This year, there is only the open beach. I went there for lunch to taste Mr. Albert's Hot Dog. Great welcome, a smiling and caring team. The hot dog with the fries were very good. Orange cocktail /passion fruit very refreshing. I'd be happy to go back.

We go here every year but this year is suck. The man and the ladyshort in reception area is so rude keeps telling us that their not working for us. And to whom their work for. Very rude don't go here their services is poor. B4 every time we call in reception the old lady is so warm and gentle now. We just ask for 1plate the reception tell me to pay for it.

I ate at La Plage Restaurant. Wonderful view, awesome beach and food.

Yes it is great that the hotel staff moved us to another room on 3 attempts. And a night in a very smoked room, it's a test.
When you have a 4, then everything should be at the highest level, and without corrections.
Breakfast and coffee were surprisingly tasty. There is no big variety, the same all 6 days but not left hungry.

Hotel as very expensive by the standards offered, the photos of the site are very nice but really not so, bad cleaning, unwelcoming staff we expected much more given the price, the only positive note is that it is located in the center of Juan's movida Les pins, not to mention sunbeds and umbrellas for those staying not even year while they give them to people not hotel so you have to go and look for a place to go to the beach… a shame. Not recommended.

I love this beach. We eat very well, the place is really friendly. In terms of service there is a lack of organization and the overall staff is not necessarily pleasant. Shame.

One of my favourite Hotels on the French Riviera. Direct Push to the Beach! Super Room, top Service and clean. Always book with Sea View. Worth it. Avabed In Juan les Pins good Dining Restaurants. 10th Minutes to Cannes.

4 star location but 3 star rooms do not match. In serious need of renovation and some luxury touches.

The place is just chic and quieter than downtown. Having a coffee or tea is nice. Poor quality price is perfectible: No possibility to snack on sweet (ice or other) at 5pm or another hour… You have to ask for the choice of a tea, and only one tea basket available for the whole bar. Laughing out loud… No towel… Details of services any beasts that would change everything, and that one thinks to find at the Garden.

A very good reception well maintained and the gentleman responsible for the beach is excellent (a strong Italian accent that adds to the welcome a summer Touch) Thank you.

Beautiful place to spend your holiday. The hotel is the only one on the Côté d'Azur to be on the beach.

Hotel could have a side renovation, not worth its stars, indoor pool in works or closed pfff, Sea view, Good point breakfast and view and location.

Nice amenities. Well located. A true 4 Star! Happy with bed and pillows. View is amazing.

Great hotel with a very nice staff.

Very nice hotel very clean right on the beach, views on the ocean side are spectacular, do yourself the favor and get oceanfront. A spot on the beach cost between €20 and €35 a day a person. Breakfast is €25 a person. There is a restruant right on the beach, we liked that that the dress code for lunch is very relaxed, you have to be covered but shoes aren't required. The food is good for the location, better than any of the closest restruants with the added benefit of being right on the beach. The water is wonderful here and there are many activities such as paddle boats and jet skis that can be rented right from the beach.

Perfect location. Central, but no traffic or noise from the streets.
You need a reservation on the sunbed to actually use the beach, its no point without.
The breakfast was perfect.
On the negative side it seems that the staff is unorganized, caotic and little service minded at times.

The beach and the service is amazing everything is very clean and tidy but somethings are really expensive like water and ice cream.

My agent Booked through hotel for pick up, arrived 14:00 at Nice, driver was 2 hours late. Why wait you ask, it was prepaid. Check in, not friendly at all, no excuse for delayed driver, no assistance offered to check on lost luggageThere is no ice machines, do not try to order through room service operator (Jacky) tells you straight… I wil try when I am not busy. View is good, entertainment all over. Which you pay for, room. My cupboard had sliding doors on once, none now. Maybe new decor?, aircon works a charm, bathroom. Shower in the tub but all you need, do not expect courtesy toothbrush or razor (reception not helpfull at all) if easyjet lost your luggage… soaps and shampoo plus lotion. Breakfast. Really good, only place where staff was really friendly and helpfull, sorry cleaning staff and hotel phone operator also helpful and friendly… and I have two day to go as well as a departure.

Not terrible rooms on the first and second floor work to foresee… the smell of carpet? impossible d open the windows the rooms are always on sale… once not twice!

Aside from its ideal location facing the sea next to the casino and the famous rum distillery Pam Pam Juan — pine — trees, this allegedly 4 * cache of countless defects and inconveniences. Indeed, the marble washbasin was cracked, the piping of the bidet of the bathroom and in the toilet was apparent and windows overlooking the balcony of our Deluxe room overlooking the sea were extremely dirty. But the worst is yet to come. Being arrived at the hotel around 5:30 with my friend, this hotel charged us two breakfast at EUR 50.00 on the day of our arrival and being left around 06:45 a few days later, he also charged us the garage at EUR 32.00 on the day of our departure. Despite my objections, the Manager of customer relations, whose name, I detest voluntarily confirmed to me twice that my final bill was perfectly correct citing somewhat dubious arguments and logic. However, it is certainly sure that this property never see again me! … — QED.

GARDEN BEACH HOTEL is a fabulous hotel to stay for your holiday. If possible get a SEAVIEW room, it makes no difference which sea view hotel side you get. (it will make your holiday more memorable). The hotel is central in Juan for all the nightlife with the casino under the hotel and Le Crystal & Pam Pams etc. (bars & nightlife across the road).

A 2 star hotel at best, posing as 4 star. Old, dirty, and with poor service.

Hotel and staff was excellent, I stayed in room 245 for a week 4.7.13 and the outlook / seaview was fabulous (i've put 3 pictures from that room window). Stayed there again for week starting 5.7.14. Stayed in room 517 absolute fabulous view; (look at hotel pictures) even better than last years view. Again staff and hotel excellent.

Overpriced chambers and you have to pay for ancillary services such as using their private beach (you can't even go there with a towel! ), swimming pool, spa. The Wi-Fi was free, but slow and only allowed one device connected per chamber. The hotel halls connecting to each room were dim, old and outdated. I had the feeling I was in some red light district crummy hotel. Elitist feeling as only high-end flashy cars were allowed to be parked in the entrance to the hotel. If you want to use the underground parking in the hotel, you have to pay over 30 euros per night. As for the rest, nice quiet chamber, and friendly people handling the rooms. The breakfast options were nice as well. Overall, sub par experience for the price paid.

It's all about location. Building is old, but I would still recommend this place just to be in the middle of all that is happening.
