Ideally located, near the train station, on a street with shops, and not far from the tram this small hotel is well maintained. The room is sketchy but functional. The sde is adequate and clean. Breakfast is very good and quality for this property. The elevator is also well maintained but a bit small. Only downside the insulation of the room and shutters. Blackout curtains would have done the trick because there is just a curtain/veil and it's not double glazing so in the night the city center nearby is still lively and passers-by a little restless (for info I was on the top floor) Otherwise I spent an agreabl e (too short) stay in Montpellier… I strongly recommend it.

Nice hotel but feels a bit small (notably the bathroom because of a weird layout, and the breakfast room where there isn't a lot of space for chairs). It has good AC (which is welcome in the summer), in the rooms but not in the corridors or breakfast area.

Too much noise outside night club at 200 meters room limit one is not even stay in the room should not be claustrophobic we had a small dog it has not even the right to stay in the room I would not recommend this hotel it is for those who have pets.

Too expensive for what you know. With foul smell in the rooms made us change 3 times to room… in short I would not recommend it even though it was like even a bit amiable.

I had problems with the credit card (which I then solved) and they were very kind. Thank you very much. Contrary to what many have written in my opinion of quality is good, for those who want to spend less and has no pets there are hostels. The bedrooms are including a TV, washbasin and shower tray. Plus they also provide you with towels. The toilet is in common on every floor, always clean enough, equipped with toilet paper and paper toilet covers. I found the whole thing in general pretty neat. The location is great too. I saw that next to the hotel there is a laundry room and a small shop. Then a little further on is full of clubs.

The rooms are small, poorly insulated (lots of noises out), the toilets in the hallway (this is not clearly specified in the AD), non-competent staff (forced to wait for the succession to get a bill because the person did not know how to do it). In short I would not advise, this hotel is way too expensive for what it is.

Very small rooms especially the 111.
To avoid because it combines all the disadvantages: near elevator, window overlooking the very busy and noisy street, on the train station, on transport.

Avoid room 102, on the ground floor with its view on a sex shop. It smells like mildew.
The breakfast service is dismal. Cup of coffee filled to the brim which makes that, inevitably, the coffee stains the trousers. No excuses from the boss other than '' You will send me the Dyer's bill!

Right at the station! In the whole room with two sockets (one for the TV), I find in the present time of the technique somewhat little. There was no sink on the toilet in my room. You would have to go extra to the bathroom.

Too much noise at night. We hardly sleep at night. It is on a street where a lot of homeless people come to get drunk at night in addition to a nightclub next door. This is a hotel to be disadvised.

No way to park… easily and difficult to find the hotel…

Perfectly located hotel, we practically could do everything on foot. The Hotel staff is very nice and the breakfast!

Fro hard bed, it's noisy, TV is not in front of the bed, it is dated, there are no shower support, this breakfast as continental is a joke (no meat, no eggs, no grain, a poor piece of bread and a Crescent) is far from a continental breakfast. And the morning person almost took me to a thief because I forgot to bring the TV remote. But the Wi — Fi works well. I was in room 115. I do about 4 hotels by month.
