The rooms are furnished with old wooden furniture that give it a cozy look, our then had a very nice garden facing. The level of cleanliness is average, towels punctually replaced and free Wi-Fi in the room.
The location is convenient: about 10 min walk from the center, very close to the station and the main shopping street.
I also managed to take advantage of the free parking from the second day onwards (only 6 cars in total).
In conclusion So I think is a great solution if you want to spend little.

Nice hotel, clean, great location to visit the city.

Very good situated, and though it is central it's very quite. We enjoyed our stay ance the staff was very nice… we also booked the breakfast as well and it was good.

Basic services but the location is great and the staff courteous and helpful.

We stayed with my partner and a little dog and they have been very friendly from the first moment. The room was spacious and clean and we found parking on the. Same hotel (has few places). The common courtyard is very nice.

Stayed Zhudko not happy, Wi-Fi barely catches and some applications do not respond, ie from Wai Wi-Fi maximum mail check. Parking is indicated free of charge in the yard, in fact 5 seats, and all busy, had to pay a fee and pay 20 euros. But the staff is friendly, breakfast is good.

I was there at New Year's. The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff and very welcoming. I chose this property first and foremost for the price (€200 for 3 nights) and parking included. The décor of the rooms is a little dated. The cost of breakfast is excessive (€10 per day) and there was not much to eat.

They all speak Italian well and are very kind. Close to center.

Simple but clean hotel good value — performance ratio.

A good place to explore Nice. Only a few minutes walk from Nice Ville Station and the town centre. Nice clean rooms.

Very loud, not so clean. We stayed on a first floor, the room was not so clean. Had its own smell. When were missing fresh air all the time and everytime we opened the window, somebody where smoking in a garden, so all the smoke came into our room. I found few long dark hair in our bathroom and that was pretty much disgusting. Seemed that we could hear every single person who is taking a shower or flush their toilet.

Very dated and run down. Felt kind of sketchy. Parking is on a first-come basis, at your own risk.

Spacious and cozy room, nice garden inside a court. Friendly staff who also speak Italian. The only drawback is the smell of the carpet a bit unpleasant. Parking is not bookable. Great location.

Quiet and charming Hotel. The furniture is antique and in it is its charm. Clean, good deal and very well located.

Clean, modern, the only thing I didn't like was that the maid came and straightened our room even though we had the do not disturb sign up all day…

On the plus side the staff were very helpful and room was big enough and clean but there are no elevators… We had a first floor room. The toilet seat had a crack in it that had been partially glued but it pinched your butt every time you sat on it, there was no shower but a handheld outlet located in the spa size bath with no curtain so sit in the spa for your shower or get water everywhere.

The very best 3* Hotel in Nice Center city. 10 free Parking places; free Wi-Fi, Nice garden and close to all amenities or Monaco by train.
