Being considerate is a remarkable value! The people who greeted us during our stay have this value. Always with a smile, we received all the information useful and necessary to guarantee a good stay. We were immediately reassured about the taking into account of our reservation via our SmartBox with which we had problems with activation code. The room was quiet, very clean, very well equipped and functional, comfortable bedding. We have expressed the wish to benefit from an automatic shoe cleaning. The hostess led us to the device and forwarded us the instructions for use. This is the first time I have seen such accompaniment. We have received very useful information on the means of catering in the city as well as the places to visit. We used the remarkable SPA very well maintained and very operational. The hearty breakfast was perfect. The private parking of the hotel is well secured.
Not only do we recommend this exceptional hotel but we will be back on a next trip. Continue like this, you are in excellence!

Very nice staff, warm welcome, nice room and clean, we were fortunate to have access to the sauna and jacuzzi without anyone else there. Good breakfast, plan may be a little more pastries. I recommend and we will go back with pleasure.

The room in "Queensize" was very good, clean and functional. The spa is top, we were fortunate to have the Jacuzzi as for 2, sauna very well.
The breakfast was good but not exceptional.
For a 3 star I would highly recommend.

Room modern and very nice, though a little small. Very good welcome from the receptionist, very nice really nice. However, I find that the hot tub is too loaded chlorine that's too bad. But otherwise the relaxation area is great, as the hotel even I recommend.

The hotel is simply great.
Therefore or we entered the hotel, the receptionist greeted us with great kindness and we well a consultant when we needed to. The room when she was really very pleasant, modern decoration, very comfortable and very well maintained we rescend the well-being directly. The spa was also very nice and in a warm and relaxing environment. In conclusion no complaints about this hotel and again a big thank you to the receptionist that we have highly appreciated.

Very high rates for delivery (€ 140 for 2 people including €12 little added office lunch), blood-stained sheets, mold in the bathroom, torn curtains, approximate finishes (the old floor tiles of the 1970s repainted), noise of ventilation all night and sweltering heat, but no commercial gesture. We had to wait in the "lounge" (actually the hotel entrance) for breakfast as there are not enough tables for guests who need to come before 9:30 for a bad coffee. The property is not accessible to people with disabilities or strollers despite the logo (the entrance, Elevator too small market).
Parking for €5 is a must since the street is deserted.
I liked the decoration: table on the floor in the hallway, retouched paint (not the same color). Makes you wonder whence the 3 stars…
Perhaps because of the good quality bedding, the large and recent TV and his staff all smiles (obsequious limit). English and Italian are approximate, I doubt that he doesn't speak the languages that are listed on the brochure.

What a lovely hotel. I was welcomed with a friendly smile by the extremely helpful staff. My room was well decorated in a very modern style. It was clean and fresh. The room was cleaned each day and the bed was made. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean, plenty of hot water. Clean towels etc every day. The breakfast was very good, there was a good selection of freshly cooked croissants etc. The bar area is welcoming and is a relaxing place to sit. The staff and the manager were very helpful and polite, they all spoke English which is helpful. I stayed here for 5 nights and got to know the staff. Parking is good off the road and secure for my motorcycle. Its location is good for St Mont Michel, and beaches. If there was a 6 star rating for hotels this is the place that deserves it. The town of Avranches is interesting. There's an ancient castle and plenty of shops. There are a few places to eat. There's supermarkets nearby too. Great for the Normandy D Day beaches. St Malo, Granville I recommend. I can not find any fault at all with my stay I was saddened to leave. I have stayed in many hotels most have been great but the Altos outshines them all. I will be using the Altos again. I highly reccomend.

Hello everyone, blah! I I was disappointed by contribution to the site with their beautiful photo. The hotel is old again today (m6 style! 10 days for all change! without giving the name of the show). The bathroom there is a toilet of another era as the flush, to take a shower he fake straddle the tub not thermostatic. Two taps. Floor carpet in the room of another time! Breakfast in room! coffee, tea there is no pot but the server use you. Fresh bread two pieces in the trash (we were two) and if you ate you're second helpings (perfect). A Crescent per person, fruit juice is not the juice! me eating a fruit not have because they were so small that I was afraid to have that petins after peeling the orange. So for me: the price of breakfast and even the room not worth that price. I don't recommend this hotel. And sweets it on the cake the parking is paid while you have seats outside know that it lies on the main artery so much traffic. The only thing good about this hotel is the service no complaints! at least a positive point, but that's all.
