The hotel is in the OLD town, so it's OLD. Clean, but really really OLD (in the pictures it looks better than it is). People working there are very kind.

Very good welcome, located old nice edge and center. Tram proximity 3 min station walk. I recommend. Thank you for your friendliness.

Noisy with wooden floors that disturb fearful toilets lnon compatible with today's standards after booking from Italy all inclusive also of tourist tax €3 to the reception we were asked again the €3.
Problem to find hotel not accessible. And for the car park.
I wouldn't recommend it.

This hotel is run by a lying set of thieves who don’t return deposits and who lie to your face. I booked in November for a stay in April, cancelled within a week and am entitled to a full refund, however I am still waiting.
At the weekend I even called at the hotel personally & was promised a refund on Monday, but this has still not been paid.

Had a great stay here. Was close to all main tourist places & was very safe. Would def stay here again.

We were able to come with our bikes and we were able to leave them in the lobby safely
The breakfast was nice as a patron who we were pampered and this despite it was almost 11am.
Although the hotel may seem dilapidated it is very well maintained

Have stayed in dozens of hotels in Nice and this is my favorite so far: perfect (smallish) rooms, good baths and fixtures, great location, wondeful prices and friendly helpful staff who speak English and respond to emails. HOWEVER! There is a cleaner or disinfectant used in the lobby and restaurant which makes it impossible to breathe on the ground floor, in the halls OR when it drifts up to your room. It is a toxic-smelling cross between Mexican 'Lavendosa', dryer sheets and american woman drenched in bad perfume. The stench is imossible to ignore and burns the eyes and stings the nose. No one seems affected by it, so if it doesn't bother you, great! But it is unbearable to me.

Perfect location, French "Charme" rooms are probably smaller than a prison cell. Strongly in need of renovation (plaster falling partly from the ceiling) — toilet and shower are far below detuschem Standard. Cleanliness — na-Yes. But for a night time of a romantic adventure.

Excellent location in the old town and close to the National Theater of Nice. In the past, this hotel was more sympathetic, more personal, more really french and cheaper. It is always a good choice to be well located in the old town with very good comfort and a home.

Unfortunately now old hotel. Very noisy We changed accommodation after seeing it live. Small room and bathroom From the pictures it looked something else.
Bad experience. Booked and paid Rramite Booking an offer that then the owner reimbursed only 50% also not taking advantage of the overnights. I don't recommend it.

In the heart of "old town" could be anywhere on foot or by local bus. Local produce, fish and meat markets within 100 meters. We go again.

We absolutely loved the place! It is charming and beautiful, and it has a very convenient location for bus service, shopping, and restaurants. Every morning we would have breakfast on the roof under the clock tower, and we enjoyed our private little "restaurant" with its fantastic rooftop view. The only problem that we encountered was a few ants in the room, but it didn't detract much from our experience.

A nice little hotel. Its a bit rundown but it was undergoing some refurbishment. Great location, 10 to 20 walk to almost anywhere we wanted to go and next to the airport bus stop and tram stop.

This is an excellent location. Be service and friendly staff ready for no elevator, but great. We had free wine outside and had to feel very welcome. Rooms could be updated, but the rooms are clean. View was an alley, slightly noisy but charming. Be white allowed so to pull no cars on the road to the hotel provides luggage to the hotel. excellent location, right in the middle of things.

Villa la Tour in Nice is well located and easy to find. I recommend to take a large space, the small is really small.

Very good location and helpfull staff but if you choose the cheapest room (75E a night) as I did it is very very small with the toilet inside the shower.

Great location, cool rooftop terrace with awesome view of the tower. Friendly and helpful staff. Hilariously tiny room (cheapest room available, 75E a night).

Very good location in the old town. The budget rooms are pretty small, but cosy. Breakfast is a little overpriced compared to what you get for it. Very friendly people! Would love to come back.

Ideal location for visiting the old town, nice small hotel, we had a small room, but this was reflected in the price. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

The first room was horribly lo toilet was in a very small room without door, it was very bad, we switched rooms the new room was very very nice, but expensive.

Very nice place that is directly next to the old town of Nice. The service is excellent, and the rooms are nice. We defintely had a nice experience there, and I would recommend it to anyone (unless you are unconfortable with tightly stairs).
