The hotel is 5min walk from the airport. The reception service is so so. The waiters in the restaurant are terrible! Extremely impolite and obnoxious every time I stay her. Bar server is friendly. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Updated 06/2018 Previously I rated that's hotel a 5 star due to the bad service in restaurant. I've changed it to a 4-star because the service has improved tremendously, yet there is still room for improvement on the food. The bartender is still 5 star and now I have appetizers at the bar and skip the restaurant. The addition of the self-service espresso machine at 4.30am is great!

No breakfast before 5:00, no shuttles before 5h40. For an airport hotel and for morning takeoffs, this is unacceptable.

A few steps from the airport. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast quality. No sound nuisance. Nice room.

For the 4 * * * * very expensive for the service. The air con. Cold night. With a bill of 220 euros with the restaurant asks to pay a coffee 2.50 in the morning…

There was a lack of electrical outlets on the bedside tables and in the bathroom near the mirror as well as a garbage can in the toilet and a welcome tray the cage water.

Extremely well received, welcome very friendly and courteous, employee humor, frankly nickel!
Clean and quiet hotel, perfect rooms! Very pleasantly surprised! There's even Bein ' on TV for sports enthusiasts.
Go a little snag, the Wi-Fi a little slow little trick to eat well cheap, in the parking lot of the B&B right next door, there is a super food truck!
To finish with the hotel, I did not have breakfast, so I can not talk about it.
In any case, if I am passing, I stop there without any worries.

Value for money/service excellent. Ideal location for a very early takeoff.

The noisy presence of a sports team in the dining room and the impossibility (the lack of good will of the waiter? ) to serve me at some distance from the noise, out of "his" room, have ruined my short stay! This is the first time in your establishments but this will be the last for Nantes airport.

The note would be better if: very average pillow quality (not pleasant synthetic stuff) €140 the room anyway.
The noise in the lobby until more than 01:30 in the morning.
With room 804 in the DRC, it would be advisable to put an "anti-noise" door at the entrance of the corridor leading to the rooms of the DRC.
The reception staff at the morning rules is well kept to ask us if our stays had been pleasant.

I have not stayed at this hotel, I only took advantage of the bar. Still, not being a customer I was received with the same kindness as the residents, the reception was perfect and the staff nice and friendly.

Frankly, very nice! I was both a professional and a couple. A suggestion: Small table trash or near the machine to collect tea bags or their envelope.

Hotel for max one night stand and only if you need to stay at airport. Awuful service. Personel is rude and annoying especilly at the reception. I must say that only mades are very nice and professional. Although it is stated that there is gym in the hotel that s not true. There is one small room with windmill and bicycle maybe 5m2 big. The breakfast is a joke, no fruit, no vegetables… Every day the same food. Rooms are nice but there is no in room safe, no minibar, no coffee maker… There is a fire place in the lobby but if you are sitting close to it than recepcionist is coming every 2 minutes to tell you that you must be silent due to fact that lobby is closed? Lobby is closed? Guests are not alowed to sit in lobby? Avoid if you are able.

Third stay here in a year. Excellent Location Very comfortable rooms, clean. Restaurant very good level. Refined and healthy Cuisine. Very friendly and very professional staff. Bravo!

Very friendly service. Only a couple of min walk to the airport. Pool was closed for cleaning in the morning, which is a bit inconvenient. Food quality of the restaurant (breakfast and dinner) is disappointing.

I have only used the resteraunt here, but it's great. Hotel looks great and staff are very friendly.

Convenient walking distance from airport, rooms are nice. Waited almost 20 minutes for waiter to take my order. Not so pleasant staff.

Very good hotel. Clean, great location, close to airport and with a free shuttle. Small flats: when we arrived the Ascender was being refurbished and the Porter absent. We have some we even get our luggage on the 1st floor. The AC was very badly resolved not cold enough air was just warm.
