Super hotel, very well located 10 minutes walk from the city center, close to the ski resorts, with a spa and treatments very varied, restaurant with gourmet menus, clean rooms and gorgeous views of the mountains, our Valentine's day was perfect for you, merciiii and see you soon.

Brunch is excellent with plenty of choice. Very beautiful room. Staff attentive and welcoming. Spa very good also. We came to spend a pleasant moment between friends, and we were filled. We'll definitely be back.

Great hotel, great welcome by James the boss, who folded in 4 so that our stay was perfect. The relaxation area is great with the outdoor Jacuzzi with mountain views, the pool large enough to make lengths. The half board allowed us to appreciate the chef's table which really splendid. Staff very good for the housekeeping, small flat for the 2 male waiters who take a little at their ease especially during the absence of the boss…
In short, only happiness!

It was a very nice place to have a great view of the hotel. Small inconvenience on arrival in the room (cleanliness). Steam room, damage, Nordic bath and sauna well.
Restaurant: Nice breakfast setting, varied with local produce, very good dinner with taste.

We had a great stay, the rooms are beautiful, the ideal setting, the staff very nice and attentive. The breakfast is very rich and varied, with products from the area. The Jacuzzi with a view of the mountains is a real joy!
Only small flat, the steam room is broken, and the lack of towel racks in the bathroom (room 104).
But we will return with pleasure as soon as possible.

Service with a smile. Formula 27 € (2 dishes) or 32 € (3 dishes). Good quality / price ratio.

As a family, we were able to enjoy the setting of this property (pool, steam room, sauna), room with mountain views, and feel free to have a very hearty breakfast.
On the other hand small downside, a good paint would be necessary in the room in any case an excellent quality price despite everything.

Easy access, a picturesque setting, a balanced restaurant (although I would have liked more typical "mountain" dishes), swimming pool, steam bath, Nordic bath, must-see sets and fabulous, very hearty breakfast. A no-fault, but I didn't put the score of 5 because we were woken up on Sunday morning at 2 o'clock… there was probably a nightclub above room 03. Shame…

I really recommend it!
Room very well arranged, spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and bed more than comfortable. We had our meal and breakfast in their restaurant and no complaints put to bear that compliments, hearty meals, made from quality product and in the rules of the art. Super well-stocked breakfast buffet, produces very good quality (cheese, cold cuts, sausage, fresh bread, etc…). Personals listening to customers, smiling, friendly.
The only small thing I could blame was the spa where it was very cold because the windows were wide open by a time of — 3, the sauna had trouble heating, and no essential oils in the Hammam.

Lovely hotel for a small weekend break.

The hotel is located just outside Embrun (7/800 meters from the centre) on the main street leading to the lake. Although this is located in a secluded location and is very quiet. Good quality of the beds and the mattresses. Very nice the spa included in the price of the room. There is a small indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, Finnish sauna and Turkish bath. Only negative perhaps the locker room minimized, but the spa is well connected by elevator with the rooms so it is advisable to get off in costume.
Ask for the spa set (included in the price) which we had not been given at check in.
Negative notes: Our room was very small, the air conditioning albeit very quiet was turned on the face of those who slept right in the double bed. In the room they were all courtesy products, except a little soap. The room was not equipped with a hairdryer. Breakfast was apart and a little pricey: 11e per person per night.
All in all a hotel to recommend for a couple of days of relaxation in the mountains.
Don't miss the view of the night sky from the hotel garden, especially if you are lucky enough to happen on a moonless night!

I had a very good relaxing and rejuvenating stay at the hotel, the staff are nice and discreet. The hotel is charming, according to the description of the site. I had dinner two nights at the restaurant and the quality of the meals is more than up to my expectations. The area is ideal for resting. I recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast very good but does not vary for 7 days.
The SPA areas are to be improved, Hammam has broken down for more than a week and more I think.
The rooms are cruelly lacking storage no closet closed, not convenient when it is necessary to look for his clothes in his suitcase for a week, shower area no bathroom.
We can regret the lack of space in the parking not practical either.
Despite everything it feels good and the massage treatments are at the TOP!

Venus spend 4 days in this beautiful place, we stay in a beautiful ground floor room with a grandiose view.

That's a good time. The restaurant is very decent without being atomic either. The staff were very friendly. The spa part super nice no complaints. The soundproofing of the middle rooms. Yeah enjoyed the frolics of the neighbors and had to turn up the TV! They actually gave us the reflection at breakfast.
On the other hand the manager of the spa made us all the treatments it was a joy and she is also super nice and nice humer. Thank you for his kindness.

Beautiful Hotel with Spa inside I never would have said it was a three star. Would Deserve 4 stars absolutely for place view and services. Only flaw (I stayed in superior) lack of fridge and safe. Also Available lift and high quality restaurant.

Beautiful hotel with great view, really magic place in the heart of Embrun! Rooms quite small, but charming. Spa ok. The only "BUT" was our special meal request, as my fiancee has a gluten free diet and we had breakfast included. I sent an email 2 weeks before our arrival to ask for special meal, we got an answer that of course hotel provides non-gluten breakfast if needed. I confirmed it 2 days before our arrival again and we were very happy that there is such option. When we arrived first morning for the breakfast the personnel was very surprised about that request, but they said that we can have the gluten-free breakfast the next day (as we stayed 2 nights). And we didn't. Next morning new persons were at the reception and they were also surprised about the special meal request. That was quite annoying, as they seems to be not much carying. Anything else was OK.

Already 3 times that I just stay at this beautiful hotel full of charm. The rooms are rather well laid out and comfortable bedding.
The view is simply beautiful and green spaces are maintained with seriousness and tastes.
When the service there is more than adequate despite still a few caveats (no phones in the rooms for example)
I also recommend the care services and massages that are relaxing wishes.

The devil is in the details!
For a three star which is luxurious, we were very disappointed with the equipment of the rooms. No Wi — Fi, shower clogged, trash broken, more bathrobes for guests (we don't have not enough…), no cups in the sink, Kettle was supposedly available but we seek it again… on the other hand coffee cups and sugar but which suddenly become limited foutage of mouth!
SPA… side cracked paint, charming spiders, hammam outside service company and the price of care that are more that overcharged!
A few words to the friendly staff that might not be obvious to work under these conditions.
Fortunately, it was very well advised to eat outside, makes us discover a competing institution to which we will go next.
