Super health reception proper to recommend the correct price 17 euro with all services.

We contacted them several times after accidentally booking for the 28th instead of the 27th, and they refused to communicate with us, took forever to respond, hung up on us once, and then told us they couldn’t change the date despite plenty of notice, and campsites still available (and trying to change it very shortly after booking. ) They then refused to provide a refund. Very unhappy.

Location camping-car expensive for a service in the winter. Not possible to have the water on the outside of the package to be used once only.

The camper far mrzz'now from the sanctuary. Price of 14.4 euros. Current included. The water should be included but there is no tap unless you use the faucet where you wash the dishes. No light. Wi-Fi is not working. Bathrooms close
loading and unloading charges apply. To avoid look elsewhere.

Not very clean hygiene to revise heavily, and facilities that date without renovation.

A nice camping area for camping cars to rest in and close to the supermarket is very convenient, but it is a pity that there is no communication from the managers. Only a young man is there to answer but doesn't even have the barrier code to get us out. We have to wait for the manager who seems completely disinterested in her campsite. No advice on visits to Lourdes, not smiling not welcoming, only the polite young man. We had no explanation as to how the campground works. This one was never at the reception.
Too bad a nice shuttle to Lourdes at 10am and 2pm return 6pm, maybe in rainy weather you could perhaps offer for other directions for payment of course. Because the shuttle often stays on site.
Regarding the toilets not always clean especially in the morning from the first showers maybe it should be considered cleaning rather than 9am? Very surprised to see the traveller arrive on the campsite.
Too bad of these few negatives as the place could be nicer more welcoming. Lifeless camping! A fast food that opens and closes some time after not wanting to go …
A few places at the level of the dilapidated toilets to repair and the cobwebs to be removed.

The manager is at the top nothing to say Super place, quiet resting a magnificent view. A shuttle that drops you off in the city and picks you up.

Camping-Cars area inside the campsite! Very good and helpful welcome!

A campsite with simplicity, a beautiful setting, panoramic view of the Pyrenees mountains, recent and very clean Mobil homes, free Wi-Fi, especially a nice welcome from the managers.
At the door of all the great sites of the Pyrenees, sanctuaries not very remote, one can easily reach it on foot.

Camping too on the main road side.
Toilet/shower Hygiene to do more than once a day …
The welcome would also be to be revisited as tourists are not just "walking money".
Most: Dog allowed.

Hospitality is really quality in this small campsite very authentic. The owners love the Pyrenees and we communicate very well. A nature c is a merveile like camping. I adore.

Very bad places. … patterns are weird people… and view the price offered. It's a shame.

When we arrived the payment terminal was faulty. During the trying of payments, there was an error message saying incomplete transaction please try again. In the end we were obliged to bring someone, pay in cash. ALL transactions on our credit card we were redeemed by the Manager despite several calls from us. So we paid parking for camping because 5 X. At that price we would have been better in a hotel room! The Wifi signal was so weak that the communication was imppssible. No service. I don't really recommend this place.

They say I campground is open all year, but do not say that the restrooms are closed. I found a great discomfort with the external column to fill the water, being in service but did not accept my code and I was forced to call the front desk that I was. Closed and it looked like you did her a favor by fitting her a master key code.

24/7 option is there 20 metres from main street, 150 metres from the railway location well, a disaster. No shop, sanitary facilities minimal, 4 showers for because all campsite ⛺
Rear part slightly quieter for no power. Price: €11 incl. Electricity. Internet presence is better than anything else…

Stayed a week from 26 August to 1 September 2014 in camping car; This site is super friendly — great — very welcoming family than good points do not avoid if you go to LOURDES; definitely very happy to look elsewhere.

We know this site for several years. Improvements have been made to accommodate campers, the campsite and the motorhome.
This campground is family friendly.
It is located twenty minutes from the sanctuary walk.
