The welcome and service were very nice. We had a nice privilege room, comfortable very functional. Breakfast was varied, and big point possitive private parking, secure and above all free! Two nights at the top thanks to them.

Room is great. Good mattress, double door to bathroom means not having to wake up spouse. HDTV, fast internet. Breakfast is very good as well, good coffee. Good location. Only downside is price. I think we paid full price, even though hotel was sparsely occupied. Would visit again.

Very nice surprise. I discovered this hotel by a colleague. I didn't sleep there but I had lunch at noon and was surprised by the value for money. I got 18 euros for a dessert dish and quality products. Very nice and friendly service I recommend.

There is a parking lot, room is OK, rinse cup and water cup are used plastic cups and paper cups, not very environmentally friendly.

We did a Conference, very good welcome, professional, good lunch and comfortable sites, which is important!

It was a very nice hotel. The only downside is the size of the parking made available (free of charge) which is a little small.

I go for the restaurant which make menus of the day at very correct rates. The terrace to eat in the summer is great.

Hotel well located but the service is not up to par. Parking can not be booked because, pity because in the evening it can be half empty… Disappointing breakfast.

Restoration: too expensive and not much in the plate fortunately the bread is at will.

The hotel is very nice and quiet. Friendly room and staff welcome to the top. Breakfast level there is a choice. For the regulars of the Novotel, no surprise, we are on the same level of performance see a little bit above.

I often come to Metz on the move and although I do not sleep at this hotel I got used to come to eat at the restaurant and it is really great, the food is very good, for very decent prices.

Too bad the parking is small, you have to arrive before 5pm if not more room and in this case you have to go in front of the parking fee, 12 euros only at night.

Well made rooms and especially quiet! A hotel in the center that allows you to go to the museum on foot. On the other hand bathrooms antiquated that would need to be redone. Attention the hotel to a parking lot, not well indicated… ask at the front desk.

Perfect Base, staff really friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast. Will return. Metz is a fabulous town with great open spaces.

The hotel is more a 3 star class than a 4 star class. As a tourist city hotel it is fine, most comparable to a better Ibis level (e. G. In Germany). Overall it is quiet and comfort is ok and acceptable. I felt the room I had (standard level) was small. Staff is friendly. As often in France it is expensive to stay in hotels, and this hotel is no exception. But likely there are not many better places in town, so it is ok there.

Bad curtains, light room early in the morning. Very expensive room service. No minibar. Promised parking was full.

The lady on reception was very helpful and friendly and although I couldn't speak French she managed to explain everything to me hotel in great position lovely room highly recommended.

Clean and nice but no real local spirit staff are very kind.

Ideally located, the restaurant is great.
