Very nice location less than a kilometer from old Lille. Professional and dynamic staff. Hotel very functional especially for the quality of its facilities.
Recommended especially to families.

Fairly basic but no real complaints to make.

Noisy nocturnal noise partying on the balconies until 4am no police fauna cregnios badly frequente drug addicts drunk at the foot of the hlm despite the architectural and green appearances of inhabited wood we did not sleep the night. Can't open window because of noise.

The apartment smells like a nauseous cigarette, there are cockroaches, traces of burning on the carpet (cigarette), no air conditioning, there is a coffee maker but no plug in. The toilet smells like piss forcing you to leave the door closed.
Pleasant staff, clean bed linen/sdb, comfortable bed, sufficient dishes. As there is no air conditioning we sleep the window open but it is located at the side of the highway it is very noisy.
I'll never come back, there's better.

Spacious and clean apartment but a little ageing. Staff very friendly and ready to help!

Very small apartment for 4 people… bed linen stained… little natural light… ants to the windows… dining table where it is impossible to eat at 4… spider Web… applique that does not turn on… the extra bed of the sofa bed was obsolete, it lacked a Spring of the blow the bed was bent… no lid on the trash… noisy neighbor… dirty dishes, it was necessary to clean everything… ditto for the fridge…! A positive point the staff is nice and accommodation close to the city centre 15 minutes walk and easy parking… balance sheet I do not recommend this hotel… great Disappointment.

I arrive at 12 and tells me I can not check in until 3pm, but I have two options or leave the suitcase at reception or pay €21 and give me the room right away. So I make the payment of the €21 and I already have the room. I think they're freaking out. And apart in the garbage pail I leave the garbage of the previous guest. I don't recommend it.

The booking of the studio 2 people online was simple. Pre-payment required for €48 and €4 of residence taxes.
Very bad room on the street side. I dare not imagine what it gives side bypass Express!
Comfortable bedding acceptable. 2 Pillows too thin. Warm duvet.

Missing a reception 24/7: opening 3h in the morning, closing between 12-15h then open 15-19h.
A G20 supermarket within walking distance. The metro station is located on the main crossroads within 10 '.
The area is relatively quiet and close to the city center. There are many parking spaces.
Recommended for Business Traveller 1 night with car.
Not recommended for family with children or baby.

Very small! Unpleasant odors, dirty towel, dirty sheets, dirty carpets, there was nothing clean! Staff not pleasant at all. People who don't respect and scream at every end of the field! Two bed glued for a double bed I don't call it a double bed! TV disconnected when we arrived! We ask for a bigger table we find ourselves with a tiny table! Taxes rather expensive. Not to mention the hot water limit has 10minutes! Only one balcony for everyone, I've never seen that! (no barrier to separate) heating that totally messes up, one blow is doing it — 5 a hit there 20 °, see You again! No hair dryer, no shampoo! Only one rolls of toilet paper. Hushed room! Do not reserve online, there are some strange flows that are made on your account of this ' hotel ', and they absolutely do not know how to answer when asked how this is it that we have strange levy (theft), plus they do not seek to help you. They'd have to think about changing the battery on the remote control it almost doesn't work anymore, it's all twisted, melted! There is only 1person who cleans for 400chambre, hallucinating! 2 persons has the welcome, 3personnes for 400chambres, must see everything! The dishes are very dirty, the dishwasher very small with a single pod the rest is to be done by hand! The TV is not even straight! So if it falls will not be surprised. Horrible ventilation noise. I will not go back.

Beds not very comfortable, harassment by Romanian children in the hall entrance to the property, stained carpet in the room, cleanliness is the limit of the impairment in the bathrooms, "aparts" rather veillot and outdated, the only good point is the breakfast with a coffee very good and a choice of savoury and sweet. I think that the only criteria that drive people to this type of establishment are the price and the lack of availability in real hotels at events such as the FIC.

Spacious and pleasant place. Good value for money. But TV failed and no compensation offered.

Friendly reception, staff listening to the guests, even at breakfast level, except the small minus the cleanliness of the room an audit imposed after every passing of the cleaning staff otherwise a good Weekend pass.

Room pretty good Overall. When I first came all Ok. On the second visit there are people who decided to have a night Party. Of course the hotel staff does Move. The occupants of the hotel are obliged to settle this kind of problem themselves.

Very bad experience on the Appart'City of Lille Grand Palais: I booked for two nights a room, but having had an impediment the first night I only showed up at the hotel only the second night. But they took the liberty of cancelling my Reservation. Except that they showed a particular dishonesty: I booked via a well-known platform that starts with book and ends with Ing. To justify to this platform the cancellation they invoked a "default of payment" (whereas in front of me they invoked the fact that I did not introduce myself). But they still took the first night off! How can I be in default of payment when a night has been debited?
The real reason: the hotel was full, and the price of the rooms increased accordingly. So they preferred to find a phony excuse and fire a customer who had paid his room cheaply to resell it at a high price to someone else, assuming that as the customer had not come the first night it would not present at All.
What is surprising is that the hostess who was very unpleasant has at no time sought a solution, until she realizes that I was a very good customer of the platform and especially that I knew a lot of customer at the hotel because we Participated in the same event.
Know that there is another accommodation in the same street of much better quality and much more enjoyable.

Expect minimum services and closed reception most of the time. Dead area, far from center. Do not count on sleeping on Saturday night though, people are shouting in the street and get drunk in front of your window. Cigarette smoke get into the rooms, etc. Hell of a time with a baby and a cat.

Nice rooms, we had no view unfortunately (just a dirty window with plants all in front). Bathroom was fine, plenty of towels. The 3rd bed was the couch, 4th bed was a matress under the couch, both not so wide… Overall stay was fine though, but wouldn't recommend for longer stays.

Spacious and clean Studio. Staff at the top. Excellently soundproof: No noise problem despite the proximity of the motorway. I return without hesitation in a month for professional reasons.

Strong smell of tobacco in the room.
Good value for money. The staff are very friendly.

Avoid absolutely
An aberration! A seedy hotel built in a no man's land on the edge of the device. It's noisy, recent but already dated, badly isolated and far away from everything.

Very basic accomodation. Nothing special here folks…

To avoid any emergency. Very very dirty, no hot water, lots of noise.

Friend of mine called Salah Abdeslam stayed there last week. Haven't heard from him since.

Avoid at all cost unless you have no choice. Failure, internet TV in berne. Dust and dirt everywhere and on top of that, a shabby and expensive breakfast.

Not super clean, dust on the shelves.

Internet paying and malfunctioning, the caretaker in has nothing to do. The technician is gone, so nevermind…

The rooms are not every day.
Certainly, it is not very expensive, but in this case we don't call it a hotel, and still less 3 stars.
