The receptionist was very friendly and helpful in advising us a good place to eat. We attended an event at the Orange Vélodrome and this hotels location was perfect. The place was clean and modern and the beds comfortable although the room very small. The cost was high for a budget hotel but we booked last minute so maybe that is why. The breakfast was much better than expected with hot food and a good choice.

Easy, hassle free stay — rooms very basic but modern and clean. The accessible room was spacious with plenty of room to get around. The bathroom was again big enough to manoeuvre around however the toilet was too close to the wall and the shower stool provided was not suitable (a wall mounted seat would be better). Overall the stay was satisfactory for a budget chain.

Our room is 103, view from the window onto a quiet street. In general, the hotel is normal, we came to the competitions and stayed for three nights. Breakfast is a little scanty, there are no fruits, not even apples, coffee, there is no cheese, and this is France. Friendly and friendly staff. The air conditioner in the room worked well, which is very important in the heat. Good room cleaning. Comfortable beds. Wai Fay worked perfectly.

Outstanding customer service from the reception desk staff. This hotel is right next to the Orange Velodrome, and a five minute walk from the metro station. Parking is secured, and just opposite the hotel a short walk away. There is a charge for the parking. The hotel is also a short walk away from the Le Corbusier Building if you want to visit it. We based ourselves here to take a boat cruise from the Vieux Port to the Calanques, and the metro and bus network make Marseille very easy to visit leaving the car safe in the hotel car park. If you are running the Marseille-Cassis Semi-Marathon then this hotel would be very near the start too! Very good and reasonably priced breakfast. We will use this hotel again.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's near the orange velodrome.

Mall just to open 200 meters from the hotel auchan etc grde malls really I recommend this hotel for the breakfast varies a well-stocked, beautiful terrace, nice I regret that smokers pollute us on the terrace damage.

This B&B hotel is the best of all for me. Location-wise, it is unbeatable for who comes to football match (right next to it), the room has no frill but always very clean, there are almost everthing you need as a business traveller (a desk, power-point in good position, reliable free Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and I find there hangers are very good, real wooden hangers and easy to use) and everything is working fine (and importantly the price remain reasonable). I have to note that the staffs here are always very friendly and competent. I never hear the bothering noise or voices from the other room. I can't say all B&B hotel are equally good but this one in Prado is very good one. Also 24h reception unlikely to some other B& B hotels which has no one at night. Note; if you want hairdryer, you have to borrow at the reception. No tea and coffee maker but there are vending machines for hot&cold drinks and snacks, and microwave that everyone can use. Now there is also Pizza ordering machine. This hotel chain has self catering style.

When you arrive, there is no where to park to check in. My husband asked me to jump out of the car and go ask the staff where to park while he waited on the road as there is no where to pull over. When I went to the front desk, the staff did not tell me where to park, instead started asking me for check in information and last name and such. I explained again that my husband was waiting outside on the road, blocking because there is no where to go, yet she still insisted that we couldn’t park until we checked in. Someone, please help me understand how someone who is driving a car is supposed to check in before you park a car if there is not more than one person? Makes zero sense. She was so rude and unhelpful. On top of the dramatic and chaotic check in, the rooms feel like hospital rooms. Certainly would not stay here twice. Pro-tip… drive straight ahead, past the hotel. There is a gated parking area with the hotel name on the left of it. Drive up to the gate and push the hotel button. They should let you in, so you can park before checking in. She could have easily told me this, but was incredibly rude instead.

As stated in the title The room is very comfortable… everything is NEW! The quality of the room was very good. Very quiet.
The parking is extra (€15) with little room but the whole located just opposite and guarded.
A very good hotel stuck to the velodrome.
Not easy to find anyway because the street was unknown to our GPS. The name is still displayed in bulk but you have to think to lift up your head!

It Estblav first time I stay in a hotel in your chain and I find that compare to other chain the value for service and price and no one.
No plug in the bathroom for a hair dryer, no shower gel and shampoo, no kettle with tea and soluble coffee in addition to hot beverage dispenser from the faulty home and a very modest breakfast buffet for 2 nights stay at this hotel F Ace at the velodrome at least €470 here I was really disappointed by cons the very friendly staff and the room very clean.

As much the hotel is well located, quiet, clean etc etc but there is a real hassle on the luggage. Indeed not being able to leave a suitcase in a hotel seems to me just not possible! The board to return to the station to put his suitcase in a deposit is more stupid enough given the location of the hotel… To say that there is the plan Vigipirate is a joke seen that on Paris and in other tourist areas including in Nice we can do it… So here I got carted a suitcase under the snow and rain (if in Marseille this happens) throughout the day including in the customers… Nice picture! So here I am not ready to come back.

Amazing rooms and magical night. However, it lacked dishes at the restaurant and the staff seemed overwhelmed (match night).

At the arrivals housekeeping approximately made sheet not clean share against nice room very quiet staff nice very good second day impeccable breakfast I recommend.

It is difficult to find any fault with this hotel which was good value for what is a budget hotel. Secure parking which is important in a city like Marseille is of great value. The hotel is set in a fairly prosperous area behind the Stade Velodrome and not far from the Prado. Only a minor problem but there are no adjacent restaurants.

Well after a game at the velodrome but not much around and very unpleasant smell of moisture in the bathroom.

Very nice hotel. 10 minutes walking distance from Metro and Bus. With Metro 4 stops away from St. Charles Train station where you can ride train to Paris or Spain. Also one easy transfer away from city center, tourist attraction. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was conveniences and well place. Room were clean and roomy. I would strongly recommend for business traveler and tourist. This is not full 5 stars hotel with all amenities but it was not price to be that either. I was very happy to stay in that place.

It is almost new, next to the Metro, the velodrome Stadium, the Parc chanot and the center of the most pleasant boroughs of the city of Marseille. Add to that overnight rates more than reasonable, why hesitate?

Really a very nice establishment. We booked for my wife's Birthday weekend, we were received as dough cocks. The quality of the service the service the quality of the rooms the staff everything was at the top. The price is largely justified in view of the proposed services. One of the place to be Marseillaise.

It is not perfect but considering the price, it is worthwhile and strongly recommend to stay here. Breakfast was also good.

I have nothing to complain we spent a wonderful room clean breakfast and very varied (it just misses from chocolate bread) otherwise other than that nothing to complain the employees are very nice. We will surely return during a next stay.

Hotel well placed, overall quality satisfying, quiet but difficult to park in the corner and very expensive parking.

It's been more than 2 years that we frequent this sign, apart from Avignon Sud, we are very satisfied especially that of Marseille Prado velodrome.

Room Nikel, like all B&B chains, I would add that in this one, the room smelled very good.
The only downside, but that counts in my note, the PARKING lot!
€15 per day… I understand that profit is easy to make, thanks to the game, but for customers who come several days, it is unacceptable. At the Valentine the parking is free, Lyon GOE (€5).
Fortunately there are places a little farther, free them!

Great location for access to the convention centre. Parking isn't free but secure. Showers cater for people over 1.8m. Clean and comfortable. Elevators are noisier if you are in ear-shot of them.

Nothing to say about the hotel! But book to 4 decision in June for the month of October and surprise at the arrival of more family room. … nice family Weekend with a nice "sorry for the trouble" there are surely more serious! But foreign exchange business if you don't do it! Cdt.

Beautiful hotel! The food at the restaurant was some of the best that I had in the South of France! Rooms are modern and clean and guests services were top notch! Close to metro station so was a bonus travelling as a woman alone.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and very nice. The position is excellent for to go in city centre and to go to the sea.

Renovated room and beds were nice. Contemporary design and layout with outside balcony lounging area in the morning was unique. Staff was accomdating but not out of the way. Breakfast items was freshly managed continuously and satisfying. I would recommend staying again next time. Rates were reasonable.

Official check in 3pm waited from 2pm till 4.30 to get room, no fridge in room, room service menu very poor, paid extra for high speed internet, I am now connected using my mobile data as there is no service, I asked reception they were not helpful.

I have stayed in this hotel. It's a bit far from city center. Will not recommend if you don't have car. We went at 9 o'clock for breakfast and they said the breakfast is finished. They said the food is finished. It was a bit disappointing because they said the breakfast is till 10:30. Room size are small and has no view.

New hotel adjacent to the Orange Velodrome with impeccably clean and comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast buffet, with limited selection, in the restaurant, whose patio is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Marseille.

The quality of the rooms and the price didnt match at all. They are made cheap, but they look nice, so it's a 50/50 The service was like a proper decent hotel. Of course the view from all the sides wasnt astonishing at all, as it is built right beside a huge football arena.

Staff was friendly. One front desk staff, Danika, went over and beyond. Amazing service from her. Restaurant staff topnotch in service. Rooms are average. Front desk tried to charge me for breakfast we never had the morning we left. Also, claimed that I did not check out when I spoke to the person there the night before and the morning we left. AC Hotels do not have complimentary breakfast for Gold members. Would choose a different hotel next time we are in Marseille. Ended up paying more than the other Marriott hotel which is supposed to be better.

Very good services and staff very cheerful and helpful. In addition to being ideally located when you are a fan of football (300m from the velodrome), it is well served by numerous transport links, which lead to the places to see in Marseille!

I stayed at the AC Hotel Marseille for three nights and it was of a very high standard. The rooms were spoteless, the restaurant meals were delicious and the drinks at the bar were not expensive. All in all, a very well done and should I come back to Marseille I would stay here again. Only downside is that I wish there were more options for room service.

The rooms are very nice and well appointed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very nice but does get a bit boring. The location is great as the vélodrome is right here and a metro station is less than a 5 minute walk.

Just had a draft beer, 5 euros a half pint. Service was good enough.

Room is sapcious enough, bed mattress is firm which I like, breakfasr buffet is made of the egg&bacon, croissant, good baguette, good coffee, juice, dairies. I am satisfied with my stay.

At the time of our visit, this place was pretty much brand new. Everything was really clean and their breakfast was wonderful (€6, I think). The location wasn't completely central, but the metro is really close, so getting around was easy.

Stars based on the understanding that you know the "AC" by Marriott brand (clean but intimate no frills quarters). Staff was great. Bar tender opened a bottle of wine we brought with us and gave is directions through the whole city. Less them a five minute walk to the metro, which was dead simple and safe coming back late at night. If I come back to Marseille again, I'll look here for availability first.

Beautiful hotel conveniently located a few blocks away from the metro which can take you to common tourist locations such as the old port. My girlfriend and I loved this place and would definitely recommend staying there. Beware though that it is a little on the pricey side.

An excellent hotel for those who come to watch football at Stade velodrome. Well, generally a good General description for the purpose of recreation, however it is located not in the center. But clean, tidy.
