A beautiful, quiet and beautifully decorated villa. The welcome is excellent and suited to our desires. The luxury of the rooms is like the pictures. Cleanliness is the icing on the cake. I highly recommend.

Very nice place decorated with taste! The bedding is top, the comforter and the towels and bathrobe fluffy as possible. The owners are welcoming and the breakfast is homemade. The parking is a bit complicated but indispensable in the neighborhood (a simple driveway, one leaves its keys to move the cars as needed to the managers). I really recommend this haven of peace.

We took the room with Jacuzzi, and a standard room, the receptionist was very nice, the rooms spotlessly clean, the beds… A marvel we slept like babies… to advise! A big thank you to you.

The charm of the hotel is unbeatable. The location is outside the center, but very easily accessible by tram, station Valrose Université. There is a busy road nearby, but the windows keep the noise away. Breakfast is excellent and lovingly prepared. The service is very good and friendly. A tip for guests looking for something special.

I said it right away, I did not sleep there and because I live in Nice. I just want to testify to the kindness of the reception. A few months ago, after a puncture, my hands were full of grease after the wheel was changed. Impossible to continue my route like this and I went to the reception of this establishment to ask to be able to wash my hands what was accepted immediately with great kindness.

Das gepflegte Anwesen mit idyllischem Palmengarten liegt zentral und ist in einem top Zustand. Der Service ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Da man in der Gegend schlecht parken kann, bietet sich die Parkoption im Hotel an.

Comfortable, lovely room with aircondition. Friendly staff that speaks english and really helpful. The garden is wellkept and beautiful, I loved spending time there in the evening after a long day walk on the beach. Not far from the tram stop, but if you like to walk, as I do, it's really not that far from the city. Can recommend to eat the breakfast. Will definitely stay here again!

A quaint little hotel with a charming old world feel. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. We also loved the breakfast (very reasonably priced) — which was served in the well-maintained garden. The service was also impeccable and you definitely get the impression that nothing is too much trouble for the hosts. We asked for and got late check-out, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were aware of the local sights & how to get around on public transport.

Hotel far enough from downtown to be quiet and close enough to leave the car (the parking lot. Free! ) during the stay and move around on foot or by public transport — tram, bus.
Very good quality/price ratio.
