High quality breakfast, ask for an espresso instead of a coffee. It is better.

The room was very quaint. Very old French style. In a great part of town in walking distance to all major tourist spots, food, and shops.

For my husband's birthday I booked a Prestige room at €129.
Very nice welcome from all the staff.
Very good bedding.
On the other hand I was disappointed with the benefits of this hotel "3 stars" and the Prestige room which with its denomination sells dream…
I think the price of the night is too expensive for a room so small… The bathroom is tiny and the toilet seat is stuck between the sink and the bathtub from which I struggled to extricate myself (while I don't have a huge butt either! ).
The parquet is very beautiful and gives a stamp but impossible to get up at night without waking his half as he creaks…
The soundproofing inside and outside (room overlooking the small parking lot) is unsatisfactory (awakened in the middle of the night by the tenants of a neighboring room and in the morning by the tram which stops and restarts at the stop located just below the hotel. )
Unable to park in front of the hotel, the gentleman at the counter recommends a parking fee but already at almost €156 at night with breakfasts I did not see myself paying a night of parking…
The breakfast pastries were not from the 3 star level… For €12 90 you might as well go to a good bakery.
On the other hand very nice veranda But why add these ugly green parasols? Why not let them close and open only when the sun points its nose…
I would not go back…

Well-placed hotel. Choose Room side Course. Where to expect corks. Beautiful building, room that does not lack of charms. Pity, that the soundproofing is not at the top and a bathroom a little too small. Nice room for breakfast which looks on a pleasant course visually. Otherwise, price a little too high for the benefits. So that the lack of parking spaces in the hotel. Expect, to place it on paying parking lots. But, free between 6:00 and 10:00 in the morning. Here's the reason for my 3 stars.

Very nice hotel well located perfect breakfast.

Super small but super cozy and stylish rooms. On the first floor there is no wall which is supposed to separate bathroom and toilet with the rest of the room… I found this pretty shocking but at the same time funny and interesting to try it out The amazing chance to experience it had another couple which I knew. Breakfast was pretty good :) Staff — very friendly :)

So charming! If you can splurge ask for the "Angels Suite" (rm 349) you won't be disappointed. Loved breakfast too.

Disappointed with this hotel the rooms are Tiny. Everything is like our great Grandparents. On the other hand it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility where for babies in stroller despite an elevator there are QQ steps. There is no minibar in the room, no bathtub, everything creaks and parquet at every Step. For me this hotel is too Expensive. The only good thing is the Location.

Friendly staff and good Location. Nevertheless for €120 at night we were disappointed with S equipment: tiny Tv in a corner of the room, mobility obsolete, Closet not very practical and very imposing which takes up all the place in the middle of the Passage.
However nothing to complain about the cleanliness or the friendliness of the staff.
Nothing shocking, but it is rather a bad value for money.
For comparison, in Paris I slept for less expensive and with better amenities.

After several passages in the hotels of Nancy as part of the trip, I left the comfort of the booking sites and I stumbled upon this hotel. The reception is warm, the rooms are comfortable and well decorated, the bedding is good and the location is Central. I would recommend and I would go back with Pleasure.

Lovely little hotel well placed the middle of town. Good service from the friendly staff amd well appointed although fairly small rooms, free Wi-Fi was a bonus and worked really well, would highly recommend.

Really pretty hotel in the middle of Nancy — stunning little rooms, typically French. Clean and cosy. Right next to the cathedral and two minutes walk from Stanislaw square. Staff friendly, and spoke English. Two warnings: 1) there is very little parking. There's a multi-story car park near by but the height restriction meant we couldn't get our small van in. To be fair, the hotel doesn't claim to have parking — so not their fault. We just didn't appreciate the difficulty of parking in Nancy. 2) You're close the main square — there was an awful lot of noise on the Saturday night we stayed.

We loved the atmosphere. Beautiful, quaint, clean rooms. Wonderful bathrooms. I agree that breakfast was mediocre but service was great, staff was friendly, price was reasonable, and it was beautiful. We loved it and Nancy.
