Quiet hotel very well <
impeccable service even during this health crisis.
I recommend without hesitation.

Beautiful setting, beautiful place, close to the city center. A good welcome, good team.

The room is clean and spacious. One regret, however: the absence of a coffee maker or kettle for coffee or tea, especially during the closing of bars.

Unbelievable experience at this hotel arrive yesterday after an 8 hour drive from Périgueux to be told that the restaurant was fully booked and they could not cater for 2 residents however was told today Sunday was fine. Went to confirm table for tonight (Sunday) and incredibly told that there was an outside group in for dinner and due to short staff they would only cater for them! No room at the Inn for residents again this from a supposedly 5star hotel. Booked into the Regina next door for dinner I know where I’ll be staying next time certainly not at this establishment who treat their clients so shockingly. By the way the breakfast isn’t up to much either.

A nice hotel, the staff is nice but nothing more. The rooms are spacious and have views of the park. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves something to be desired especially in the toilets. The bedding is aging.
The pool is really nice and suitable for young children on the other hand, as far as we were concerned the water was cold.
The price of the night is in my opinion excessive given the general service.

Charming establishment. Buffet lunch varied and hearty. Very friendly and helpful friendly facilities (sauna, outdoor pool, tennis court, pretty little park). Room spacious and clean. Only downside: lack of fridge / minibar in the room.

Rather accustomed to 4 or 5 stars, this 3 star is fine, the location is close to everything and invites you to relax. Nice setting and fairly large rooms. We liked having a door separating the entrance-wc-bathroom from the room, which insulates well from the noise. Bottled water, free in the room, all that's missing is a small fridge and possibly the air conditioning (although we didn't have a heat problem). We'll be back.

Great hotel: well located, wooded exterior, top outdoor pool, very welcome. The hotel was full that night despite that we slept very well. The rooms are well soundproofed and clean.

Superb hotel friendly and relaxing spacious room welcoming and pro staff. Restoration to the refined menu as well as wines. We'll come back to that.

Very rude lady at reception! Just checked in after a very long drive. My partner began to undress from our sweaty clothes for a shower. Two ladies walk in our room. After my and their shock. I go to follow them down to reception to see the confusion and to make sure this wouldn't happen again. A very rude older lady at reception asked who I was. Look away angry to her computer. Her colleague who checked us in, said there has been some confusions. Neither apologised, no reassurance that it wouldn't happen again. I thought the women would have better hospitality etiquette! Also they barely have any Wi-Fi.

Ridiculous meal deal offered to our group of 27 golfers — 'in the interests of keeping costs down' — we were offered one choice of starter, main and dessert, for the WHOLE group. This offer was rejected, we gained a refund on our group rate and had a superb meal in O'Delice in Hardelot-Plage. Otherwise, the hotel was comfortable with good size rooms. No tea/coffee making facilities. A/c didn't seem to work very well. Decent breakfast, but the fruit salad was not pleasant, and the scrambled egg was powdered. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Swimming pool a real +. Would I book again… mmmmmm?

Very nice stay in one of the renovated rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Evening meals neat and varied. Bravo to the Chief and all his Brigade. Quiet hotel. Beautiful golf courses in HARDELOT. Getaway to recommend.

Very very disappointed with the reception of the restaurant manager at 1:15 this day (I remind you that it is Sunday, mother's day and a cyclo event that brings back 6000 people in the resort… much to say a great day…) indoor room of the restaurant: only one busy table and terrace relatively busy but not enough to shout victory… I ask for a table for 3 indoors the Manager answers me "it's not going to be possible we are full"! I insist a little, since we had a good time on the previous Sunday, nothing to be responsible always as "closed" that certify to me "we are complete"! Please stop taking the customers for jerks and say rather the truth "it is too beautiful today I do not want to work so I do not take any more customers" it's much more honest it's really a pity for an establishment of this rank the waitresses are in Reva very kind and welcoming.

The hotel is very nice, very quiet and conveniently located 2 kms from the beach. The rooms and common rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated and original. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. The dinner was delicious, refined and the decoration of the plates neat. Wide choice of cocktail offered at the bar at very reasonable rates. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and varied, combining sweet and savoury. The staff are very polite and helpful. The Sauna (30 MN offered per guest) is installed in a pleasant room with shower, deckchair and apartment bike.
In summary, we had a very pleasant stay, well resting and we will stay again with joy if the opportunity presented itself.

I just give 3 stars Kar I know the place but my son starts his internship today and he was well received him and his boyfriend, and the accommodations for them intern and O top one belonging to them both, my son did an internship in a castle, the castle Cocove it did not have a dwelling kol that there, then the this castle is reputed and get rich people with Ferrari, but the accommodations was disgusting and not worthy of intern ki work there mm if the ambience of the kitchen and room was cool and nice me RCI has them, thank you to take care of your interns.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast at will American kind, hot food and very good. Very spacious room. We loved the décor of the room and the hotel. Lots of seats, sofas and armchairs in the lobby and bar accessible from the entrance. The bar was particularly nice. Service is impeccable. I recommend it, the experience was very good.

Good quality room, well decorated and spacious. However not very well soundproofed at the hallway level. Small flat: No mobile network in the whole hotel and in the rooms and the Wi-Fi is a bit capricious.
