We frequent the Ibis chain. This hotel is a disaster. Staff not friendly, paid parking € 25 per night. Room the size of a closet. Bathroom cramped TOILET unusable until it is near the wall. Only positive point the rooms are not dirty, they are quiet and the bedding is acceptable. Has to absolutely avoid if you want to relax before your trip.

Booked a room for 3; everything looked decently clean, however it smelled kinda like dog was there. We were also lacking enough blankets. Breakfast bar was good; had generic breakfast items and tasted pretty good.

It is very convenient for those who want to take only the plane! For the rest I do not recommend! Small waxes, very small bathroom without fan or air… Also little helpful and expensive staff go up Paris! Do not be fooled by the low price those 20/30 € in less you pay them for health, travel between hotels and Paris to want to sleep in a park skyrocketing.

If you move a lot and you have a tight time this is what is right for you. Efficient at any time.

Large, clean, modern hotel near the airport. Staff is surly or indifferent. There are no in-room amenities, not even a coffee pot. On-site food options get poor reviews, but we tried only the snack shop, which featured wilted salads. The air-conditioning in the room made a lot of noise but didn’t cool anything, resulting in a hot, uncomfortable night. We were told that all the rooms are like that, as the hotel is still set up for winter (in late May). I asked for a fan and was told to come down and get it myself. Not recommended.

Clean and good! The bathroom is just a wet cell, where you can't exactly sit on the toilet. Too small!

Well located with immediate access to the free service of train CDGVAL back and forth. Even so, it is suggested to leave 3 hrs before your flight. As in all hotels there is front desk staff very friendly and a very mule. Small rooms with limited space. Service of buffet and other restaurants.

Our flight was delayed, so we had to stay here overnight. The hotel is literally located at the Airport, which was great as we had an early flight. The rooms were great as well, however the bathrooms were a little bit small.

An awful way to end a great trip! Alexandre was awful! In the morning the shower burned me badly and got extremely hot when my fiancé used the sink to brush her teeth. There were no signs or warnings that this would happen so I figured it would be nice to let management know upon check out so they could at least put a sign up to help future guests as I am guessing this happens quite often. The manager Alexandre could not have been ruder! He immediately said he would not give any refund before u spoke and that I was a stupid American for not knowing turning on the sink would make the shower hot. This did not happen anywhere else we stayed and I was not even looking for a refund as this is a super cheap hotel to begin with! He then went on to say in America they need notes on the microwaves so that we don’t put our pets in them which was completely irrelevant and rude! He was saying he was the owner which I do not believe and would not provide me his last name. I did get a picture of him though so you know who to avoid :)! My recommendation to ibis if you are going to be on the very low end in terms of your accommodations, please work on your service and have a talk with Alexandre!

Hotel IBIS CDG, is very conveniently located from Airport offering a quality and budget stay in Paris. You will have a very comfortable room but a very small bathroom (similar to that of an airplane). There are varied food options and food is good with a lot of options. Staff is very friendly. I did not carry universal electrical adapter and I was struggling to keep mobile charged. Staff provided me with a one with a smile. What makes IBIS CDG a choice is 1. Proximity to airport 2. Connectivity with trains 3. Food option 4. Facilities for a transit traveller (utility items available on vending machines) 5. Friendly staff. So when you plan a trip to Paris again, its your first choice.

Attention, booking receipt at the front desk. They claim wrong things at the front desk and demand repayments depending on repayments, even though everything was paid for. In addition, it may well be that around 22h00 the room is not ready …

Very good option to stay.

Easy to access hotel, well located and efficient check-in. I got a reasonable price but this might not always be the case. The ibis rooms lack power plug by the bed. I counted only 2 plugs by the desk for the whole room, it's clearly not enough. Pillows could be improved as well as the dated TV. Good intentions with old videos plugs available for showing our own content but no one use those plugs now and the size of the TV makes the laptop a better deal.

Very Good, budget option. Very simple to get to/from airport. Lots of food options available and good Wi-Fi. Clean and comfy.

The location of the hotel just beside the CDGVAL station and their quick check-in check-out procedures make this hotel one of the most convenient options. The rooms are small but well-equipped. The bedding is comfortable and provided for some much needed rest. The bathrooms however are tiny, so much so that moving inside is difficult with the door closed! The four restaurants provide a variety of food options at anytime of the day or night. Overall, the hotel is a good choice if one has to spend a few hours near the airport in relative comfort.

A typical Ibis hotel. Good location. There is a bus stop nearby as well as trains that deliver to the airport terminals. Breakfast. Wi-Fi works well. Breakfast included. I paid for lunch separately. Overall everything is OK. In order to use Oiftom, you need to use a card that give out on the Resepción-magic words "drove" not pomogojut. At exactly 12 o'clock in the afternoon (check out time) started knocking on the door and woke. The truth gave ten minutes to get dressed and collect things.

Hotel very close to terminal 3 of Charles de Gaulle airport. Friendly staff. With several places of restoration that close late if you arrive late. Good facilities in general.

I decided to stay over at a moment's notice at 8:30 in the morning. I thought I'd have to wait until 12:00 for check in but I was given a room straight away. Check it was quick and painless. Five minutes at most. The room is small but clean and comfortable. I had dinner in their buffet restaurant (there are 4 restaurants to choose from) and it was delicious. Friendly service all around. Can't wait for breakfast tomorrow morning! Just take note: the shower cubicle is quite small and the floor REALLY slippery! Please be careful!

Convenient to rest for a moment during a stopover. Quick check in & out. Friendly staff. Entrance wide enough for a wheelchair and the elevator is also suitable but a little narrow.

I was given a voucher by an airline because my flight was delayed. I arrived at the hotel, which is directly at the airport, and had to wait for maybe 10 minutes in the queue. The check-in was simple. The room is small but very clean and nicely looking. The bathroom is good with a new shower. Of course, the rooms are small but I had smaller ones and this hotel is esepe for overnight guest at the airport. You don't need a bigger room for that. Only the food I didn't like as much. I had a free dinner and breakfast included. The breakfast was better than the dinner, which was a buffet of different salads without a label. Everything looked and tasted similar and bland. But still, better than other hotels.

I liked the idea with the shuttle, that can bring you to the airport and back.

Breakfast is a little poor, toaster was not working.
I ask for a late c/o BC my flight left in the nicht, but it was not possible so I rented I day xtra with no hot water BC there was no hot water that day.
The plants in hallway are dead.
The frontdesk and housekeeping are polite and friendly but they can't speak normal english.

The restaurant being in works, the breakfast is now in a room too small where a cheerful mess reigns. That big tables on which you will have the pleasure to share your little stay with strangers.

It is not the best hotel in the world, but is right next to the Charles de Gaulle airport. If you need to make a connection the next day is suitable, but to visit Paris I doubt that it is ideal.

Good place for staying if you a have a flight on the early mornings or if you need to be close to the airport. Really easy to access from the RER B train line by the Terminal 1 (3) CDG station and very good service and attention from the staff. Also it's great that the buffet breakfast starts from 4:30 a. M. So you have time to take it before leaving to the airport! …

I stayed at the Ibis Paris, then CDG for two nights. In Paris, I slipped in the shower. The shower floor is dangerous. I told two women working in a room on the right side of the front desk that it was dangerous, and they both agreed. The shower flooded at Ibis CDG. I tried to unplug it and when I stood back up I hit my head on the little shelf in the shower. An engineer fixed it. I also switched rooms as there was exhaust from either the airport or the freeway coming through the vent. In that second room there was no soap in the shower so I had to keep stepping out to get soap and with the slipper shower floors it was an to say the least a continued obstacle. It was very cold in all the rooms. I had to have blankets brought up. I don't like forced heat. The manager Madelyn (sp) seemed not to care. It's very hard to get a smile from her. I think she's been at the CDG Ibis too long as she's lost empathy for customers. She let me barrow her personal personal phone to call my bank which was nice of her. When I booked the CDG room I paid for breakfast at the same time. At Ibis Paris I had to have a receipt for breakfast as I didn't book that room with the breakfast. At CDG the cashier told me to go to the front desk and pay for breakfast. At Ibis CDG, I went to the cashier and he told me to get a receipt. I said I'd already paid for it. I was too tired to go back and forth so I went to the restaurant across the street and Paid $27.00 for eggs and toast.

We have not stayed at the hotel due to a strike of air traffic controllers. After multiple attempts to contact, several mails sent and unsuccessful calls : no answer! Even the website through which we booked to try to contact them : no results. Impossible to get a simple answer and a refund for the night that we did not in themselves independently of our will! It is a SHAME that such a large group is 100 euros and is not capable of a goodwill gesture more than limited in the mass of bookings they have, that more is in exceptional situations! One thing is for sure : The group Ibis in the whole has lost a regular customer (which reserved also often guest many) … It is a shame but we can find alternative solutions with people more competent and having a better relationship.

The location is excellent. The room was great. The man handling the front desk on my morning of departure on 9/16/17 needs some coaching on how to work with his customers. On 2 separate occasions, I walked up to the front desk and asked him a question and I was the only customer present. Both times he kept typing and staring at his monitor for about a minute without acknowledging a person was standing there as if I was an invisible man. A simple, "I will be right with you sir" rather than being treated like I was interrupting an important project would have been a polite way to handle a customer.

Wonderful hotel. Clean. Quiet. Modern. A good place to stay if you have a layover. Very easy shuttle from the airport. I has to get on a plane for the US and it was early. I was able to make my flight on time with no worries. The restaurant was very good and a fair price.

Excellent Hotel for connections to other flights and business matters in the area. Far from Paris central, but connected by means of the system of RER trains. Close taxi ride (not walk) are located the shopping center AEROVILLE.

Very bad hand for a loss of svion at 11 in the night, I was looking for a hotel and when you enter your string a girl for eastern us said anything more to enter without looking the computer that there was no space, the two minutes we ask another lord, Carine, I think, and gave us two rooms. Hand the reservation made in the name of my 8 year old daughter and the next day asking for the sheet claims to us the negsron without providing anything. We caused a great upheaval due to the rain, to ride with ina little girl at night alone, etc I Intend to go to consumer.

Have stayed here before, so decided to come again. The location is perfect for catching flights. Room very comfortable, especially the bed — got a great night's sleep before my flight the next day. Breakfast was fine and although I seem to recall a few more choices last time. Overall very satisfactory!

I did the online check-in to save time and at the end late three times more than having it done in situ. The check-in I did online, once there I notice that there is a queue of about 20 people to do the normal check-in and a poster for customers platinum, gold and silver and online, where you will find a person who is being served and another in the queue, after more than 25 minutes with the person being cared for (apparently had a disagreement with the booking) seeing that the other queue is left empty, and that customers who had arrived after had been served me to change along with the person who was behind me, once we got the room at each one, notice that the person that was in front of me and was still waiting for opt for the same option of change row. I think that once tube the problem with the client, the receptionist had to have advised his companions (4 in the tail normal) and we have derived them. I did the online check-in to save time and at the end late three times more than having it done in situ.

My wife and I arrived at the airport by train. The hotel was convenient and easy to find. Check-in was easy and friendly. The lobby was spacious, bright, and inviting. Our room was clean and efficient. We had dinner in one of the hotel's restaurants. The food and service were quite good. We also visited the bar. It was quite full and lively, and the services was friendly.

Only complaint was that, having been promised at 20.30 that table for dinner would be available at 21.15 I didn't get my plate of salad and separate chips till 22.20!

All right. Only one complaint-suggestion: Are required better explanations to know with certainty which of the 3 hotels IBIS from the airport is the booking. Greetings.

The atmosphere is clean and very comfortable. Not only for transit, but for long stay. The location is very close to Metro Station, making it easy for guests to reach it. BUT, why are there guests who arrive at the airport around 1-3am they do not have access to pick up at the terminal? I almost slept all night in terminal 1 because there was no pickup from and to Ibis Hotel, because the reason was off schedule. May be added 24 hour free shuttle facility.

Very good hotel. If you book early enough you can get good bargains. Room was large enough, WLAN impeccable. Would always book there again.

Room correct obviously, unfortunately if you stay there more than one night, it lacks a few little tricks, a kettle, a larger TV for example.
Otherwise good it goes, well located, relatively quiet for a passing hotel.

Very well located. Has a shuttle type train to the side which takes you to the terminal free of charge and very fast frequencies (4 minutes). Room average and the hotel is huge.

It was OK, good location, just in front of the bus station, right after terminal 3. Good for overnight airport stay. As a hotel, it could definitely do better. The room I had was full of detergent smell (checked-in at 11pm), and the pillows are not very comfortable. Overall, good cheap hotel for CDG overnight stay.

Hôtel is very clean, great service and right where you need to be for an early flight out in thé morning. Plenty of eating options and à great fresh breakfast. All round just what every airport needs! To avoid the queue at check in, and to get a cheaper price you should become an Accor member.

A bit expensive but small breakfast and especially the windows are well isolate two bulbs don't work not system economy of light by introduction of map is interesting.

This is a superbly convenient hotel to stay at if you are flying into or out of CDG. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean, though the rooms are fairly basic. Several dining opportunities on site.

There are so many IBis hotels in France. This is in terminal 3 @ CDG Paris airport. Very convenient to travel. Take the CDG Val shuttle from the airport. Has free Wi-Fi. And paid lockers too. If your taking roissybus or other busses or TGV train this hotels is very convenient. You can buy reasonable buffet breakfast for EUR 10. Thus place has a Italian Restaurent too. If your a big made obese person please be careful of small toilets and shover. Toilets are very very small here.

Great place for travellers who are passing in Paris and don't want to go very far. Metro a few steps. Comfortable rooms and the staff speak Spanish.

Expensive for very small room with power socket next to the window, not convenient at all. I spent 10 minutes trying to reach my room floor because of their stupid card reader in the elevator that works once in a while, probably supposed to be here to secure the access but who really still think they can secure a building with magnetic cards, making a copy takes 2 seconds with a device everyone can buy for 20$ on ebay…

An IBIS is an IBIS. Don't expect a high end hotel. Bathrooms are super tiny. I'm 6'3 (192cm) and I have to seat sideways on toilets. : — ( But location matters. It is right there connected to both terminal1 and 2

Excellent location, Nice staff, clean top. Placement impeccable to quickly reach terminals airport and possibilities of rooms for a few hours in case of fatigue between flights.
However the price of breakfast is absolutely abused in the light of the weakness of the buffet.

Terrible customer service. Impossible to find which IBIS booked. Spent 7 hours being sent in the wrong direction. Hotel would not call a taxi to take me to the hotel.

Huge typical IBIS. This differs in that it does not work promised me, on a floor accessible only by Elevator, one of which also does not work everywhere and crowds of people and have to wait a very long time.

First off, this is an airport hotel so I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're on holiday as the only thing nearby is the airport. I didn't stay here for long — arrived at 20:00 and left the following morning at 08:30. The proximity to the airport is very convenient and I was at Terminal 2A within 20 minutes of leaving the hotel. The pizza restaurant was very nice, although I though the food was a little pricey but not extortionate. Was a little amused that the beer was cheaper than Coke. The staff were friendly, those I dealt with spoke excellent English when my French failed me. No problems with the room, it was clean and did the job for the short time I was there.

The air condition didn´t work, no answer from hotel, we slept like we are in a Sauna.
