I'd give 0 stars if I could, booked through expedia, room wasn't ready when we got there late afternoon, a/c did not work in the room so we didn't end up staying there. The hotel refused to refund us, nor did expedia. Do not stay here, the rooms are small and smell of mildew.

Good litterie place charment restaurant rather decent however it is difficult for children to enjoy the pool. Not secure and deep.
Good parking. Passage before the ferrie the geographical and perfect location.

A star just because a lady from the front desk was very nice. Dated room. Two salads and a salad 32 euros… and we weren't even asked if we wanted to drink, in fact we didn't. Two miles from downtown.

Friendly staff and comfortable little hotel! My teenage daughter and me liked the pool with garden, great atmosphere and the restaurant terrasse. We enjoyed the breakfast with fresh fruit and variety of bread, muesli, juices and more. 10 min walk from the promenade and beach. Great value for money — thank you for friendly service.

Poorly insulated room, fine wall I could hear my neighbor. Cold home I would like to point out that the manager (well it seems to me) the German lady is very nice and listening to her customers the other employee not really. Breakfast on price level, the first two times I came it was fine but there it was not possible I was woken at 5am by a bird singing in the yard. I already made these remarks when I left to the receptionist I would never go again.

Not the very best accommodation but certainly good value.

Stay for the least unforgettable, dismal room, split WC, scales of paint in the bathroom and tub hoof, nothing to do with the photos! Service staff at the restaurant incorrect and rude and all for 83 euros… Establishment to be disadvised! Too bad not to be able to put less than a star.

Very helpful staff with a great Chef, but out of the ordinary the owners who at every instant make you feel at home and therefore make the stay even more relaxing. To return as soon as possible!

My husband and I dined in this hotel's restaurant for Valentine's Day. Excellent Menu and very well presented, refined ambience, friendly and attentive staff. Excellent evening.

Hotel with a very good value for money a couple of steps from the center of Nice and a few Minutes from the airport.

Great hotel with class. Room was comfortable and private patio was a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay. Only downside is it is a little ways from downtown and it wasn't the easiest to find.

Great price, lovely helpful staff and great pool. It's not near the town centre but is near the airport. For a few days peace and quiet by a pool with good sleep in a city it was great.

At the gates of Nice, lovely hotel, rooms and average service, great free parking within the property.

Shower really too small no room for this wash properly.

My wedding day: I decided to drop a big check at this establishment that seemed charming…
D-Day: we arrived in procession, and already it's a mess in the parking lot because no reserved location.
Greeted (we married) by a foreigner barely speaking French and coldly (it turns out it's the boss), we ask for our room key previously reserved, "I do not have the key" ok after an hour to leek he took me out a double. We pack our suitcases to drop them off…
Amazement: to enter the room he makes put shoulder slashes in the door that even struggles to close …
Entering the room: no word, no flowers, no champagne bucket, room for the decô shabby and dated…
I'm thirsty with all these emotions I lean towards the furniture that seems to me to house a fridge (I'm used to hotels) and there: empty! No fridge!
I thought it was a joke!
I'm not going to talk about the rest of the evening…
In short: hyper friendly staff, who are unfortunately run by two insanities and a boss with disrespectful behavior, horrible with her employees, not traders at all …
In short I do not recommend at all, it's a pity because the employees are at the top.
I'm not going to shy away from putting my opinion on tripadvisor, and what's wrong with them is that at my wedding there were presidents of associations, tour operators, hoteliers, so it had the merit of horrifying them …

Small and comfortable Hotel in a quiet location with great restaurant and friendly ambience. With free parking that around here is a rarity.

The staff is attentive to the customers, ready to help. Breakfast is very well served. The property is at the rendezvous But I was disappointed with the room too confined, my companion and I slept badly the two nights spent in this hotel the mattress is not of good quality we had super back pain and the highlight of the show the hotel is soundproof you hear everything in the rooms next door.

Good hotel, decentralized location, about 4km from downtown, but close to beach and airport. The rooms are not big but they are quite comfortable with air conditioning but no minibar or coffee maker. The bathroom in our room was not the best, the sink leaked and the shower flooded the bathroom. The staff are friendly and helpful. Points for free parking, Wi-Fi and outdoor swimming pool.

Would have given it half a star if I could. Downside is everything including dirty floors, essentially no Wi-Fi available. Upside is a big bathroom.

We paid 80 Euro for a double, breakfast not included. We went on Sept 4. And both the restaurant and pool were closed, which wasn't mentioned when we booked. The room was extremely basic, a little dingy, the sliding door didn't really lock (but we could put the shutters down). Free parking was nice.

My friend and I stayed at Hotel Anis for a week, and were very pleased with the kind service (thank you, Christopher and Fanny), fine interiors and tasty food there. Noteworthy are also the free, high-speed wireless internet access and parking space.

Attentive staff, clean rooms. The excellent restaurant! only inconveignant; the noise of takeoffs and landings from the airport international Nice making your alarm clock. Its location is perfect for sea at 5mm to the foot.
