Condo Hotel

Warm welcome. Friendly and smiling staff. Center of Caen very close. Practical room because with kitchenette, the whole is clean but not top: stains on the carpet, beds that crack, lacks a curtain. At the moment construction work at 6am! But interesting price. You can't have it all.

Correct but need a renovation. Very welcome, smiling and friendly. Practical kitchenette and good-sized TV. Proper bathroom. Apartments in need of renovation! Clean dishes to improve. Dirty and dilapidated carpet and curtains. Average comfort bedding. We would also have enjoyed a few extra touches like finding coffee or at least filters for the coffee maker for example.

Comfortable and convenient for a family in transit. But very unquestioning, and some questions about the household. Breakfast

Very friendly and kind staff of hotel. Rooms are old but clean. We’ve stayed in different apart hotels before and this one is better then most of them.

Rest of foods, dirty filters… Free parking Space Limited, if not supplement. General cleanliness very correct. Tired carpet and paint… Also.

Wooden couch backrest very uncomfortable (unlike the photos of the website presenting a file worthy of the name… bad faith of one of the receptionists claiming that all the apartments were equipped like this…)
Parking is too narrow and in bad condition… more places in the daytime… The parking is apparently shared between several sites.
So many things to improve…

The breakfast and the reception were good, the kitchen is very convenient and a bedding at the top… But the condition of the rooms… Starting with the smell when entering… withdrawn… or as cleaned by a dirty sponge… The bathroom, whose ceiling is steeped in mildew with a shower that passes from the hot to the cold. A green mould terrace also, the carpet stained, curtains that do not obscure at all the light, the walls stained, the radiator stained also. To the rigor that the furniture is old… still goes… but thin what a renovation is necessary! Oh and the water bottle of 50cl crystalline in reception… as much do not put anything… It's really borderline…

Room clean but uncomfortable bedding, check in late complicated since recpetionniste absent from 20h and especially no soundproofing from where — for my part — unbearable noises until 4:00 a. M. When you come for professional reasons It's not the ideal.

Very friendly but the photos of the hotel do not reflect the reality, building ageing, room not at the height, carpets usèes and stained. Bathroom not nickel… very much on it!

Staff are friendly. Apartment is good. No problem for parking. Good for value of money. Definitely recommend and will stay with them again.

This is a very convenient place for students who come to study at the IAE right next door. The rooms are not unbelievable, but there is the necessary and the possibility of partnerships with a very decent price.

The room was very good.
I entered the room it was very cold (the heating was off) and the smell was very unpleasant, I recommend for the price, the size of the room and especially its proximity with the IAE of CAEN and the Normandy.
Otherwise the room provides is consistent with my requests this is a good point.

Nous avons séjourné là pour le réveillon de Noël et faire un periple d une semaine sur les plages de débarquement. Bon rapport qualité prix et nous pouvons faire a manger comme chez nous.

Very good value for money, practical kitchen, the main room is great just like the bathroom. I recommend this apartment City.

Receptionist nice and very kind housekeeping very superficial and borderline. It's goodbye. Renovation to be done in the building.
Nothing at breakfast at 9:30. More pastries and remains only salty for 8euros50 the breakfast is unacceptable and the person who takes care of the stand was not friendly.

It is very good to spend a few days in your air. But there are a couple of things you should consider: decalcifying the entire lavatory and cleaning the drains. That would have Q do periodically. Our duty is to keep the apartment clean. But that's their job. Everything else for me is fine.

Upon arrival at 17h10 more welcome (closes at 5pm). We must call to have the code of the safe in which is the key of our room, normally we should have received this code before by SMS… anyway it's not too annoying! The entrance hall is clean and decent.
On the other hand the room… it's the shock… more than ageing! Carpet stained, walls yellowed with black traces everywhere, tinkering of the sofa bed with pieces of wood (in addition very uncomfortable), curtains gaps, sheets stained, important traces of humidity in the bathroom, towels giving The impression of being used…
What a disappointment!

The beds are really comfortable but decor is out of date, staff are friendly and helpful.

The so called manager / receptionist at the reception is discourteous and very unhelpful with his haughty attitude towards guests. Had gone thrice to meet him to fix the issues related to power supply and drainage in kitchen, only to find him very condescending and unmindful of the issues. His only reply early in the morning that day was that "he would fix the issues when he gets time tomorrow", when whole 9 working hours were remaining on that day. The same continued on three different occasions with his imperious talks. Seriously request management to look into these hospitality issues, since it would not only adversely impact the brand image of the hotel but will also propagate negative word of mouth. Have seen previous reviews and most of them have pointed out the same concern relating to the receptionist cum manager. Its high time the management swings into action and also resolves the very poor Wi-Fi internet connection at the hotel to ensure its guests an hassle free stay at the hotel.

The Wi-Fi at this hotel is extremely poor. While the rooms included facilities such as a kitchenette, the fridges in many rooms smelled awful. Be aware that this hotel also includes permanent residents.

Horrible nn respect for the customer. True peasant at the reception I recommend are much better on caen besides their room have bathroom surtt all what puts stars sound of the tramp he nn nothing ever seen in their life.

Very nice, the room and the hotel are well-equipped and comfortable. The décor is a bit dated however.

It's pretty comfortable well located good Wi — Fi 2 euros it will the complaint is that there is only room for four so the children sleep on the couch and in the bunk.

Undoubtedly a very positive experience. Be more comfortable because you can soon reach the most important places in Normandy. I loved the hotel apartment, enjoys the advantages of the freedom of the other. I highly recommend it, even for the price very good for cleaning and for the overall quality.

Cheap parking at the foot of the building by hand internet paying is blah and little hot water for 3 people.

The hotel staff was very helpful and I loved the fully-stocked kitchenette (including mini dishwasher). The room was quite comfortable and had a large closet that was great for hiding our luggage and additional groceries. Free parking on site, access code for after hours, and a tram stop less than 5 minutes (walking) away (10-15 ride to downtown). A great location out of the city center, close to the rocade, a mall with a large carrefour market, and the memorial de caen. This hotel was a fabulous base for our explorations of the D-day beaches and the cider route.
