Some details well pity like the state of the play place, the finishes of the pool the bottom of it not very clean and the bathroom a little obselette. Lack of grip around the bed, stain on the convertible sofa.

Everything was super bad that some did not respect the instructions of the hotel not to smoke in the rooms as its smelled in the hallway despite everything.

Great hotel. Very friendly and available staff. Very hearty breakfast. Dinner on the terrace with a concert: unexpected but very cool. Clean large room equipped and very comfortable bedding. I highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible. First impressions it smelt really bad really foisty. My husband came away with bites on his arms after sitting in the bar area. And finally the breakfast where do you start. Two coach fulls of people in a tiny restaurant. Nowhere to sit and nothing left to eat or drink. Nothing at all good to say never again.

Very run down and old. Musty smell in the room from old curtains and furnishings and despite being a non smoking room smells of stale smoke. Bathrooms are about 30 years old I'd guess, we've just been camping for two weeks and this hotel has the worst bathroom facilities in the whole holiday. First room the sink was not functioning, second room we were given the door was very loud and stiff to open and close (dangerous in the event of an emergency! ). Informed reception on our departure for the benefit of the next guest and they couldn't have been less interested. Tea and coffee facilities included a kettle, a few obscure flavoured tea bags and two tiny paper cups. We were supplied with two hand towels and two bath towels for a family of 4. Not the standard we expect of a Novotel. On the positives, bed was comfortable and free car park convenient. Breakfast was acceptable (included in the price but would not be happy to pay for €17 odd euros they charge).

Staff were very rude and when we went to book dinner was told ful full full and to go up the road 100 yards and try there being disabled me and my wife were disgusted and upset and would not recommend this hotel to my dog.

This hotel has an ideal location just off the A31 motorway. The hotel is very clean and the beds are comfortable, the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

Friendly staff. We were upgraded. The room was new and really not bad with a nice Italian shower. Pool and playground for children very appreciable after a good day at the Zoo. Only downside, restaurant too expensive for the quality of service. I recommend this hotel.

Not the best hotel, our room smelled like cigarett smoke. The room we got does not look like the picture on their website. The toilett and sink was in different rooms. The resturant have really great food and the staff was very nice even though we did not speak french. Commfy beds.

Staff and services at the height of a Novotel: to the small care. The rooms are spacious enough and the beds comfortable. The entrance airlock allows a good soundproofing. It is true, however, that a small facelift deserves to be operated to rejuvenate the Deco.
Restaurant side, the still the welcome is top and the servers all very professional. The kitchen is varied and the dishes are good. The slate is a bit high in the evening but the MIDI a formula is offered at a good value for money.

+ Large hotel with rooms 4 beds, pets allowed, breakfast at will more than correct, very large TV screen, staff available 24/24, — staff not always smiling, correct soundproofing when there is no noise, carpet Everywhere, only one power outlet per room for four?, shower/bath all plastic yellow, shower with curtain that comes to stick in your back.
Interesting for a sleeping in transit, for a stay.

Staff at the top and small care but a refreshing of the rooms would not refuse to have a homogeneity of the whole hotel! Attention The rooms are quite decent and spacious. The hotel is very easy to find and the proximity to the highway is a plus for those who travel.

The hotel is rather outside. Unfortunately, it has probably not been renovated ever since the opening. Everything is already a little worn out. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was OK. Not great. The food in the restaurant was OK, the size of the portion also. I would have expected the hotel to be better for the price and location.

For the income is confusing and vueltero (inside the building). It has two old elevators that collapse all the time. Lack of cleanliness and maintenance the carpets have bad smell and the bathroom to Orin. The breakfast is not very varied the big place but they enable only one sector so they collapse lack of food and space. It's just a 2 *. Not recommended.

Novotel very easy to reach and 15 minutes from Metz. Shopping centre across the road. Room very quiet, but not very clean in some places of the room, on the floor on the carpet and especially the toilet. Bathroom very simple and not modern. The rooms can be very far from the reception as the hotel forms a U. Long corridor to cross before reaching the small assatry. The catering staff very helpful and professional breakfast.

For my part very spacious room with exceptional bedding. Very nice pool next to the terrace bar. Good step.

Room with some small detail that lacks freshness (carpets), but overall it is good. The bed is very good, TV with Canal + channel, beautiful bathroom and separate toilet. A separation hatch with the hallway, suddenly the nights are very quiet. Air-conditioned room. Swimming pool and air of games in a large garden. Very nice Bar and the food is excellent. Very good breakfast buffet The staff is not suffering from any criticism.

Tired quiet rooms. Tiny lifts. Last decorated twenty years ago? Carpets stained and it all smells. Worst of its type that must be due for a refurbishment soon. Three rooms £300

Rooms are fairly sized, lift was small, Wi-Fi was good, TV was nice and large but didn't have English channels and wasn't smart so was useless.

Warm welcome. Spacious room with big TV. Good bedding. Cons strong smell of urine in the toilet, bathtub of minimal quality. Breakfast varied but 16 euros 50 per person for what is proposed is a bit excessive.

Exhausted I checked into Novotel Metz Hauconcourt. The room stinks of stale/dampness, its dirty, far from 4 star! More like 1 star! The carpet looks like it's from the 70's and looks alive! The furniture looks like it was brought from a yard sale. There's viewable mould growing on the inside of the bathroom & a lot of it! Very uncomfortable and feel defrauded into thinking it's 4 star as it's MAX 1 Star! Massively overpriced and breakfast is not included and comes at a premium! Avoid this place like cancer, I rather of slept in my CAR!

Having a gold Accor card we were upgraded our room.
Well if that was an upgrade I would have liked to seen the room we were meant to stay in.
As soon as u walked into the room there was a smell.
Went into the toilet and the aroma was very high to say the least of very stale urine smell.
Made a cup of tea before going to bed and the tissue on the tray was stained before we even used it so this had not been changed.
There was a cigarette burn in the sofa.
The whole room including bathroom need a very much needed make over.
Normally you would have to pay 129€
For this room.
We would have asked to changed rooms but after travelling for 14hrs we could not be bothered.
We have stayed in many rooms in and around Europe for much less money.
Would I recommend your hotel.

Fortunately it is that family room behind the couch or the boys sleep with cotton swab for night use in the mini fridge a small bottle of Evian water filled a water tap the carpet glue at the foot and a smell of close yuck we'll see tomorrow morning that will be breakfast.

Very expensive for what you get, clean basic rooms. Don't even bother with the bar unless you want to re-mortgage your house. A twin room is just a double room with a camp bed.

Very nice family with 2 children (3 years and 8 months) stay, everything was perfect, room (COT) very spacious, very clean, breakfast was perfect and good! We will come back without a problem! Thank you! We do not understand some negative reviews that made us afraid before arriving! but we were quickly reassured.

Hotel bit outdated but ok. Restaurant too expensive for what you get: small portions, bad service (slow).
