Hotel very well placed for the medieval city, a little far from the train station. Not really cachet, but quiet enough. Parking closed possible.

Staff friendly and helpful. Room just renovated and cleaned. One step away from the medieval city. I recommend it.

Great value for money, it has a covered garage where to park with a small surcharge but it's worth it. A little difficult the road between parking and exit, unfortunately Carcassone is a jewel and therefore every space is used to the maximum.

Clean, handy and staff are great, but has a glass wall between toilet and room.

Very convenient location, next to castle's main entrance. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff speaks English, French and Spanish.

The reception is very friendly, the staff is available to the guests. The rooms are small, as far as I'm concerned the bedding was not to taste my back. And impossible to lean on the head of the bed to read, the luminaires do not allow. It's very clean, nothing to complain about! Another downside to the bathroom: when you take your shower you water the toilet!

The hotel is very good, the location is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. (maybe some habitació too, not mine) I put 4 because there were only 2 plugs throughout the room including Banyo and entrance.

The staff are very welcoming, the hotel is close to the city which is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is satisfactory. I highly recommend it.

Hotel of absolute tranquility with excellent location just a few steps from the Cité de Carcassonne or Old town. Comfortable, practical, clean where the lobby staff understands and is made to understand in the Spanish language. The hotel has parking service for an additional cost and a good breakfast at a cost of €10 per person.
A nice and cheap solution for food is the VIVAL FERNANDEZ distribution to one block the hotel, located on the avenue of General Leclerc, and especially attended by a very nice and cozy Spanish lady, who speaks in perfect Spanish language. Down that same avenue down to the city center you'll find PIZZA on TIME, in case you like fast food for a low price.

Good location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and tidy.

Small room but very comfortable, well air-conditioned and with spacious shower. The toilet bowl was inside the shower, but hey. Just a few steps from the citadel and we were allowed to park even after check out. Recommended.

We spent 5 nights and usually all very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is 3 min walk from the entrance to the Cite of Carcassonne. Only indicate the small size of the rooms and bathrooms and the lack of storage, but overall very well. Good value for money.

Only one night spent in this hotel.
Staff and Chambresympathique at the foot of the city and a few minutes walk from the town centre (15/20min). Small flats; The Wi-Fi in the hotel does not pick up well in the rooms, and the pillows are very thin two small points that are not so negative but I do share it anyway for the future customers to whom it can disturb. But I would highly recommend this hotel at a reasonable price compared to its location.

Clean and well maintained rooms, a little bit small but well equipped. The service is ok, and they speak various languages. Free parking and video cameras everywhere. Possibly to park inside. Breakfast a bit pricey.

Much better than the two stars let you imagine. The best room during our 2 week visit in France. Helpful staff, night staff apparently doesnt speak English. Parking lot behind the hotel, we got to keep our car there until 1 pm on the day of the check out. Close to the castle. The biggest turn off was the breakfast coffee which was simply awful. Other than that, very recommendable!

So close to the medieval city (400m at most) and a short stroll to the 'new' city. Friendly, helpful staff. Very quiet despite being on the approach to the city for pedestrians and motor vehicles. Parking is a tight squeeze but usually available on-site.

Without a lift and with the light of the bathroom that lights up the bedroom (even at night). Very close to the historic city (5 minutes walk)

Clean rooms, not a really good customer service from reception, only one plug in the room, and cigarette smell inside the room.

A clean and small hotel right near the Cité. The rooms are a bit small, almost cramped. The breakfast is nice. And the place also has parking. It is not charming or fantastic, but reliable, clean, and convenient.

To start with the good things about it — new, clean, friendly service, working Wi-Fi, available parking and close to the old-city. The hotel was "planned" however by architects with a devious mind. The rooms are so small (probably around 5 sqm) that two people have to plan how they move not to squeze each other out. The shower+wc is separated by a glass wall from the sleeping area — to save some additional space I assume and everything in the room (tv, chair, nightstand) was selected with minimizing space occupied rather than maximizing function as an objective. The only thing not tiny about the room was its price.
