Very clean, good beds. Air Con did not work which was annoying as so hot, but the rest of the hotel was clean and staff reasonably friendly. Breakfast was useless and expensive for a few pastries and mediocre coffee. No hot food apart from an egg you boil yourself which takes over 10 mins. Simply not worth the money so avoid it and eat elsewhere. Ibis when will you ever get your breakfast rooms right? this may steer me away from your hotels in future.

The room is very suitable, adjustable air conditioning, clean decoration… The staff at the front desk are welcoming.
However, it is damaging that in the brochures welcoming us in the room, it is said that the bar is open 24 hours a day… while this is not the case (to their credit, the demand does not seem to be there … but hey, advertising a little "abusive", let's say).

Hotel that starts to accuse the weight of years. It's still an excellent hotel in the city center. Parking is paid in the hotel's parking lot, but the public parking along the quay is free of charge.
If you can, ask for a room on the courtyard… Side Quay CA circulates not bad, the hotel makes the angle of 2 streets with traffic lights quite long, so it can be noisy!

Nickel pity that there is no restaurant.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would go back and I would advise you to choose this hotel! Thank you to the whole team you are great!

Ideally placed for me. Every time I come to see my family, I go down there.

Located near the Port Ste Catherine near a tram stop to go back to the center of Nancy and the parking station in front of the hotel paying until 7pm.

The rooms were very nice What we are looking for in such an establishment. Not optimal bedding for my taste (too soft)

Booking made at € 57… upon arrival € 18 more because by phone… then for €75 it is clean… no more or less for the rest…

They all look the same but good location and good price. Ok to stay a few nights but if you r going to spend time in your room other then sleeping? I would pay a bit extra for better quality. Service from staff is very good.

Three star, according to what criteria?
Catastrophic, piping health related, piping not hidden same AC, lack ventilation window, in short, a horror.
One star for the underground parking, a plus in Nancy and one star for the p' breakfast very correct.
