Every year I come. The staff is pleasant and attentive.

Today at the Gastro service with Dr. Didelot, strange person, black humor. Already I was very braided by the accident in Lapeyronie with the two trams on collisions. I didn't feel listened to or respected. And I guarantee you with my medical liabilities. It's the first time I've felt ridiculed in front of a doctor. Sad experience, sad date.

Very good hospital and personally in surgery digestive pole very good team and a super competent teacher that I thank.

Doctor surgeons friendly and very competent allors do not talk about the Infermier/eras and their assistants are super friendly listening to an incomparable kindness I was on the 2nd floor gastric surgery and really well while being hospitalized C. Boccaletti.

The person who holds this hotel is dishonest.

A facility to avoid absolutely! This is not a hotel! I have not taken seriously all of the negative reviews on this hotel and now I regret it very much because alas, they are all real. A very bad experience. Total lack of comfort and security. Several negative reviews I read before the trip have mysteriously disappeared from the site. Once in the room, you can't put the key on the door, the room being quite secure from the inside. There is the risk to 'visit' during the night by anyone who has or can take hold of the lining of your key. We should trust the customers and allow them to pay upon arrival if indeed, all information posted on the website of the hotel correspond to reality and do not mislead the customer. The room, once paid, the customer won't be more refund even if it finds have been victim of a non-compliant advertising or manipulation. In short, I paid 3 nights at the hotel Saint-Eloi, while I stayed there only two. The third night, I preferred her pay elsewhere too, hope I can leave as soon as possible the hotel where I felt more safe. I managed to do at the Hotel OCEANIA — metropolis (115 euros). What about the protection of the customer.

I booked a room in this hotel via booking for 4 nights during a business trip at the University Montpellier II. Let's start with the positive:
-l'hotel is well located, it is very close to the tram 1 and the College of sciences.
-quiet, recently including passing in the street.
-the price/quality ratio is pretty good in view of the proposed House (42 euros) : even if it is small, it is clean and the furniture provided is good.
-call of the Manager a few hours before my arrival to anticipate it.
Then the points that:
-first nasty surprise: I learn by the Manager, arriving around 7:30, the hotel has recently internet connection Wi — Fi problems, for a long period of time apparently 2-3 weeks, which should have been mentioned beforehand, at least during the call to the Manager, ideally by e-mail/sms to all the future clientele as soon as the problem occurred. But good he would of course not alienate its customers.
-then: really needing a decent connection (Wi — Fi, not 3G mobile, is limited given my package of tel) for the job (quite heavy to download files, Skype Conference), I take, around 10.30 pm either a few hours after my arrival, the decision to book a room in a hotel for the next 3 nights, after checking the refreshed and to be sure to have room the next day While cancelling my reservation in the hotel Saint-Eloi via booking in parallel.

Pitiful.
Following a heavy weight on the a9 accident, not only just to spend the night in my car but more impossible to cancel the booking.
Despite all the possible evidence, they don't want to hear.
These people there do not deserve to be hotel operators, they are at the same service than them.
Unless they have learned the politeness in the meantime, I recommend this hotel.
