Friendly and caring staff. The rooms are ok no more. It's mostly well placed and not too expensive.

We stayed only for a night in transit. Good size room and cot available which was really handy.

Good bedding. Good welcome. Hotel located near the train station.
No elevator.
Qq blackheads: shower stall in bad condition. CH 35.
And soundproofing.
Competitive prices.

Very welcome, excellent breakfast with quality products.
A small but very decent hotel for the price.
I will come back to this during an upcoming visit to Toulouse.

Hotel just across the street from the SNCF train station and 5 minutes walk from the city centre, rather quiet, air-conditioned. Very welcoming staff.

Disappointing
I took a standard room and it's really disappointing for the price.
To start with the good points:
The bedding is good and the room functional and clean.
The staff are nice and the hotel is close to the metro.

The bad points,
— the bathroom.
The shower faucet is not attached to the wall. The shower head when it is on its base sprinkles the wall and no way to adjust it.
There is no air extraction in the bathroom.
It's very small.

— air conditioning
It gives off a dirty smell when it works.

— noise
Bah I heard absolutely all the noises from the adjoining rooms as if I were there, especially the noise from the nearby bathroom.

— breakfast
Correct nothing more.
The small bonus, the kiwy presented was always in the original closed packaging with the label "low price" right next to a fruit display.
I suspect that I will not be provided with organic kiwy but the to make no effort in the presentation.

The hotel needs a good renovation.
So to avoid.

Clean rooms, nothing fancy, exactly what you can expect for this price.

The hotel is right opposite the train station but as there are road work the access is bit difficult even with a taxi. The staff was friendly and helpful how ever, with no lift it wasn't handicap and elderly friendly. The cost fitted the room.

The room I was in was pretty sad, but the service was nice.

The hotel M is like a Kinder surprise, outside is simple but the interior is great especially the rooms we had the suite with spa. The staff very nice and smiling and especially Anais who took care of us always with a big smile, thanks to you anais. We will return with pleasure.

Great time to spend in this hotel. I wanted to wink at the receptionist who is called Anais adorable with the customers and the small care you do not see every day people like that. Thank you Anais!. Book your room quickly you won't be disappointed.

The location is very good if you are going to get to know the region as it is opposite the train and bus station. But on the other, the rooms are small and poorly decorated, few comforts and with many deficiencies.

Small Hotel very pleasant. Unpretentious, very convenient since facing the station and makes it easy to walk to the center of Toulouse, welcome really friendly, very smiling, very available, we explain you with a map everything you need to do and see in Toulouse, the Rooms are simple but pretty, modern, clean, very convenient, the drinks from the mini bar are offered, we sleep very well, it's quiet, and all for a very modest price. I really do not see any fault in any area. If I have the opportunity I will go back again without hesitation.

To flee crook, after booking by phone, I had to settle on the spot. After the weather the trains were cancelled, the A9 closed, I warned 20:02, but my card was taken from the total amount of the room at 22:29! I had no way to get to Toulouse. The director doesn't care. Very bad morality. Do not give your card number for reservation, because even in case of force majeure, it will charge you the room. No honesty. I will not stay there!

Total disappointment! Whatever the price of a room one expects to have a minimum of cleanliness but not;
Moulds in the shower cubicle, jets only work half (if you have the misfortune to call the reception about it you will be told that the cabin works one day on two so no bowl! ) not to mention the doors that do not close properly as you Saying that when you leave you will have a wading pool facing you, that's not all; A tip do not look above the bed not even a broom was passed, horrible! And let's not talk about the toilets that are between dirty, moldy and murky and the worst is may be the cold in the room despite the windows closed and a clim setting has 30 °c all for almost 180euros (of course you are told that at this price you do not have the right to Breakfast in the room:, ) a shame) the only plus is may be the welcome but good after all that…

Nice hotel, however the elderly person who takes care of the reception at night to a very unpleasant behavior which is quite annoying when it is the function of welcoming people…

Hotel not too bad things to improve.
The old gentleman at the front desk should be more amiable (it doesn't look very happy to be there anymore the walls are fine.

Price and room very good to be close to the center. Only problem are my cigarette paper.

Apart from the very friendly reception and the correct breakfast, the rooms are small, the décor very kitsch especially in the hallways of the hotel. There are also smells of moisture, the whole is rather murky. I don't advise!

A horror! I wanted to offer my husband a romantic night and what was my disappointment! Looks like a pass hotel! I was ashamed to have been had…
Soundproof Room: Lying! The comings and goings of the other people staying at the hotel were unbearable as the staircase was just behind the wall at the head of our bed.
Deplorable night, a back ache waking up just unimaginable, so much so that we raised the mattress and there! Surprise! Several broken slats!
At €160 at night and well I can assure you that this is a nice scam!
The photos are not representative, disappointment from the entrance into the room, traces of mold in the Jacouzzi, outside window that does not close.

Hotel M… I give the star for the sympathy of the staff who works there but for the rest my God… At first we will say that it passes then looking well 2 negative points: the sound… the impression of having his room neighbors in our room… And yet my neighbor was just coughing he was screaming… And every time he made a step the impression of having an elephant at the top… The cleanliness big negative point I'll can be shocked but it's gone… 1st note hair of c. And hair on the bed when I enter the room, spider webs to the ceiling and the jackpot on the carpet lying in front of the TV I had the misfortune to walk barefoot… Well looking closer to the dry trails of s… Yes, yes… So good when we associate this to the neighborhood where we are and well it feels like being in a hotel of pass! It's raw but sorry I call it a disgusting hotel… On this good continuation first and last time for us, a value for money simply abused.

Staff very nice but the rooms does not look like the pictures on the site much smaller spider web door dirty bathroom.

Very disappointed! Room at €140 a night with a jacuzzi filled with mildew! Can't put a foot in it! The Jacuzzi is yellowed so it is old… a shame…

A youthful hotel. We stayed there Saturday night and the room was very noisy (dont know if it was other guests or people in the building next door but we woke up several times). There are several hotels in the same price category in the area. Good if you want to stay close to the train station. They try to make the place cool. Customer service was friendly, English was spoken and help was given. Good Wifi and free beverages in the fridge. The room was tiny and the window was mainly a joke but a comfy room. Sink outside the bathroom. An ok hotel but wont return. If the parking is full ask the hotel next door (Orsay) if they have space available.

Hotel is a 3 star located 2 blocks away from the train station, the hotel is old, yet still clean with very friendly, however scarce, staff. Rooms are decent in size but the bed too hard for my taste. Bathroom was well cleaned though it did have some wear marks that come with use over time, Given the weather I felt the room to be chilli. The noise from the street was not an issue but I could hear lords of noise from the hallway. Breakfast was good in quality, yet not so in variety, off course the breakfast hall was, as the entire hotel, quite small. All in all, it's an alternative close to the train stain and walking distance to city center (10 min), be advised, there is a strip club next door.

For my birthday I treated myself to a stay of 2nuitées beautiful suite with jacuzzi mini bar perfect for a princess warm welcome, very courteous service, room service, exceptional maintenance of the premises nothing to say beautifully clean, the staff smiling and nothing to say apart from you recommended so quiet rest with a wonderful jacuzzi j return there very soon. Thank you to all the staff team, and the lady of the home, and sir that my offer of a rose. Very soon.

Hotel warm, which the staff does really an honor! Pleasant, available, always smiling, every time it is a pleasure to speak to them! A cosy room, clean, nothing to complain! The hotel is aesthetic and the decor really nice! A good address in Toulouse!

Location is poor. The station area is a bit hot.

Cosy room of type "like home" personal very nice and dedicated (even for broken c. Illes like me specialist applications at night) recommend 100%

Hotel Nice hotel great staff very friendly and helpful! We have had a pleasant stay at the breasts of this hotel! It is recommended! Layout of the room say anything! If we have a Council to leave at the hotel is can be visited the bath shower that we seemed well worn and visited the walls. Otherwise nothing to say! Breakfast perfect divine champagne! We'll be back!

Room not soundproof room, smell of musty, sticky ground, dust, stains on the wood bed, bathroom questionable cleanliness! Lino found in several place, cleaning the sink more than approximate, questionable traces on the wall…

Very friendly and attentive service. Hotel was opened only 6 months ago, therefore some things still were not finished. Rooms were very clean but the sometimes very stylish interior design didn't match the general atmosphere. Best thing in the room: The shower! (with radio, independent light, different shower modes, etc. ) Best for weekend trips to the city.
