Top, thanks for everything with an exceptional welcome by a lady with beautiful eyes.

Room at the bottom of the hallway giving behind very nice services in clean room The only downside the bread and pastries not quite fresh.

Friendly, friendly place. Hotel has a rugby theme, breakfast included.

Very good and short night and as in the Ibis Styles Super breakfast, and more ready at 5 am thanks to the night.

A unique place with a team at the top. Special Mention for Kathia at breakfast! Not to mention members of the listening and professional reception!

Spacious room. And super clean. Really beautiful places without hesitation I would return if necessary.

We arrived at 10PM and checked-in. We got into our room and it was nearly 28 degrees Celsius. I fiddled about with the controller in the room for a good 10 minutes and decided to call reception. The receptionist informed me that the air conditioning had been broken for 3 days and that he had put us at the rear of the hotel so we could open the windows. Unfortunately there was a dog barking continuously and I mentioned this to him. I informed him that I was not best pleased and he laughed. I told him that I did not find the situation funny and he then told me that there was no reason to be rude… No other vacancies as the height of the summer and the next day the receptionist insulted us by offering us 10% discount.
As for the IBIS Styles remodelling, it looks nice but is not functional. The toilets are against walls so gents cannot stand normally in front of the bowl. The TV on the wall was not on a moving bracket and it was positioned to the far left of the bed… Only good point was the breakfast which had a good variety for a continental breakfast!

Parking very small and difficult to maneuver. Suitable for motorcycles…
Outdated rooms. Very bad smell. We were forced to sleep with the window open… With a room overlooking an avenue heavily used by vehicles. Beds poorly made, carpet dirty, bathrooms are old, paint ceiling peeling. Breakfast in the room… Very large bowls and very little hot chocolate! Had need of rest, and at 8:00 am the cleaning ladies enter the room, turn on the light… without even having taken the precaution to knock before you enter! Avoid this hotel… Even for one night!

_Reservation on the hotel site not secure take the test when you put your credit card number there is not the security padlock that appears.
_Reservation not comply with the request to the site. I reserve for 1 room with a double bed and a single bed. Reception confirmation that I booked 2 small bed.
_ Home remains to be desired… Unpleasant, takes you high and takes you even for a con.
_ Linens and carpet clean, small room.
The +: own secure parking, access.
In short, 1st time and last time in this hotel!

Satisfied in the whole services of this hotel, I spent a restful night at my layover in Toulouse.
