Non-functional air conditioning
Holed and stained towel
In the middle of the night there flush is blocked the water flowed constantly! Forced to disassemble the tablet with a screwdriver at 2am from the mat to fix it Grrr
Relatively dilapidated room
Too bad I always was very satisfied with the Campanille hotels
We have to react quickly!
➜ Jennifer is a golden hostess, it is very nice to meet her during our visits to this Hotel. The poor girl has to juggle a hotel that is falling into disrepair and has no air conditioning and is used for the social Samu (but no noise nuisance) but this does not detract from her great professionalism.
Whenever we had problems (by no means related to negligence), she always had the right reflexes and the right words to fix us and always find us good alternatives. I look forward to the hotel being refurbished, it will give more pleasure to the guests to stay in this establishment but also to the employees to come and work in a better setting.
No complaints about the reception staff or the maids always at the top with us, even last year when our baby urinated when I changed her on the bed, they reacted very quickly to re-prepare us the room for the same evening.
