Such a treat for a special occasion super posh lunch we would love to come back and stay at the hotel.

This place is the bomb as the kids say. Located inside the old Fortress walls with valet parking the small boutique hotel has great views and split-level rooms. It is in the heart of the old city and everything is walkable. They have a very pricey but most excellent buffet for breakfast. The staff is fall over themselves helpful and you feel at home. Extremely comfortable beds and a nice size bathroom.

Hotel/restaurant surely nice but that practices a fairly large and unpleasant selection at the entrance. Refuses families with children, claiming to be complete (totally false). Very few tables occupied during our visit at 12:45. And the waitress pushes us away.
To avoid for families!

Beautiful spot up in this hill town. You can enter the town by pressing the pole (that prevents cars from driving in the town) down the hill. Through narrow streets you drive all the way to the back. Great views! Friendly people.

A very nice place, a lot of art gallerys with fine art, to bad that the prices were way out of our budget.

High-class hotels. Extraordinary accueil from Natalie. Really exceptional room 50 with huge bathroom and full of flowers, yummy car service, personal staircase leading to the room's private terrace, overlooking the entire hotel, with 360-degree views. Flowers and macarons offered by the property in the spacious room.

A little gem. Lovely experience staying within the walls of St Paul du Vence. Special mention to the super efficient and smiley guy who carried our bags and helped create the warm atmosphere at the hotel.

Very cute atmosphere and a fun place to stop for dinner. I was here with my mom and aunt and all three of us enjoyed ourselves. The town is amazing too. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Saint Paul-de-Vence.

An old fashioned hotel looking a. Little tired now. Lovely views over the valley if you are lucky situated in the heart of St Paul de Vence. No swimming pool and no dining other than breakfast which is very expensive at 29euros and definitely not worth the money. Friendly staff and a good stop off for a night or two.

Everything absolutely perfect.

Very disappointing. The room that we got was very small, AC NOT WORKING. The maintainence is very low. We were shocked by the low condition of the room. AT NIGHT THE PARKING IS FAR AWAY and there is no easy access with the luggage.

Well worth a visit. Beautiful if packed with tourists. Highly recommend Le Tilleul restaurant — best risotto I've ever eaten!

Well, booked for two adults and two children, got confirmation of the booking and paid. But then got a message that I have to pay 200€ extra for a room for the children. That said, I have not stayed there (obviously), so they might be great albeit disorganised…

The hotel is very old and barren. The rooms are clean but very noisy.

This review is for the Hotel Saint-Paul — We visited this hotel upon our 2nd visit to Saint-Paul-de Vence. We stayed at the Relasis & Chateau in Vence, The Saint Martin which was wonderful. Upon arrival at the Saint Paul hotel in this medieval town of Saint-Paul-de-Vence we spoke with a kind man at the front desk who explained the hotel had 16 rooms, gave us a brochure and invited us back as we were there for the day for my husbands birthday to experience this lovely medieval town. We primarily stay at Relasis & Chateau's or Small hotels of America, and are familiar with the service in which is provided. Later in the afternoon at around 4:20pm, we went back to this hotel in Saint Paul for a cup of tea. As I walked in, a man at the front desk who was helping an elderly couple told me, as I walked to the washroom, that I could not use the restroom if I wasn't a guest. I explained we were guests at the Relasis & Chateau in Vence (15 minutes away) and we would like to have tea as well. Given the graciousness of the gentleman earlier and the reputation of this hotel, I was surprised at his abrasive manner. He told me "THE TEA IS CLOSED! " "YOU CAN NOT USE THE TOILETT! " As I walked away from the restroom, embarrassed at his outburst to me, I said, "we are guests at the hotel St Martin in Vence" (Nice) and he proceeded to approach me, place his hand firmly on my shoulder and shove me out of the hotel slamming the door on my foot. I was shocked. I am 5'2 and about 110 pounds.

Horrible experience w. Le Saint Paul. Back in May I connected with the restaurant to book a dinner reservation for a large group of 18 people since we are hosting our clients in Cannes during the Lions Festival. I was told the group needed to choose a prix fix etc in which I provided your restaurant with our budget of 140euro per head. Menu was sent, menu was agreed upon I was told it was confirmed. There were MANY emails back and forth confirming time/date. I even sent a email a few weeks before the dinner date inquiring about whether they needed anything further from me after receiving very clear emails that the reservation for my party was confirmed — no response and so I believe all was set. You can only imagine my SHOCK and frustration when I emailed/called your restaurant the day before the dinner to inquiring about adding a few more people — I was told by the staff that there was no reservation for my party as I had NEVER confirmed it. HOW COULD I have NOT confirmed it when the emails back and forth used the word CONFIRMED multiple times on my end and their end. I'm told I never provided a card for pre payment — the staff NEVER responded to my email that asked whether they needed anything further — How am I to know I needed to send anything when they did not ask?

OMO Anastasia is not accustomed to the wives, leave you marks on your wrist. So that they are not, Christian buy a nice bracelet Platinum in this pretty village of Provence, 15 minutes from Nice. After buying the souvenirs, are taken a coffee in the hotel Le Saint Paul, the Relais & Chateaux chain.

Very bad atmosphere and no respect for customers.
Staff fighting and at dinnertime, refusal cathegorique to serve us the meal due to the presence of a cook in the hotel. Staff was unfriendly and arrogant staff.
