On the other hand, a very smiling and friendly housekeeper, very professional.

J've enjoyed the'host very friendly place good bedding, the room very spacious and quiet. The advice I give.

Good hotel with friendly staff. Had a good night. Room was small but ok.

Warm and friendly welcome after a car trip in the heatwave. Room with comfortable bedding and a well thought out bathroom with separate toilet. Ideal quality price, small breakfast varied and delicious.

ATTENTION, if you want to sleep it is to be avoided absolutely!

— No Duvet, just a sheet and a blanket of very poor quality!
— No reception at night!

It's a passing hotel that's great. We went in family and booked 2 rooms. Breakfast I found costs and little… to which we did not include it!

It is a well located hotel on the outskirts of the national road RN-9 and close to the A9 (approx. 3km from the toll NPP Sud) and also in its category. Comfortable rooms, varied breakfasts, good reception and service. Restaurant in front of the hotel and large shopping center about 500m. Good value/prix. Secure Parking for the night. Good address to recommend.

Place very close to a huge mall. Needed the car to move to the city. Very large room with a section for the children. No noises from other rooms are heard. Sink and shower a little small. Good heating and TV.

Very good reception. Staff smiling and available. Clean room and good bedding. Well heated and spacious. Only the faucet of the bathroom sink being staggered makes the water flow to the side!

By cons the walls are fine… just fall on a neighboring room little respectful of the sleep of others and you will be able to participate in their evening… noisy, discussions and even their antics… without unburden me on the details of the different sounds (and I would have to What to do)! For lovers of voyeurism… or rather of listening;) … (Too bad the reception does not respond at night… especially when the nuisances last from 11:30 to 3:40 in the morning!

Good overall and clean room although we were forced to go see the reception as our room was not cleaned at the time of our arrival. The gentleman at the reception quickly reacted and provided us with another.
The air conditioning was not working and other small details that make it night at the 4 star standing of their hotel. Breakfast too expensive for us.

Hotel looks nice but a horror much too noisy has 47 euros at night we hope to have a can of rest after several hours of drive… unfortunately it is not the case the partitions of the rooms would be non-existent it will be the same… the evening reception has was impeccable but the morning receptionist non-existent and not pleasant.
Very disappointed I will not go back!

Good place to spend 1-2 nights if you want to visit the area by car. There's only one restaurant next door. Breakfast at the hotel I see expensive.

We did not have hot water in the early morning. Vibration noise of the constant electrical panel quite unpleasant. Terrace not cleared.

Location was an industrial estate so not the best but was a nice, modern place. Room was clean. They let us take our bikes into the room for security. Breakfast was plentiful.

Very unpleasant handling of staff who say FUCK YOU to their customers.
40 degrees warm in rooms and air conditioning that does not work. We asked if there was extra fan or other help to keep the heat in mind. They could not do anythimg and not even go upstairs and check if we did something wrong in our room. They just shrugging their shoulders. NOTE! We are not alone in having complaints this evening without several families. So this hotel is not recommended because of the response.

Have the habit of staying at this hotel everything suits us except a small downside for the parking: not great to have planted trees on the parking spaces as this decreases the location and cars literally take 2 places to avoid hitting Those trees again! Why not tear them up and replant them at the end of the parking spaces if you want to put a green key.

Frankly it's not worthy of a 3 star … window overlooking a close courtyard, ceiling not finished being painted, really small shower space for a so-called big room… I advise 20th.

We had a double room upstairs top class and all modern. The reception is nice but requires a little time to break the ice. Excellent quality prices and beverage distributors in the lobby. Cleanliness more than correct and very friendly staff. There's a Buffalo grill five minutes on foot. I would recommend this property.

We generally stay at this hotel when we travel to Perpignan. Staff are friendly and hotel very clean. Rooms are small but bed is comfortable and they have good Wi-Fi too. Provide tea in the room as well.

No breakfast, because you booked on the internet on a reseller site! That'll teach you! Ok no pbm, l'home, business, c'is a business, sometimes a gift, the a priori c'is not the case. Good luck.

I was looking for a cheap hotel in Perpignan and I fall on this hotel
I am delighted the room is spacious separate toilet, shower and sink same,
l hotel and nine since 1 month so the finishes… we if care it was good.

The hotel is nice overall. The room is small but functional, as well as the bathroom, comparable to that of a "First class" hotel.
The environment is calm and comfortable bedding. One downside: the floor creaking. This is especially annoying if you must go to the bathroom at night.
The air conditioning is effective without being too noisy. The Wi — Fi connection works well. The breakfast is perfect considering the price, especially if it is fine and that you take on the terrace.
