Beautiful clean and well-located property with a beautiful view of the Loire.

Very smart rooms and attentive staff, nice view across river and city.

Comfortable, friendly staff, decent rooms, good breakfast. Parking garage tight for big cars and limited outdoor space.

Relatively new rooms, a very decent breakfast, a good location with the tram right across the street and a self-service bike station in front of the door. The bathrooms could be a little refreshed. Kind staff.

Pleasant hotel close to city center. Breakfast has limited options but oke for 1 night layover.

Pro: Hotel underground parking, free on weekends. Staff: kind and helpful. Breakfast: very varied choice and good quality ingredients (17 euros). Location: Great, overlooking the Loire and you can easily walk to the centre.

Cons: There are many hotels of the same category that are much cheaper and more modern. The structure is overall dated and denotes a certain inattention to detail. In the room (carpet) pass the fact that there is not even a couple of cobblers, but it is serious enough that even the toilet is missing.

For a four-star, value for money — very low price and well below expectations.

This hotel has to be the worst 4 star I have ever stayed in in my 30 years of travel. It was so bizar and I will not stay here again even of they paid me. The entire hotel had two staff most evening that did everything. It was almost a comedy. The rooms were disgusting and morning staff were super rude. I asked so many times to sp3ak to a manager and even the manager didn't work on w33k3nds. The restaurant was closed at lunch time even tho it advertised it's lunch menu. The same old lady that was cleaning the small long was se4ving drinks getting ice taking food orders at dinner time and doing the room service. We had booked 6 rooms for a conference which was a utter waste of money. This hotel is not worth a penny more that 15 euros a night. I am so fruastrat3d upon check out on Sunday that there is still no management to sp3ak to so I had no choice but to try to save u fellow travellers and strongly advise you not to ever book this hotel.

Definitely NOT recommend this hotel. Stayed 2 nights in April. Arrived 6 pm and I’ve found: 1. Chewing gum sticked on the floor 2. Chips leftovers on the carpet and on the chair: vacuum cleaner was passed over a month, at least. 3. Had the only chicken salad in the menu and it had a sauce which was horrible. They did not even bother to ask if everything was ok or not, at the end of the meal when the plate was 85% full. 4. Lady at reception was annoyed when I asked separate invoices for parking and hotel, so she changed attitude and was rude (saying hello to the next client over my shoulder, suggesting indirectly that I should ‘fous le camp’, or get lost. Everything above can be checked with invoices, checkout dates and detailed photos. (Room 426).

The hotel is very well located for the whole of Nantes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility but I had not taken a room PMR but the staff had booked me a meeting room so that I could leave it safe. Parking fee €10 per night but free in front of the hotel. Very good breakfast. Possibility of having gluten-free products. Very good Wi-Fi. Spacious room but I do not advise you to sleep on the couch bed! Otherwise King size bed appreciable damage to the coffee task on the box spring and the holes in the curtains. The bathroom was very clean. Perfect hotel for a family weekend.

Hôtel agréable, situé face à la Loire. Accès par tramway possible, attention pas direct depuis la gare. 1 changement à la station commerce. Chambre agréable, propres, literie correct. Nous avons passer un agréable moment.

I went there because I was organizing a seminar for clients and prospects. Very friendly staff.
The room a bit dated but we had everything necessary.
The restaurant is top, from the entrance to the dessert everything was excellent! Even the snack at 10:30!

Very good location to visit Nantes. The rooms are correct and the King size bed appreciable. The black spot of this hotel is the price of breakfast (17 euros) which is good but without anything exceptional! Note, the smile of the service and maintenance staff what was not the case at the reception!

Conveniently located, spacious and clean room with a nice view of the Loire. Bathroom quite large with a large shower. Good quality bedding. The office is very good also for those who unfortunately have a little work.

Good location to visit the city on foot, but That's all… away from the standard hotel, need to claim cask services (filling The mini Bar…) staff sometimes incompetent (i had warned on booking that I will have a medicine to put on the cool and nothing was not expected when I arrived, I had to explain the usual procedures…) Restaurant to avoid (besides, only buses eat there) we return to this beautiful city but will try the other Novotel.

Very well located in L'Ile de Nantes, very close to the center and all the most interesting monuments of the city, all very correct, with garage.

Nice room with all amenities, mini bar, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, flat screen. Good quality breakfast (hot and cold buffet). Good value for money Hotel For the regular Novotel, it is a bit of a notch below the franchise.

The rooms are fine and clean, the staff are great and the tram runs from outside the hotel into Nantes centre a couple of stops away (4 minutes). It's perfectly located for a visit to the machines galleries and all the other city sites. We only had lunch at the hotel the day we arrived and that was fine and reasonably priced. The only slightly awkward part was the parking, you need to obtain a code before going down into the slightly tight underground parking and there aren't many spaces. Other than that it's a great location for a short reasonably priced couple of nights in Nantes.

We had a family room. Ok. Restaurant not top in the evening, service slow and flat prepared expensive for what it is.

Very helpful friendly reception staff. Changed my first near the elevator room with not a problem. Pleasantly surpised by the quality of dining room food served at dinner. The beer was cold and well deserved after a very long day.

Great price and good location. Very new rooms, fully equipped, and amazing breakfast buffet. Hughly recommended!

Friendly staff that will do everything in their power to help; pleasant rooms with every amenity you could need; easy to locate (right by a tram stop) and reasonably priced!

Rooms are well maintained. The staff members are very accommodating. Location is best for tourists because it is close to tramway and our room is over looking the River Loire.

Undergoing renovation at the time. Friendly staff. Rooms are pretty standard — nothing special. The corridors are quite uninviting. Decent breakfast selection but nothing to shout about.

Of the cons: no gym, stupid pictures with pigs in some rooms.

We stayed 7 nights in a family suite with half board.
About the restaurant, one menu was proposed for the entire week, so the variety was not to go. In addition, the service life is extremely long (at least 1:30 for a starter and a main course! ). The quality of the meals and breakfasts is correct.
In terms of the room, a very nice view on the Loire, marred by a questionable cleanliness the day of our arrival (of dust under the beds). Sleeping on the sofa mattresses are of low quality. The room was shabby (lack of paint in many places, joints of earthenware badly done, door damaged). Do not rely on television for entertainment because orders from one of the two did not work and one of the two remote controls no more even after Exchange at the reception. The second day, we had the great pleasure to wake up at 8:30 by blows of hammers then a drill coming from work in the room from below! Relaxing holiday… Morning n ° 5, we learn that the water would be cut from 10: 00 to 15: 00 due to a water damage repair. One night, when we returned, missing a sheet on a bed and one duvet to another and the mini-bar was not replenished. Wi — Fi access is very slow)

Positive:
-the staff is very friendly and responsive
* Negative pointS:
-the bed where the slats are missing and where the springs go into the back…
-the clouds of mosquitoes from the Loire, you literally rotting your night even in the month of October
-Wall shower leaking and transforms the bath in the pool at the end of your shower
-Wi — Fi as fast as your good old 56 k at the time
-the air conditioner is not working
-the parking lot which is supposedly free when you book, but when're you actually there's only 3 free places and otherwise is X€ per day
-the Director who does not care much to know if you're not happy
-j' to forget.

I travel often, in France or abroad. More I have experience on the subject, less I want to go to the Novotel in favor of mercury. This one is a good example.
The House is dated, clearly at least 10 years that it has not touched. The key head alone down the bar (in his defense, the person at the reception was promised it would be fixed tomorrow. We'll see. )
(Of course free) Internet flow is 370 Kbps, supporting evidence. Considered to be in "high speed" from 512 Kbps, and even at that speed there are in general that it's slow. The parking is very narrow and paying (we would have liked that it is included in the room price).
Anyway, given the price, we're probably better at Ibis and certainly mercury. The employees are friendly and helpful, it's everything.

Friendly, air-conditioned and clean hotel, friendly staff. Somewhat complicated by car because of the work but the city center is not far walk.

Nice hotel, a bit noisy side Court, but windows cleaning and conditioning. Restaurant very good. Nice rooms. Tram at the foot of the hotel. Car parking a bit cramped (not having big car). Staff attentive. Clean.

The bi-lingual staff was extremely helpful and I loved the free on-site parking (free places limited). Our room was spacious (even by American standards), with a gorgeous view of the river. The hotel's location is great as well. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the Machines de l'Ile. Convenient tram stop directly in front of the hotel as well.

Too expensive given the location and the chosen furniture gets old fast and hard. Buffet lunch below mercury. The staff is fortunately impeccable.

Very good hotel, very modern, nice and clean. Unfortunately, it is badly located. Although it is on the Loire it is far enough from the city center. Hotel to avoid so whether it is a family stay. I recommend the superior room which is not greater than another but which has a bed "Sise King" pretty nice. The breakfast is quite good and complete.
