Our room was on the ground floor, it's was spacious with a small kitchenette that had a sink, kettle, 2 ring hob and micro wave. The bizzare thing was that there was no work surface in the kitchenette to prepare any food. Whilst the room was spacious it was a poorly cleaned and maintained, all the skirting boards were extremely grubby. The bathroom was large but the shower cubicle was probably the smallest I've ever been in. The staff were excellent, helpful and informative. The swimming pool is very small for a hotel this size so don't bank on using the pool.

Very functional and practical aparthotel with an excellent location where you link easily with various roads to carry out trips and excursions.
Also very close to several malls. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very well. Breakfast price however a little high compared to the prices charged in more star hotels. But very good overall.

Close to the road connections, away from the city and Cité, we took two rooms for three months and they give us very separate because the hotel is full. You could not watch the TV and the Wi-Fi only worked one afternoon. Strong smells in the rooms. Breakfast not suitable for coeliacs. It was pretty clean and the staff was friendly.

Spacious room, kitchenette. Tartar in the toilet so cleaning to strengthen. Hearty breakfast When the baker is on time.

Staff available and nice, well located hotel and well equipped studio (heating down but a small blower was provided to heat) but then cleanliness level there is work, damage…

We appreciated the welcome and friendliness of the hotel manager but as far as the hotel itself would need a nice refreshment. The carpets are stains and need to be changed. The curtains are without a sad condition, stains and sometimes torn. Apart from this the place is very quiet. As for breakfast apparently you have to go and take it as soon as it opens otherwise there are no more pastries and just a baguette (oke it was 9:30 …) but this set apart it is ok. Too bad though because the place must be very nice especially in the summer with the pool. The parking is well secured which is a nice plus nowadays. It is well located near a supermarket and next to a pizzeria run by "little" young people who seem to have a blast in their work. The pizzas and salads were excellent. Very well located in relation to the hotel. So for a quick step it was good but before going for a longer stay it would have to rejuvenate a little even to increase the prices if it is to find a little more comfort. Good luck to you. When we arrived at 2pm there was no one at reception for it to be holiday. They should have previously informed us about how to check in. To enter the hall from the street it is necessary to enter a security code in the door, which we did not know. We were very fortunate to find other users who opened us, gave us the keys and explained how to get the room key (they found themselves in the same situation and had to call them over the phone). What if someone does not have a phone, does not have a line or directly does not have?
The room was clean and equipped as we expected.
The check out is to the 11h. By chance we read in a paper that was next to the key (written only in French and English) that we had to clean. Honestly, I didn't like being hotel made to pick up the kitchen, put the dishwasher on and throw away the trash. Shall we make the bed and the laundry too? If you do, they charge a supplement of almost €50.

Very good value for money.

Good value for money, big studio with fully equipped kitchen (2 cooking plates, dishwasher etc. ). Decent breakfast. Free parking in front of the building. Some bathroom fixtures were broken and the free Wi-Fi is very annoying to use.

Problems with having hot water. Very bad Wi-Fi (no connection in the room) and poor quality breakfast. I don't recommend that hotel.

It is very expensive for in the end a minimal service, dust… It's a money machine. Frankly I do not recommend, I would rather recommend the small guest houses that are about in the same prices and êtement better!

Clean, tidy, well equipped and we'll positioned with a friendly welcome. Great road trip stopover.

It. Was basic Accommodations. Good views,, small kitchenette, short walk to a grocery store and restaurants. 220 minute q.

Hotel very well, in reality it is a hotel residence with kitchenette fridge everything to be autonomous. 10 minutes from the city and the ramparts of Carcassonne. The value for money is very attractive.

Half hour walk from the centre. Rooms have a fridge and little kitchen. Nice hotel if you don't need a lot of luxury but can enjoy a pool.

After living in and out of large dormitories in hostels for two weeks having a private apartment was a godsend. While the hotel is a bit of a walk from the downtown core it is situated in a very quiet area. Buffet breakfast for 9 Euro is decent and the staff are very friendly. I'd recommend it.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. They nickel and dime you for absolutely everything. The cleanliness is not great, probably because they require guests to clean up after themselves so they don't have to, and the previous guest is probably not putting their best effort into it. Instead of a real bed, you get a fold out sofa.

Hotel well located, large apartment, but more than just disappointing cleanliness! : attached to the Moldy bathroom, moldy walls, tiles of the kitchen, bathrooms, carpet stained and full of dust, no remote for the TV…

Without any doubt, do not recommend, since being a hotel with 3 star leaves to be desired, there are hotels 2 stars who give them 50 laps to this, starting with the Wifi service, which was not available with ease, nor as a sad piece of SOAP, or a drier paint it on the Web, in the bathroom or nothing at all, and the room with an imaginary bed or a sofa bed, a disappointment the truth.

Double room big and clean. Quiet hotel located in an area. Reception open until 9 pm in summer (the type to home was on the starting blocks at 8:45). Do not have the address but rather the hotel on Google maps, otherwise you may find yourself like me in the village near Carcassonne)

Nice family hotel. There is a bus about 5 minutes walk away that takes you to the center ville. It has a pool, good aircon, nice staff and its clean. Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Loads of parking outside. Its reasonably priced. Pharmacie and pizza place nearby.
