The setting is beautiful, the small cottage charming with their shady terraces
on the other hand for a 4 and given the price, the level of services is a little light … At the "spa", sauna closed and steam room not started by the staff. Nice but very short massage.
It's also a pity that the restaurant is closed.

A nice place — quiet and soothing, without fault of taste with beautiful stone, everywhere. Nice corners to visit all around. The staff are very friendly, very good stay! We recommend.

We booked for a weekend talasso you have to arrive at 5pm knowing that we leave the next day at 11am

I'm not attacking. Employees who look completely overwhelmed and especially understaffed.

For a 4-plus hotel, the beautiful setting, quality dining, spacious rooms and above all quiet place. The staff are pleasant lying smiling and anxious that you have a good time. But I find that it lacks a play area for the little ones (swing, turnstile, slide etc…).
I also find that the benefits have decreased: more baggage handler, it does not feel that when something is broken it is not repaired (hole in the wall of the toilet unplugged, dry hair of the broken spa), we also do not have the same benefits of s ervices from one day to the next (one morning we are served hot drinks, the next day we must serve but without being warned then we wait and as no one comes we will serve! ) The cold outdoor pool (in the middle of August) the indoor pool too hot. For having done different 4, the gardens of St. Benedict do not especially deserve them.

Positive points: well-equipped detached houses (washing machines, dishwashers etc), regular maintenance by roommaids, spacious residence, beautiful indoor and outdoor picines, very resouring spa, bucolic setting, Wi-Fi, parking, television in the living room.
Negatives: the faulty air conditioning in our room, while it was 40o outside. We had to call the front desk and technician 6 times for it to be changed and. It subsequently broke down.
No ramp on the stairs of our house, I was on my guard throughout the stay so that my two-year-old daughter would not fall.

Very well-made, tranquil and well integrated in the agricultural environment, comfortable and very well equipped. Very recomenable to travel with family. Notable spa.

The facilities are a bit old and with damage. The spa works from time to time. As for the house, it is quite comfortable, even though the sisters of the bathrooms did not work. The food at the buffet is good. Less variety than in many hotels, but better quality products.

C is a magical place AC. Indoor and outdoor pools for vs relax. Its your The detour especially for couples… Laughing out loud.

The setting is very nice except that it is necessary to choose the dates of their stay. It is not advisable to go there on the weekend of mother's day because a market is organized at the expense of the comfort of the customers (stands too close to the houses, and the inability to relax at the pool due to noise pollution…). It is a shame.

Great place for a long weekend. The place is composed exclusively of small terraced houses with private garden, it's really very nice and relaxing. (Off season)

Flat for the spa which the heat was stifling. Non-functional at times Hammam and sauna.
Cities cool to visit in about 30 minutes (Carcassonne…)

What happiness! the Spa is a true wonder! the deco is very classy, the gargantuan breakfast… We are is gone out of season by taking advantage of a special offer at the time the price were reasonable, otherwise it remains quite expensive accommodation but that's worth it if you want to make you happy.

Very disappointing delivery, due to several unacceptable anomalies according to us, in terms of the price of our stay in this complex is called "4-star":
• We booked by phone for good voluntarily specify that not being a couple, but just friends, we wanted to 2 separate beds. The person who took our reservation has no objection to this request. But despite this precision, our room had only 1 single large bed on arrival… The receptionist told us that nothing was specified on our record and that this was inconsistent with the offer. No alternative is we has been proposed to try to solve this problem…

• The welcome at reception was rude: the receptionist didn't even not looked up to say hello and even said "Hello Madam and Mister" (there is no one else in the room). Similarly for the reception at breakfast which was more than "cold".
• The lobby had no display on tourist activities in the territory, and the receptionist was also very limited in its tourist references.
• At the restaurant, we did not have appetizer cake with our drink, the reserves being depleted due to preparation of a seminar
• In the home:
o channel TF1… no?
o no hairdryer in the room…?
o 1 glass tooth for two, 1 SOAP, 1 shower gel and 1 shampoo for two…?
o 1 towel for two bag…? (handy when going in offbeat! )
o ants in the bathroom and on the massage table?

Sewers smelled bad and the above ensuites unusable, because of the smell. Aircon noisy and not the rooms cool. Missing base of devices of inc hair dryer, Ironing Board, iron, etc. Chipping and the paint had not maintained shutters. Grass not cut and gardens were not managed cat feces in the garden. Liegestühle broken. Shower can not be regulated and is extremely hot children would scald. High Chair makers broke. Main pool and Villa pool were so cold that it was impossible to swim. Children pool closed. Pool has cracked tiles. There is not enough sun loungers. The "nature trail" is dangerous there are old pieces of furniture and grills, etc. Animals are confined to a small area, and the donkey stand in his own feces. Twice in the restaurant were it not enough to eat — we had an alternative to make. The restaurant was not even full. Outdoor BBQ meals did not happen. The resort is under managed and very unsuitable for families.
