Traveler beware: this is not a hotel. It is a "residence" under abysmal management. The reception was never open during our two day stay, and assistance is only available by phone, IF you happen to have a working cell phone (Project Fi reception was spotty at best) and IF the one employee happens to pick up her cell phone when you call. Towels and sheets are not included, and you can only get them (20-25 Euros for two people) if you manage to get in touch with management. Other things that are not included: toiletries, soap, and toilet paper. Wi-Fi did not work most of the time we were there, even after it was reported by us and other guests. Cleaning after check out is 35 euros extra. To top it off, the hotel doesn't have enough entrance keys for all guests, so if someone happens to shut the door at night, you'll be locked out, as we were. The hotel management was extremely unprofessional and didn't take responsibility for anything that went wrong, including failing to provide us a key to the outside door. I would not recommend anyone to stay here — — there are other options in Aulus les Bains with functioning reception desks.
