Compared to other ibis hotels, the cleanliness is a bit limited… and the restaurant staff looks a bit "outdated" and not very motivated for some…

Hotel at Next to Down Town Great Location Breakfast is awesome.

Good location, clean, good service. There's a mall next to the hotel with many brand stores and restaurants. Recommended.

Rooms are good. Hotel is very central and rather quiet.

Our stay in this hotel has been very good overall. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really varied, there is for all tastes! The Lady is really smiling, it's nice, compared to the service team in the evening that does not pick up any smiles and is totally overwhelmed.
I do not recommend dinner at the hotel!

Decent and comfortable hotel having stayed in 2016 and 2018 for cruises close to Gate 4 the staff is friendly.
One less star in my assessment and by my own experience, during my last stay in January by the fact that the kitchen was limited to pizzas for a staff celebration what I find a can damage for a 3 *

In the room was not very clean, the welcome water was not given (although had to), the restaurant food is not very tasty and not very cheap. Hard to find parking. The location is excellent.

Great location Clean, good bedding, very quiet. Close to the new shopping centre "les Terrasses du port" and the new docks. Close to the city centre: about 20 mn from the old Port and the "Major". Tram lines right in front of the hotel that make travel easier. Parking is available, expensive but avoids driving. 17 Euros from 17 hours to 9 hours or 20 euros a day. Correct for short trips. Hotel very busy with commercials.

Very average hotel.
Interesting location as very close to the famous docks of Marseille: a large galleries which includes ready-to-wear shops, local products, restaurants, hair salons and aesthetics, … very close to a mall. And we can at the Villa Méditerranée on foot.
The hotel is great but the rooms are small as is the bar and the dining room if there was the terrace outside. What I found unpleasant is having to use a card to get up in the elevator.
The hotel has no parking but has an agreement with a private car park below for interesting rates. Not so interesting as that €42 for two days. On the other hand I was wrong parking the coup I paid €78.

Hotel located in a modern and quiet neighborhood. Tram stop in front of the tree, nearby parking and quick access to the motorways. The hotel is modern, new rooms and comfortable bathrooms. However I would not recommend it fully for holidays over a weekend. The rooms are definitely small for 3 people and have no balcony. Restaurant tried only for breakfast, which is good, average. Friendly and helpful staff.

It's in the very good location, not far from the sea, nearby the metro station, nearby place Joliette, walking distance to MUCEM. Shopping malls are just around the block. Yet it's such a quiet area.

Good value for money, 20 minutes walk from the old port or 3 tram stops. Small rooms with tiny window and modest bathroom, no amenities (only gel and hairdryer). Good deal at reception. Few options to eat in the surrounding area at night, except for the hotel restaurant. Recommended breakfast.

A little secluded from the center, otherwise right, like all Ibis. The breakfast was very good.

The hotel is located in a quiet area of Marseille, close to the basket, 2 not mucem and 15 min walk from the old port. It is also very well served by the metro and the tram, it is 15 minutes from Saint Charles.
The staff is pleasant, clean rooms and sleep peacefully.
But provided towels are thin and toilet paper, breakfast € 10 is not worth the € 10 and you better bring her own shampoo given the quality of the SOAP/shampoo/shower gel (all in 1) which is provided.

C is a beautiful hotel in marseille.

Stay an hour at the bar unless we come to ask you if you drink sth.

Great value for money and relatively close to the Vieaux Port (15-20min on foot).
