Very warm welcome, helpful and attentive staff, spacious, comfortable and clean room. Everything is fine except the elevator a bit noisy when you have a room nearby.

Disappointed by the décor of this hotel rated 3-star old bathrooms bad soundproofing between the rooms did not take breakfast as found the price exorbitant. 15! On the other hand good bedding and welcome staff very nice and helpful.

Old Hotel, close to the gondola of Font-Romeu, the staff is attentive and the breakfast is correct, if you ski in the station a good place.
It has good heating and the triple rooms are immense.

The room is comfortable and clean.
The "form" space is rich, sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi and sports apparatus, lacking the ambient music.
I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. The atmosphere is family. We eat very well, I would say too well. Nice rooms. The owners renovate and bring improvements every year. I go at least once a year and this year 2 times what a chance I advise you.

Visit in half tint. On one side of big negatives: Come in couple we are told that we have a room with separate bed (customer group, then surely already disadvantaged? ) because the hotel is "complete" (Personally I do not think I have crossed so many people…). The spa is very small and quickly becomes unpleasant as soon as there are more than 8 people (hammam with 4 places without indication of temperature and which rises too becoming unbreathable; sauna for 2 ditto for the temperature that rises too; Jacuzi of 6 places (enjoying the Proximity) ). Please note that the sauna and hammam operate from 5pm 30 to 20h 30. Don't forget your tap and bathrobes (you can rent them on the spot if not for 1 and €2 respectively per day). Side room we had a very old room and especially with the dust in bonus on the ground. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. We also tested the hotel restaurant. Apart from the excellent reception that was done to us, the food side was the opposite. Goat salad with bread and goat certainly from the supermarket, a salad that bathes in the vinaigrette and for the apple pie, frozen for sure.
The only positives I could find were the availability and kindness of the staff & the Breakfast which is excellent (good coffee, good apple juice, possibility to make its own orange juice pressed, sweet of salty. No complaints for that).
Damage.

We came a weekend at the Carlis, great Hotel, C is true a little veillot but super comfortable. We will come back to it without a problem. Friendly staff.

Correct, but notable flaws all the same. The room is old and renovations have to be done (very cracked in the bathroom for example).
On the other hand, excellent bedding so a balance still correct.
Finally, there is not a lot of choice at lunch (quite many anyway) cons really very good, whether it is fresh bread or fresh orange juice.

A great stay, warm at every moment. The staff is especially friendly, caring and very engaging. Very nice services, a restaurant room (half board) with chalet decor. The breakfasts are at the top, the dinners are so well prepared and varied. Thank you all for these good times.

I spent a night at the Hotel du Carlit, booking one night for two people at 11.30 am, very good reception despite the late hour. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place in the heart of font-Romeu is very well placed. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very good. Only negative the décor is to renew if you take into account the price of the room. Very positive return of the stay.

Very cozy too good price with great service. Admittedly, the hotel is a bit old. The service is excellent, the staff very friendly and the breakfast first class. In the lobby there is an open fireplace next to a billiards table, which invites you to linger. Highly recommended.

The shower in the spa was cold. The rest was quite good.

Comfortable room and nice hotel overall but problem in the service. Some mixing worries in the washing machines but they are largely compensated by the sympathy and the help of the owners.

Came in weekend skiing with friends, our stay to start on the wheel hats with a deplorable welcome … we had to settle the rooms before we even had access (the availability of the rooms is only at 16.00! ) We were treated as if we Did not settle anything, even at the bar, however positive the restaurant with a pleasant and smiling service, despite high rates that are not justified in the view of the menus
Room level what to say … antiquated, soundproof, not always very clean
In short we will not return to this hotel that almost ruined our pleasures to come skiing, this hotel does not deserve its 3 stars, it had to be built in 1980 and since no renovation or landscaping.

Cheat in the price and photos of the hotel. You enter at 4pm and make you leave at 11am. Bar service is more expensive than the bars adjacent. Facilities are old and obsolete.

Buffet breakfast too expensive, too sad. Bland and without color, not enough international, 3 jams and fruits do not justify the exorbitant price, on the other hand, the maid decides that she does not have it to do, And decides to make the room as she did not have the time to do the go and come the 3rd and 4th floor. If you go with the teens to the Wi-Fi is not awesome. And finally, a quality / price ratio well above that.

Hotel that makes you feel like home because hotel really has a soul and the staff team is top, dedicated to your service with a smile and a desire to satisfy the customer by altruism… I think it's good in this society that has lost the sense of human values. Thank you!
Only downside: I suggest a slightly more intimate lighting in the bathroom, the neon is a little too powerful.

Very nice, we had the privilege of being in the renovated floor, nice and spacious room.
We also took the perfectly fine spa area and especially at a comfortable temperature.

Hotel very old school whose partially renovated rooms are a mixture of 40 years of deco. Funny but functional. Not bad Spa, sauna and hammam very well. Very kind and attentive staff.
Only downside to our liking: the very very strong cigarette smell in the corridors and by time in the bathroom.

Hotel visibly resort within a resort. A bit expensive given the quality of the rooms a bit narrow and aging. We forget some inconvenience as the absence of SOAP in the showers for 3 days, the showerhead that does not. Where the local ski at the end of a maze of narrow stairs etc… However to be honest, the staff does its best and is a remarkable attention and kindness. I put a maximum score for the staff and a 4/10 for the owner of this hotel which is well located downtown in the middle of the shops and restaurants… I recommended for winter sports to leave his vehicle free downtown parking, because the hotel has no parking.

The hotel is rather well located in station and the pleasant hospitality lounge. We were disappointed by the reception upon arrival (week payable immediately, the unheard of for us! ) and by the dilapidated state of the room (slats and the household including). He lack of smiles and joy to live personnel, which is so important for a successful holiday (don't what Hello downhill in the morning). The restaurant was also a disappointment (apparently related to a problem in the kitchen on the night of our booking, no luck! ). Some varieties in the breakfast would have been nice. We would not return.

Quite old hotel, the rooms should be refreshed and only a radiator worked. Breakfast very expensive for the service and hospitality, the hotel elevator. But mostly space form is again completely: tiny, rusted weight machines, jacuzzi bath very dirty… It is announced in the delivery but not worthy of use. Very friendly reception and games in appreciable hall (billiards, ping-pong, table football) family.

What a pleasure to be welcomed at Luc and Monique for a week, feels like home, in a warm atmosphere of mountain to the fire (the lobby is splendid and quiet with his fire to the wood that purrs! ) A place to recommend to all lovers of the altitude and the good reception.

The team of the Carlit has been very welcoming. It's a place cosy well equipped and ideally located in the heart of Font Romeu. The breakfast is excellent. The products are fresh and we have lunch in a very mountain atmosphere… The rooms are well equipped and bedding is good. For children, staff is very attentive and understanding. Place to recommend.

Friendly and warm welcome. Nice amenities (swimming pool in a lovely setting with a great view). Copious and varied breakfast in a nice room all wooden cottage way. The players have something to feast (billiards, ping pong, flipper. ). We will definitely stay at this hotel and we were very well received. Our dog Babou has, also, enjoyed this lovely hotel.

Very nice! Very nice atmosphere, comfortably installed on the chairs around the central fire or in the adjoining game room with bar and his piano available to pianists in grass as more jazzy. Very spacious with in more a games room and drawings, made available, for children for free!
