A beautiful hotel with a fantastic location and great sea views. Very good service, friendly and very helpful staff. Very good breakfast and great restaurant's in the hotel or La Plage du Negresco. Also for people with disabilities everything is prepared the hotel and beach barrier-free accessible. And the hotel is more than pet friendly our dog was very welcome and was pampered just as much as we were.

Hotel and staff excellent but badly let down by service at breakfast — on more than one morning! Table we were shown to had to be made up, asked for tea and after waiting 10 minutes had to remind waiter who brought coffee! We went up to the buffet breakfast and our table had been cleared when we returned! Had to ask for more cutlery and napkins, then when I asked for more bread I was told I would have to wait 10 minutes for it. Next morning wrong kind of tea was brought and dirty plates not taken away from our table. Not a good experience.

This is the most fabulous hotel, full of both brilliant and quixotic art work, as well as a display of museum quality antiques throughout its hallways.

We have only the highest praise for Le Chantecler Restaurant. The knowledgeable service and gracious staff provide the perfect atmosphere for the chef’s exquisite menus. We have been coming to Nice for many years and cannot imagine being here without our fabulous dinners at Le Chantecler. Maitre D’Hotel Laurent Magnier, and the sommeliers and staff are welcoming and go out of their way to make dining there a memorable and magical experience. From the beautiful lobby to the magnificent artwork and beautiful table settings, The Negresco and Le Chantecler are not to be missed.

Amazing location, you can feel the history of the place and enjoy all the art pieces and sculptures in every floor of the building. La rotonde restaurant is an amazing location, a magic atmosphere. Food not as good as the location but still a 8/10.

Such an amazing hotel with more to it than meets the eye. It's like you are in a world class museum that also doubles as a hotel. A must visit for Nice.

Not a bad hotel, but 5 stars did not give, the renovation is very old, especially in the rooms, very dirty furniture in the restaurant where breakfast and breakfasts are scarce.

This place is pretty terrific. Very posh! The rooms are immaculate and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is lovely, with its own history. And the hotel itself is like a museum, on the walls of the original paintings, in the hills of old furniture, stunning beauty elevator. Spacious rooms and wonderful service. And only a couple of nuances that did not create complete delight from this hotel, and even caused bewilderment. Despite the fact that the hotel itself is a historical landmark of Nice and far from cheap, the room where I stayed is also famous for the fact that it stayed in 1928 Coco Chanel, so you can judge the price), but it did not fit that Water is brought to the room once a day of arrival! And capsules of coffee, cream and sugar too! Surprisingly and only at such prices and the status of the hotel itself found something to save.

From this style left only the historical name, as well as the preserved interiors of the large hall. Everything else is solid eclectica and new — and mediocre quality. The plumbing is used the cheapest, often installed incorrectly. Squeaky doors, noisy air conditioning and all that, absolutely does not add to his charm. Only if for once.

Located right on the beach this is the perfect hotel in which to spend a few nights. They also have a relationship with a restaurant with private beachfront, from whom you can rent lounge chairs and an umbrella. When at the hotel, make sure to tour the building; the hotel owner (who lives on the 6th floor) houses her eclectic and extensive art collection on the walls. There are also several restaurant options in the building.

Absolutely fantastic, can’t rate this place high enough. The moment we arrived we where greeted by reception and door staff who made a huge fuss of my over heated cranky 18 month old daughter.
We had a delicious lunch and our waiter (Thierry) was fabulous. He gave my daughter a toy, Crayons and book. Again a huge fuss made which she loved. Really lovely lunch and happy daughter. Thank you for making our visit today so enjoyable.
10/10 for everything.

One of the most amazing experiences of my life. I cannot thank enough the staff and Mr. Bord for this wonderful time spent at the Negresco with my girlfriend. From the first entrance to the final check out, everything had been nothing but bliss. The staff was incredibly warm and kind with elegance and politeness. Not cold drones as you often observe in 5* hotels and luxury shops. The tour of the hotel was friendly and very informative, and the lead-up to the room was very exciting. The room itself was simply breathtaking, with a signature mix of elegance, kitsch and modernity. Both the dinner and the brunch at La Rotonde were succulent (special mention for the veal with the beetroot hummus) and generous. I hope I will be able to come back soon with my partner and enjoy once again the wonderful hospitality and splendor of the Negresco and its team.

Restaurant La Rotonde at the Negresco, very good, the setting, the excellent service, the refined and delicious food, the little attention for the birthday, cake and candle and digestive. Special mention for Steve. Only small downside, we would expect to be better seated.

Very nice hotel with a rich history. Very colorful. Pay attention to the chandelier in the hall, the sculpture next to the entrance, the famous picture and the shape of the concierge clothes.
And if you live in this hotel, you can visit the café, which is decorated in the form of an old carousel (itself did not attend this café T. K. Lived in another place).

I myself true only in the Negresco for dinner. But alone all the works of art convince here! The food is real good. But the décor of the brasserie leaves nothing to be desired:) Like a children's carousel.

A truly luxury hotel with its authentic history. Everything in it now as it was at the base. The most iconic place in Nice. Photos of this hotel can be seen on many souvenirs from Nice. Maybe for living it is very pompous, but sometimes you want to touch such a luxurious story. But do not worry, if I do not have enough money, sometimes you can get to the hotel with a tour.

We dared go back to the brewery of the Negresco "La Rotonde". Delicious Cuisine, impeccable services, great bistro formula, staff with small care with special Mention to Damien. Don't hesitate, it's worth it.

Mythical place! Only Masterpieces! You have to have a cocktail only for this fabulous scenery.

Luxurious Bar with a wide choice of beverages, hot or cold, alcoholic or not. Too bad there is no sea view. Impeccable Service.

Service was friendly but it took then 20 minutes to serve one cup of coffee and one softdrink. The price was very expensive, but similar to other high end places in the area. The admosphere in the cafe was nice and unique. The lobby man told us in a little arrogant way to not take pictures in the lobby which we found a little bit awkward since there were no other people around. (he said rule by the management)

The lady serving us was lovely. The decor was fantastic and so was the food. The service could have been somewhat faster especially at the bar when it took over 20 mins to get our drinks served from the moment we ordered.

By far the most beautiful hotel in Nice. The entire building is pact with stunning contemporary and period art. The rooms are spacious, clean and have modern bathrooms. If you are not staying you can have a glass of champagne or a signature cocktail in the bar. The location is great and the staff speak english fluently. Great service and a historical venue.

Very nice place with all its history and its style of decoration so amazing and beautiful. Unfortunately some finishes to redo at the level of the walls and ceilings of bathroom and toilet. In addition my room was planned to communicate with the one next door and the insulation is totally inadequate. Pity the prestige of the place.

World famous luxury hotel in Nice France point worth seeing not only during the award of the Golden Palm during the film festival.

It gives you the feeling that the name itself is greater than its level of service. Posh for no apparent reason, I would personally like it more down to earth, up to date. Otherwise, a great place with all the expected basics from French cuisine perspective and a little upscale style of clientele. A good choice.

From Biarritz we decided to stay in Nice.
In this hotel I would say an art gallery, beautiful works to be admired throughout the hotel including the floors, well-maintained hotel.
We ate in the Chantecler restaurant very well, breakfast the roundabouts also all OK.

The building and room really nice. But I had a problem on my staying. I have the beach package all included. In spite of checking my room number that proves I have that service paid, they said I have to pay again. Anyway, they told me they will be giving me the money for one day of beach. The Wi-Fi is not so good, connect and disconnect all the time and the signal is quite poor. The other things are good

Great hotel. The place is immaculately well kept and the staff was extremely accommodating. The bar was great and it is close to everything. It is worth the money to stay once. However, some prices for things, like items in the mini bar, are so rediculous it is offensive. Yes, I can afford the hotel. No, I'm not so stupid to pay $22 US for one tiny bottle of vodka. Also to note, there is NO PARKING. If you have a car you can park in the Mattese museum structure next door for 24 euro a day.

I've truly enjoyed my stay at Le Negresco Hotel. The history of the hotel is amazing! I've enjoyed visiting the different floors looking at the over 6000-piece art collection. The restaurants are delicious and the service from the staff is first class. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the quick access to the beach (it's across the street guys! ) was just another plus! I would definitely recommend Le Negresco to anyone visiting Nice!

This is a unique hotel. It has a large collection of high quality art works throughout​ the rooms, hallways and public areas on all floors of the hotel. Each room is unique decorated with a mix of antique furniture and modern facilities. Bathrooms are large and stylish. It is expensive — a drink in the bar costs 25 Euros and dinner in the 2 star restaurant is 230 each.

To return. I was there once with a mega offer and in addition, given the period of poor tourist turnout, we were offered a suite. Breakfast in the adjoining room (surcharge) and a gem. For her 6 stars!
