The best thing about the hotel is the friendly Italian receptionist who’s shift in the morning. Not to mention the great hotel and the lovely housekeeping ladies. I think without doubt it should be characterized as a five stars hotel.

Do Not attempt to stay at this hotel. It is not accessible from the street. We drove around this place a half a dozen times never finding a way to stop anywhere near it. The streets are full of people at night and the traffic is insane. There is no place to even pull over. We had to find a different hotel and we had already paid for 2 nights. They wouldn't refund me a dime. We went to Monaco. Again do not stay at this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's very convenient for the train station with regular trains to Momte Carlo and Cannes. The continental breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The dining room was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The manager went out of his way to look up train times for us. He was very pleasant and efficient. Our room had tea and coffee making facilities we would stay here again.

A welcoming moderately priced hotel bang on Avenue Jean Medecin that is worth staying at just for the extremely friendly and extremely helpful front office staff. Special mention MUST be made of Mr. Amadeo, whose suggestions about places to eat at and assistance in helping us navigate to little known places was absolutely fantastic. Medium size rooms, some with a balcony, that are easily accessed via the small but sturdy little elevator :-)

Nice hotel very central for trains and trams. Nice walk down to promenade. Lots of shops on your doorstep. Would stay here again.

Awesome location. Just the next Street from the main shopping centre… Few minutes walk to the beach and massena square … Nice well maintained and clean rooms. To pick for family and friends. Awesome coffee and other drinks (not alcohol) area just next to the reception. If u want something on the beach or with a sea view this is not the property you will be looking for.

Hotel very well placed (we can do everything on foot), very clean and well equipped. The staff at the reception is very welcoming and professional. Special Mention to Malika, who takes care of the breakfasts, always pleasant and smiling.

Clean and cozy rooms, friendly staff speak Italian French and English. Good location on the main boulevard a 10 minute walk from the station and 15 from the sea and Massena square!

The rooms are clean, housekeeping is good, attentive employees. The hotel is located next to the train station and is very convenient for other trips along the Riviera. The hotel is located on the central street, many shops and a large grocery supermarket. I recommend for transit and short stay in the city.

The hotel is "average" own, and 5 minutes from the train Station (very convenient). The breakfast is at a minimum and without kosher/halal (Even after request)
There is no terrace, no restaurant, and the view has nothing special to it. It is a place to sleep, between your different shipping daily.

The hotel is perfect in its location. Room clean and friendly.

Lush carpets and high ceilings in the rooms.

Good location but not accessible by car. Traditional old building but we'll prepared foe quite sleep. Even loud street or active guests will not disrupt your sleep. However, building needs some care and fixing.

All in all a good place to stay. The rooms are clean and in a good shape. The breakfast is a mix of french and english :-).
