Nice and close to town. Good for what you pay.

Wish I'd taken pictures! Largish lobby, the staff is decent enough, they keep to the point but smile at everything you say, it's kind of unnerving. I asked for the pronunciation of their boulevards in Juan le pins, he answered my question but it sounded a little belittling. Oh well. We booked a 4 bedroom. They only gave us 3 then added a 4th roll down bed; suffice it to say, that room was much too small for 4 adults. No lock on the toilet… Maybe that's a European thing. Everything was clean, fridge, again no tea making facilities in room, but you could make one in the lobby, but they only have plastic cups… So either bring your own mugs or go to a cafe! Oh one major plus point: we arrived at 1pm, we couldn't check in until 3. My kids were cranky, hot (English and all) and hungry. I think they were just as fed up of the noise as us. So they gave us the keys by 1.30! Plus they let us check out late the next day at 1.00 but we had to ask. So cheers!

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had at a hotel. According to my booking, my check in was at 2:30pm. When I got to the hotel was told that check in was at 3. Came back at 2:58pm. Girl at check in desk was on her cell phone and didn’t even look up until exactly 3pm. Instead of a double bed, we got two single pushed together. Shower was broken. AC was dripping any time it was on. Toilet seat was broken. Bathroom sink was falling apart. Will never stay here again.

The best time of our stay was the departure. Pretty much nothing worked. The organization that granted 3 stars to this trade is clearly either incompetent or dishonest.

Totally disappointed. The hotel is very old. Dilated common areas. Room to refraichir. Poorly soundproof. The hotel is very noisy. Big doubt about the freshness of the breakfast. Ham cheese butter yogurt placed like this without a refrigerated plate. Dining room room all is in bulk. All the pictures are misleading and the 3 star rating dates from 2017 so deceiving on them is saying 3 stars.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a rude and rude staff. As soon as people arrived they had the room on the sixth floor (the last one) and the elevator wasn't working so they always had to go on the stairs with suitcases and backpacks on foot.
The rooms were filthy: there were stains of food and hair on the sheets/duvets, the bathroom was filthy and the salvette just as well. From the faucet of the sink came out a smell of unpleasing sewer. Bad food: The dishes were served cold, the cutlery dirty and there was no trace of food for celiacs and/or lactose intolerant…
Bad organization, I wouldn't recommend it.

The room was tiny and the current jumped 5 times. I was on the fourth floor and the elevator was broken…

They did not remake the room after the first night, the second cleaned the bathroom and removed used wipes without replacing them, we had to ask (we talk about wipes). Chaotic, noisy, not clean, no reference in reception of value, breakfast just enough. Only the price deserves a positive rating along with the convenient location.

I don't recommend you come here!
— Cockroaches in the rooms and in the dining room in the food area — when the rooms arrived, these were unpresentable: undone beds, bad smell, … — Intolerable service — unfriendly and unpleasant staff — you could hear through the walls.

Lousy service and very unpleasant, dirty rooms, cockroaches, bad food, you could hear everything through the doors… I don't recommend that you visit…

The room is quite clean, and staff is friendly, but it is a bit noisy in early morning because the location is near main road.

The food was decent, however the noise at night was not. You could hear people at the stairway from your room and, as we were at the front of the hotel, there was a lot of outside noise. The beds were uncomfortable and the staff weren't very pleasant. However, the duvets were extremely soft and warm and the condition of the rooms was alright. Not my go to hotel, though, if I visit Nice again.

The reception was fast and efficient; I stayed in room 406 and I didn't have any particular issues except towels full of hair and stained.
The flat screen TV was of good quality as well as the décor of the room although I found the sheets and the bedspread not really clean.
As for breakfast I recommend you not to pay it and go to get it in a nearby bar as the variety of things to eat is very poor and the quality leaves to be desired.
Recommended only if you spend little time in the hotel and you plan to spend them a few days paying little.

Hotel a short walk from the station.
Apart from there location everything else is to let loose dirty room noisy I am driver and I came with a group lacked the staff rooms which seems caring I mean better look for another place to sleep.

The hotel has missed its vocation as a prison warden. Too bad we lack staff in this area. And on the other hand this well placed and affordable hotel could realize its potential. In 32 years of career in tourism I had never heard a professional talk this way there to a customer!
Suddenly the meals served little hot and at full speed were not pleasant… In short not to recommend.

Horrible. No towels in the room upon arrival. The drain was clogged in the shower. Reception 'called a technician' but ''no idea when he's going to come… Worry's. Save your money. Go to a hostel instead. Horrible.

Good location, staff are all friendly. The rooms could be cleaner but it's still passable. The buffet breakfast is a good choice.

Convenient Raspollzhenie. The service in the hotel is normal. The room was very old. Potanin is very humble.

Don’t come here! Went on school trip with 30 people and it was terrible. There were/was: . Stains on the beds. . Broken showers. . Cockroachs. Everything is falling apart. . Bad area, people trying to steal. Good things: . Comfortable beds.

A hotel that does not deserve its 3 stars not only on the level of comfort but especially in the level of service. A receptionist who takes the time to finish his conversation with a connaißance slumped in an armchair in the living room. And the next morning I had asked to be woken up the next day at 6:00 and it must be a local custom the night watchman who chatted with a friend in the same salon when I made him notice no excuse. This is a hotel near the railway station Nice Ville (there three stations of Nice: this is the central one; the St Augustine is closer to the airport, at about 1 km. From it). There is a safe in the room, an air conditioner, TV, a refregirator, hot tube, everyday room clean. I was accommodated early morning, about 8 a. M. Without additional payment, though the beginning of check-in is declared at 2:30. I am satisfied by the hotel, staff and service. The price is quite moderate and reasonable for the quality of the service.

Apart from the location that is near the center, for rest a nightmare. Wi-Fi does not work, it lacked a door of the shutter, window with old windows that did not isolate neither cold nor noise and even closed, dirty blankets stained and torn, light that did not go out of bed, phony not working, towel and Sheets did not change them every day, and to finish when I was bathing the water seeped between the bathtub and the wall coming out into the bedroom near the wires of the current. Never seen such a thing: (

The room was very small and the staff were very friendly and friendly.

In the bathroom in the room does not work ventilation, on the ventilation grille hangs white terry mold.

This hotel is basic, but it's a great base for a holiday. It's near the station and not too far from the beach. You get a lovely floor length patio door in each room that opens onto a small balcony. The sound protection isn't great so it can be loud at times. The bathrooms are small, but you get a sink, shower and toilet so what more do you want? There's even a small bin and towel rail. Breakfast is served between 7 and 10 costs €6 per person.

Very disappointed with the reception at night we see that we are not the goods come.
Hygiene deplorable for a 3 * it is not worth a * the price is outrageous when we see mold in the shower, fridge room! Bad notorious, no parking except the one at the station and still too expensive!
I advise anyone who wants to spend one night finding another hotel!

On a busy street with no soundproofing, we were kept awake until very late with revelers and shouting. Staff was rude and unhelpful, rooms tiny and falling apart, and the luggage storage area was left unlocked and unwatched. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location.

We went a whole school class, and we found bed bugs in several rooms. Some students even had red scratcing marks from the bugs. When we made the staff aware of this, they simply bought new mattresses, which doesn't make the bugs go away. On top of that, not very good service or friendly staff. We were 4 people living in a 2 person room.

The +: The space and the correct situation
The —: Bed bug (we paid 240 euros for disinsecting because of them), dirty room (especially the bed top that smells very bad), a bed breaks, no toilet paper or cup on our arrival, staff who do not tell you hello, television failing, elevator that can accommodate only 3 people instead of the maximum normally allowed as it risks "breaking down", decoration to review.

The hotel is not pleasant at all. The setting is disappointing and very clothed unfortunately. Shower clogged, outside noises and one of the broken beds.

I have never seen such a "exceptionnal" hotel. I would say that this hotel attracts a maximum of 2 *. The rooms are dirty, solid klopovniki. On the floor dust, walking barefoot is Impossible. Blankets are Dirty. The rooms stink, the bathroom, or rather the "shower" all leaks, and after taking a shower, the bathroom really turns into a bath, as the water is all on the Floor. This hotel will also provide you with bedbugs in mattresses or dust mites that you are adept at the Night. As for the breakfasts in this wannastay, they are terrible. One loaf (every day) and nothing new.

Nice hotel. Decent location. Horrible service. We arrived at the hotel around 11 pm and the receptionist told us that parking was free along the street of the hotel. So we parked down the street and when we went to get in our car after checking out, our car had been towed and a "'no parking" sign was put up that was not there the night before. I went back to the hotel to find out where it was and the staff couldn't even give me the correct location for where the car was. The manager was very rude and unhelpful. When I asked if he could at least tell his employees to tell guests that the parking on the street is not in fact free, he flat refused and said it was not his responsibility. We got more help from the police officers outside and were able to locate our car, but the hotel refused to help with anything. If you drive to Nice, do not trust the hotel staff here if they tell you that the parking is free.

Hotel is not trustworthy. Thefts in hotel. Within 8 hours, 8 rooms were stolen. We and our neighbours lost money, plansets and tablets, documents in one evening. Cams in corridors are facing the ceiling. Managers and owners of hotel did not help and did not do anything.

The Location of the Hotel is quit nice, but the rooms are really dirty. Hair in the beds. On the floor was an m &m when we arrived, the next day after the room service cleans the room it was still there. We told the receptionist about it, he said he would do something but nothing happened. Never the less, at least the breakfast was ok.

Stay away! Worst hotel I ever been with bed bugs! Dirty! Awful, sleeping on the street is better.

The cold and impersonal, rooms are dirty and noisy, breakfast is a school canteen, when there is coffee and juice, pastry thawed in the microwave, etc… I will have too much to say after a forced stay of 3 weeks.
This isn't the district that is worthy of the shallows of rio de janerio and I think the smell is more pleasant down.
Especially avoid it.

The 3 three stars pulls only nominally. Tv, refrigerator, air conditioning, toilet and shower. Good Wi-Fi. Nothing more. Strange feeling hostel. All dirty. Its a 3-star hotel in France and as such met my expectations. The rooms are clean and serviceable, if a little cramped. Breakfast (included in my rate) was fine although the fruit juice had been heavily watered down. Its in a noisy area but I adjusted to that after a couple of days. The room had good (and quiet) air con so you can keep the windows shut at night. Wifi worked well. Didn't try the restaurant and the place could do with a bar.

Very bad hotel, not what I recommend, dirty rooms, lot of noise both on the street and inside the hotel, very bad treatment, the receptionist seemed a porter nightclub and pint of gangster. What you see in the photos not be resembles reality and on the breakfast better week a carton of milk and a croissant at the supermarket.

The hotel was excellent. First of all a very successful location of the hotel — close to the Central shopping street of nice. View from the window fascinated me — at the bottom of a small European street and opposite the hotel. Silence occasionally interrupted by the roar of motorcycles. 3-local cosy room had its own минибалкон, on which you can go out and see a nice street. The hotel building can be the subject of photography, as this is not a new development, a classic, well entered in an architectural ensemble of the city together with their balconies. Our retro-balcony simply fascinated. Always someone from a nearby the hotel — from the bottom or from the roof benevolently on the street or arranged gatherings on the balcony at any time of the day, so always look out from your balcony you can stumble on the other views. The hotel has an Italian pizzeria and inexpensive Internet cafe. On the first day of the ресепшионе said that consoles (!?!? ), we managed to get it after check-out part of the tourists (!?!? ) — that kind of strangeness.
