Having resided in several Novotel family or alone, this Novotel is well below the Group's standard.
Aside from the comfortable and spacious room, we could have thought we were in a standard hotel.
The service is just kind. Classic breakfast for a Novotel but the plates to serve would have needed to be clean.
Disappointing evening meal: cold smoked steak, salad made more than passable. Endless wait for dessert.
Children's space too far from the small lounge/bar, difficult to monitor them.
An experience, for me, not to be repeated.

A luxury hotel located in the heart of Nîmes, halfway between the train station and the Bullring. Nice service, great comfort. Breakfast was great. That can't be overlooked.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. A little trouble with the access cards to the rooms that demagnetisent in contact with the phone.

Change of direction, staff very attentive to the needs of the customers.
Buffet that changed also, of choice, copious, at the end of the meal we still had cheese and desserts, which was not the case in previous years.

If you want to get into the parking lot of the hotel, do not bother to pick up an access card, the drive is down; Just ring.
Otherwise the rooms are large, clean and quiet.

I went there for my wedding on the weekend of 20 and 21Avril I thank the whole team for their kindness, to have been to the small care with me! I would highly recommend this hotel the staff were shown available, smiling, amiable! The suite was very clean all the time! I have nothing else to say except that thank you for participating in an important event for me and for helping to make this an unforgettable moment in my eyes!

Can do better. Great location Parking 12 euros. Average breakfast buffet. Comfortable room but need renovation. It's more of a 3-star. Friendly staff A lot of potential.

Very good quality Hotel. In an unbeatable area of this beautiful city. We had a room with a view of the park. The rooms look a bit old but totally functional.
It has pàrquing integrated into the hotel although if you have a van or similar you will not enter because it has low ceiling.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast and still having quite a few people noticed that it was cooked as it was spacious and very good.

EXCELLENT Weekend in love the Superb hotel is located just a few steps from the arenas and five minutes from the train station, it has a secure car park with a minute deposit in front of the property for luggage and disabled guests.
The reception is 24 hours a day by a multilingual staff trèsaimable and at your disposal, ideal for a weekend in love.
My companion and I had reserved a superior room-double bed and sofa bed a person for space.
The room was spacious, more than 22 m² and could combine work and relaxation in all serenity.
It combined the modernity of the Decord, the ergonomics and the tdchnicite of equipments.
No complaints about the bathroom very functional.
In our formula the buffet breakfasts were included.
The accommodation and breakfast is free for two children under the age of 16 sharing the parents ' room.
The room was very clean.
A play area for your family stay will make the young people happy.
Pets are accepted for 8 Euros.
Moreover it is very quiet and the food of the brewery, which offers vegetarian dishes, is very good.

Very nice breakfast But the price is scary! 16.50 have it is expensive the croissant and the cakes that are on the other hand excellent. The reception is staid but still warm.

The hotel is well located, but it's getting old! The mattresses of the kids beds were horrible, they smelled like springs! On the other hand very helpful staff who took charge of our Glassiere.

Ask for two bed, got a bed a couch. At least we got some random coins inbetween the cracks of the couch when we deployed it…

Spotlessly clean, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped. A/C in rooms works very well.

Beautiful and Central place. Big rooms. Consistent breakfast. The only problem is the closing breakfast at 9.30 a. M.

This hotel is a few minutes walk from the Roman amphitheatre and within the town center. The staff is quite friendly, and the rooms are very quiet and comfortable. Although the building itself lacks in charm, I would certainly recommend this hotel.

While the hotel is ugly but it is in the city center and perfectly meets the standards category Accor (hall, room, catering, etc. ). No bad surprise for regulars.
