Come to have a drink and eat a pancake that day on August 16, 2020, exorbitant prices unjustified, 5-90 a nutella pancake with a minimal dose of nutella, a syrup has water with so little syrup that it had no tastes. We ask to heat the bottle of our baby, we ask it lukewarm, the bottle comes back boiling so impossible to make baby drink who waited 10 minutes for his bottle to come back when very few customers present.
Staff present unkind, we will not return.

Very welcoming, hotel warm, the staff efficient and always smiling. Excellent meal. The plates are very well presented. The framework is based, we spent two quiet nights.

The team of the Paris hotel is very welcoming and very professional. Do not change anything thank you. I recommend of course this hotel is near the feet ds water. Good compromise between the visits to the landings 39/45 and the mont St michel, for a circuit of a weekend.

Pleasant Restaurant, varied menu and affordable, staff smiling and pleasant experience to renew regularly for our part we strongly recommend.

Great location right near Juno beach. The town is lively with plenty of restaurants around and the hotel is comfortable, if a little tired. Our room, 5 overlooked the the area in front of the beach, the bed comfortable and a nice en suite shower room, not a huge room and I think would be quite warm in the summer with no air conditioning. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, we had dinner and the food was good and served by friendly staff. Just 4 stars because of the room's tired deco and I think it is a little expensive, inspite of it's location. We enjoyed our weekend though and parking was easy.

Go your way! I would like to put — 5 stars but not possible.
Cold home, 1 in 5 waitresses was smiling, but not presentable or very responsive. Staff not friendly at all. And it's not the worst: the evening ended in the ER because of shrimp apparently passed but masked by the sauce and seasoning!
Last point, the hotel is aptly named: it applies the rates of Paris intramural in the heart of Calvados, anything!

Food is ok, personel was not amused that we want only something to drink around lunch time. We get our drinks and the receipt at the same time. Thats a bad service no more orders for us here anymore.

Great food, ok prices but really bad service.

A service at the top: fast and with a smile.
For the kids: good menu and we had coloring kits as well as 4 places offered for the Ferris wheel.

Whilst carrying items up and down to the top of the premises managed to fall on the badly lit stairs. No damage done and we laughed about it at the time but the "winding stairs" need to used carefully.

We stopped by for dinner. Good welcome. Very fresh dishes, nicely presented and good. A great time at this property. In addition, a perfect organization between the waitress and the waiter, without downtime, without waiting. Bread or water requested from one, brought in the minute by the other. Pleasant meal all the way.

Very pleasant stay with a sea view room and entrance to the harbor. The staff are very welcoming and smiling. Great breakfast, very full.

Welcoming and friendly service and neat. At the table, the portions are generous. Excellent continental breakfast or not. Some rooms a bit narrow for a couple; sound insulation could be better, but difficult to achieve in an old building. In the middle of summer, this should be a little bit noisy, given the location of the hotel on the edge of the dyke and car parks.

In a house in the 19th. The restaurant offers in a charming setting a discreet service with menus D call to 28 Eou 38th with entrance/flat/dessert and of course a la carte. The hotel when to it is a bit more dilapidated. The rooms stay correct in view of the price. Big Plus, the extreme kindness of the staff, has the image of the boss, who folds in 4 for you with a good mood communicative.

We were hustled by the owner who was on the phone when we got back into the restaurant. Once his phone conversation ended the reception was cold see very cold, in short we turned around and we did well as we went a few meters further and it was day and night. Short to avoid.

I expected better… C was average and they forgot to serve us a glass of wine on the other hand they charged but hey it's not dramatic we did not pay.

Home Ympathique and professional comfortable rooms without great luxury but comfortable and with a perfect bedding staff very kind and dedicated kitchen very correct and varied for my 5 ° stay in this hotel, I can only recommend it very good Value for money.

Very nice hotel room very comfortable breakfast well but more choice would be even better, very welcoming staff! We will return with pleasure.

Correct room small but clean, only defect: Soundproofing to review. Meal more than OK (menu at 26) Nothing to say it was very very good. The only downside: breakfast I would recommend this hotel for 2 see 3 nights or even pass for 1 night staff very friendly restaurant. Warm welcome.

Passing through Courseulles, we hesitated between restaurant face sea and the Café de Paris and frankly we were not disappointed for our 2nd passage — menu at 26 euros very full of fresh produce, refined presentation and framework combining classic and modernity — staff to Our listening, we will return during a Sunday getaway…

Never been disappointed, quite the contrary. The Valentine's Day meal was excellent, the staff very nice and helpful. We will be back again with pleasure. Try, you'll see, you'll come back.

It's rather good and subtle but a bit expensive. Note: Not a lot of vegetarian choices but you still can ask a special one if wanted.

I stayed there one night a year ago and the reception is more than friendly, the staff being very friendly. The rooms are a little small but very clean, comfortable bedding. The breakfast buffet is provided and correct. The location is ideal: Right in the city centre and 10 meters from the beach.

We are staying here for the 3rd time and have no reason to complain. The welcome is perfect, very nice personal and always in a good mood. Top kitchen and room very well. In short, a place to spend a very good holiday.

Welcome was appalling, customer handling terrible, understaffed to a point where it became comical. There was no coordination in the kitchen either as our table order came out at different times so we couldn't eat together. One stressed server was doing his best, military style, to manage the tables. The two stars are for the food which was very good and the efforts of the server. Despite this we won't be back until the establishment gets their act together.

Very poor customer service — rude waiter who didn't have time for us in spite of the restaurant being nearly empty — food mediocre and very mean helpings. Location good and decor good but thats about all.

Good address, I celebrated my girlfriend's birthday at this restaurant and the choice of menus was rather appreciable. Well located on the waterfront. Too bad the service is so expeditif.

Nice hotel with some rooms that have sea view. The staff are nice. The rooms are quite small but comfortable. Small flat, the bulkheads between the rooms are poorly insulated.

Restaurant where we went on 09/03/16 to celebrate our 12 years of marriage, but unfortunately a lot of disappointment faced with the expectation that we had this day.
Indeed we have been completely forgotten by the service and even the customers around us have Sandoval to see how little interest you brought us.
We stayed polite despite that and yet the boss took us high when he took the service in turn.
Disappointment, too bad the meal was still good…

Hotel is old, has no elevator. Suitcases to lug around on the second floor like around 1900. Staircase is relatively narrow. Staff friendly. Rooms slightly old but otherwise i. O. Bed i. O. Breakfast i. O. Price appropriately.

We spent a very pleasant stay in hotel.
The staff is very friendly and available.
The room and the bathroom are clean.
The hotel is ideally located.
Only downside: our room seemed a bit too soft and curtains could be a little more obscure.
The formula half board is to recommend and the breakfast is very complete with excellent croissants.

Hotel very nice, a bit old but very clean. A dining room quite spacious, pretty and classy! Rooms are not very big but rather correct, with sober colors. Bathroom not really modern but everything works well and super clean as well as the toilet separated from the bathroom and that's an excellent point!
A friendly staff and yet we went with a good Groupon. We were received as if we had paid full price.
Very fresh food and homemade by a great chef and a dessert (coffee greedy) to die for.

Short stop in this very friendly hotel. Clean room and bathroom. The location was perfect, the boss to listen to its customers. Dinner at the restaurant good value for money, good atmosphere, great décor, friendly, very nice servers. Ideal car parking nearby.

Very good Hotel; restaurant to recommend and deserves, no problem, to be a star. Staff and management are, without exception, friendly, helpful, available and professional. We stayed 1 week stay without, no day, having to make a comment for the meal in the morning or evening, as well as for what drinks. Really good.
Small mol B, rooms a bit small, but nice and above all very clean, as well as the bath and bed linens.

The best restaurant in the square in my opinion without competition. Do not miss.
