. Nice SPA space. On the other hand full parking when you get home a little late at night.

Good hotel where you are well received. Clean and quiet room. Restaurant very good with good service. We'll come back to it.

Old hotel, small room, the bathtub is too high. No staff at the spa. This hotel is really not worth a four star, the value for money is really not there. It is a bit expensive for the services it offers. We were disappointed.

To the top. It was not high season so the spa was not filled and the pool no longer so we were fine. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms well appointed.

As for the hotel, the spa and cleanliness nothing to say! Even if on the phone we were talking about spa and breakfast included in the price and on arrival not everything was extra (and expensive for what it is)! But for the reception it is a shame to work in the hotel and to be unpleasant! Very poorly received, when asked if it was possible to eat in the room we were sent to stroll! At the price of the rooms it is a shame to have such unlovable staff and have restrictions that I had never heard in a hotel!

Always as perfect every time. The staff were very friendly The Western breakfast is perfect, nothing to complain about.

We were offered a three day stay.
Except that when we arrived our care schedules were already assign! Not too much choice on a schedule. And in 3 days our room not made, nor our bath towel changė side Care The girl very well and Talasso pleasant.

Reservation made on Weekendesk: superb place. Everything was perfect for this Valentine's Day weekend. Staff very attentive. Great hotel, very clean. As for the SPA, the two beauticians Colleen and Sandra: dedicated, competent and friendly and nice place to relax. Small downside on the meal which was good but was not hot enough regarding the dish. A warm place and where you can relax around a golf course or spa and also when it's warmer than a nice outdoor pool.

Very good hotel good staff listening to these guests, very nice breakfast room, good and hearty, on the other hand the restaurant a little run down that would need a little refreshment, because the walls in paneling its not classy next to this beautiful hotel… I would recommend the luxury room that bears his name well. Thanks to the staff for this exceptional stay.

Located on the golf course of Valescure. The hotel has comfortable rooms. The service is of very good quality.

From the rooms cozy but not pat to the eye, a pleasant and dynamic reception in a historical setting, quiet, away from the tumults of the seaside.

The benefits are not up to par for this type of establishment. Stains on the carpet, mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, the wall of the balcony cracked … otherwise bedding at the top, nice breakfast on the terrace and soundproofing remarkable.

For decades the club has more than 120 years, the former Swedish building of the Universal exhibition of Paris Dismounts and goes back to Valescure.

We were here for a weekend. Were included hotel and spa.
The rooms: correct. Personal: Welcoming but not of the warmest. SPA: Broken down (hammam and sauna). No repair despite our complaint. Very unfortunate …
Back, I realize that I lost my keys. After looking for them everywhere, I think to call them in case … They were right there. 1 month and no call received from them. Conclusion: It is not on the service that they have won their 3 stars.

A charming hotel in the Heart of Nature overlooking the Golf.
Comfortable rooms, welcoming staff, delicious dish, the spa is perfect for relaxing, the massage so relaxing, the perfect place to recharge as a couple or even as a family, the sea is not far away as well as the center of Saint-Raphael.
I highly recommend this property.

Hotel for golfers, quite secluded in a residential area. All the rooms are not worth it! The restaurant is not at the top! Average breakfast, personal a little overwhelmed.

Very nice room in luxury home perfect, excellent pool.

Attention to the cleanliness of the room which was ultimately task of blood on the Duvet, toenails on the carpet, insect dead on the pillow… Anyway I have a doubt about the seriousness of the maids. Breakfast, bathroom nikel on the other hand, modern and spacious. Lady very friendly and we find very well. Too kitsch decoration in the room is average for a 4 stars…

We came two years ago, now aging, less benefits, free spa two years ago building became paid, breakfast products, personal training, we will not.

Quiet, attractive plant next to the golf course. Very nice, well equipped rooms. Pleasant atmosphere in the hotel. Very friendly staff. Parking directly in front of the hotel. Beautiful, well-maintained outdoor complex with large pool. We enjoyed our stay and would book again at any time.
