I have been staying here for over 15 years.

I stayed 2 nights and unfortunately the first night we had a room with connecting door closed of course but we could hear everything in the next room as if we were there.
Also, around 12:20 a. M. The night watchman drummed in the bedroom doors and I got up half asleep and this employee asked me if we could hear noise because there was noise in the hotel!
In the morning our neighbors woke us up with hairdryers and discussions. This room should be reserved for families with children.

Thanks to the kindness of the Day Manager, the adjoining room was not rented on the 2nd night and we managed to sleep normally.

It's a shame because I was received warmly. The reception staff is efficient and smiling. However the cleanliness of my room left something to be desired. At first glance, it looks overall clean. But when you settle down you realize that the soil has not necessarily been sucked in. There was also a whole bunch of little flying critters hanging on the walls, ceiling, curtains. Dead and probably there for a while. As for the bathroom, the first day I didn't have a bath mat, whereas the next day I had one. For breakfast, I find the price too high for the service offered, I had already paid for the two days otherwise I will not have returned the second. The cups were not clean, there was not much choice (not even fruit or compote on the second day) and the "restocking" was not carried out. On the first day I also came across an ajar compote that had turned. When I had to leave, the elevator was down, so I found myself having to carry my (heavy) luggage up the stairs. One of the employees then saw me coming out and still told me that I should have asked him for help. In short, I will say that at first, the hotel seems clean and good value for money but that staying there only one night, we realize that this is not so much the case and that the cleanliness leaves something to be desired.

Dirty bathroom: hair in the shower, glasses of dirty TOILETS, traces in the toilet bowl.
No hair dryer.
Concern announced at the reception: we were told to have established a credit but to this day still nothing received.
The bed was very comfortable.
Carpet in the room, big doubts about hygiene given the condition of the bathroom…

Excellent reception. The room was very large and clean. Super. Only. Wi-Fi lacks throughput but maybe it's because of customers who abuse it?

No more batteries in the remote control. No SOAP in the shower, not even added by the room service despite my complaint. Obliged to bring someone in on my return around midnight for the second night. To flee absolutely.

Disappointing room, cigarette smell in a room that is normally non smoking. View on a roof terrace that should serve as an ashtray. Task on the carpet. Floor on broken bathroom door, door handle broken bathroom. No little towel. A hair dryer would be welcome. Room 239 To avoid, the smell of cigarette is really horrible in this room. It was a good breakfast.

Comfortable, clean, pleasant staff and a decent buffet-style breakfast in the morning. Simple but functional bedroom and bathroom with modern TV but no kettle. Very handy location on the trip north to Dunkirk.

I had already come to this hotel and I would come back! The reception on arrival and the next day at breakfast were great. I had a good night, despite the noise in the hallways.

A lot of noise, the pillows felt the Oïl, the parking open, shared the day with shops and in the evening with a Chinese restaurant, not very common at B&B and not very reassuring.

The Hotel is very clean and the Service is great. Very nice Hotel (The mattress too hard for my back. ) Room Service are nice, after their passage the room is well tidy and clean. I thank the reception for being in my listening when I needed it! I wish to all the reception teams, service women… A good continuation has very soon may be if I return to France for the holidays.

Very well received in the early evening. A Chinese restaurant adjoined: No need for a car to go to eat… Royal Breakfast! I recommend.

We were extremely surprised by the quality of the reception, but especially also by the incredible size of the room, the impeccable cleanliness, the existence of the night Service (reassuring) and to finish in beauty a breakfast as I rarely ate (Crispy and fresh pastries, fabulous bread: crouté, Goutu, with small seeds, we even thought to ask what is the baker to buy so much it is good, and we are greedy! ). Anyway, we didn't even have to ask for the brochure of the location of the other hotels (it was already available in the rooms and this is so much the better), we keep it precious and for us, it is obvious that we will take another hotel of this chain. This is more than a stopover in a trip, it's already a surprise of the trip, this hotel there! And I can still add: Thanks for the hair dryer (which they have at disposal very easily at the reception) and for the evening dining tips: The recommended restaurant is also a very very good address! In short, I have only one desire is to go back… I'm looking for what could be improved but I can not find…

Very good consideration of our specificity (sports Group of teenagers) and logistical constraints (quotation, billing, last minute modifications). We found an adapted distribution of our rooms, a distribution of water bottles and good advice to take our evening meal.

Nice hotel well kept, located close to a commercial area, perfect for a professional stay.

I am going with this weekend with my very own small family hotel quiet and the staff is nice and very welcoming. I forgot something so personal very honest because I had forgotten my phone in the room and they remind me to warn me, CA I enjoyed a lot everyone would not have done. Thanks again to the whole team of the hotel B&B a louvroil.

Arrived on Saturday. Very nice welcome. Room Second welcome in the space provided for breakfast where we were able to quench our thirst with our friends who had just arrived. The Silent Place night. Breakfast For my part, I would have liked to find some fruit. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
