Arrived at 2pm We were surprised to learn that the apartment would not be available until 5pm. Welcome hostess nonetheless charming who greeted us and allowed us to drop our luggage in a safe room and opened a changing room to us to be able to change.
Access to the studio at 5:00. A little waiting but rather decent and honest. On the other hand we had the surprise to learn that we had to return the keys the next day 10:00! At €400 the mini studio, knowing that the ski lessons start around 8.30 am-9am, we hoped we could rest a little, enjoy a bit of the pool, before going back to the road after the courses…
Arrived in the surprise apartment again. No bed a simple sofa in L modular and the packtage to do ourselves. I am accustomed to the comfort and services of the 4 stars, this residence deserves only two! to flee!

Decent hotel that's fairly new in construction. Excellent location to the slopes. Staff is helpfull.

I booked the room 1 month ago. I arrived here this morning around 2:30PM, fortunately, I got door code advance and get in the room. But the nightmare is there is no blanket for one bed, liners are not sufficient. We have three person. Hotel just sent me the blanket and liners 5 mins ago, but it's too late, I got cold. If you don't want to spoil your ski vocation, better to choose another hotel or station. And the bed is much uncomfortable! Not a real bed, it's sofa bed.

I went here on a ski trip and as soon as I arrived from the bus with all of my luggage, I went to the reception but it was closed. Therefore, my sister and I had to carry around our luggage everywhere until the reception opened at 4pm. Once we got in, the room was adequate but the bed was very uncomfortable. The good thing about this apartment/hotel was its location as it was located right on the piste in the centre of Isola 2000
