We just returned from a lovely 3 night stay for my husbands 50th Birthday at the beautiful Carcassonne B & B.
Everything was spot on from the communication on booking, friendly welcome and hosts, beautiful room with a view of the castle (red room), location to the Cité a few minutes walk, the lovely breakfast on offer each morning. We wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future and recommend to our friends and family.

It was so close to the Castle with excellent views at night and Danelle and her staff were very friendly and helpful. They spoke perfect English and the breakfasts were delicious.

We had a fabulous stay in Carcassonne with these wonderful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. I loved the Victorian theme to the house, especially as I am an author writing a Victorian novel, set in the 1890s.
The location is perfect, very near the walls of the medieval Castle. We enjoyed the breakfasts with omelettes and pancakes and lots of fresh coffee.

Convenient location to everywhere, great choice of breakfast which is fresh and tasty. (Freshly ground coffee) The decor is quirky and nostalgic. The hosts are lovely and welcoming.

Fantastic place to stay. Amazing staff. The owner was on holidays but the lady that was administrating the place was lovely. The decoration inside it super special, everything match. One of the rooms was a perfect view on the castle. One of the best b&b that I have been so far.

Beautiful location and a lovely manager!

Just spent four nights at this fabulous bed and breakfast, AND, what a breakfast! Delicious. The b and b is literally a stones throw away from Le Cite and about 25 minutes walk through town to the Canal du midi and railway station.
Have had a lovely few days there.
Would, absolutely recommend Carcassonne Bed and Breakfast as a place to stay, it's fab!

An outstanding B&B just minutes from La Cite and the new town.
Staying for 4 nights, we enjoyed the comfort of the Gold room on our stay.
There is free Wi-Fi throughout the building.
Each day began with a breakfast with a great selection of fruit, breads, cheese, meats, croissants, teas and coffees. The breakfast is all prepared by Mike our impeccable host who also make crepes and omelettes on alternate days using (Peter’s secret recipe)

Stayed at Carcassonne B&B for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. We were warmly welcomed by Mike who showed us to our room and gave us a map of the area with some recommendations of places to eat nearby. The house was full of character and the decor was very romantic and quirky. We had a lovely room at the front of the house on a quiet street which had a lovely comfy antique bed and an elegant tea tray and kettle set out on the dresser plus many other thoughtful details. The street was just a few minutes walk from the old walled cité so ideally located for evening dining. There are many good restaurants and shops within the cité but for those with limited mobility it is a steep climb up to the ramparts. There is a carpark near the top of the hill for those that need it. A delicious continental breakfast was served each morning and Mike and Pete were very attentive. We were offered extra treats such as freshly made crêpes or an omelette and they made sure our coffee cups were replenished regularly. Overall we were delighted with our stay and hope to come back again some time soon.

Excellent view of the old town from the room. Had a very good breakfast Which included fruit salad, crepes with lemon, four types of cheese, granola, bread, tangerines, yogurt. Mike alternates making omelets and crepes. He is an Englishman so there is an electric kettle, teapot, teacups and saucers and a selection of teas in the room. The only negative is that the bathtub in our room had no shower curtain and so you had to sit down in the tub holding the shower nozzle.

Fantastic place, beautifully decorated. Lots of atmosphere. Immaculately clean. Very friendly hosts full of local knowledge. Substantial breakfast and nice chat in the morning set us up for each day of our visit. Can't recommend enough.

I was 3 lovely days here, the owners Mike and Peter really take care of you. The breakfast in the garden was amazing, the bath relaxing and the view from the room are the best. I'll come back with no dudes.

It was great staying there! Right next to the castle/cité. Really beautifu rooms with antique furniture. Friendly and caring owners helping you out with anythin you need. And the brealkfast: lots of variety and super delicious! Thanks a lot for this great and unique experience!

We really enjoyed it. It is 6 min walking to the side entrance of la cité of Carcassone. The owners, Peter and Mike are really nice and helpful. Incredible breakfast with amazing crepes. I recommend it.

Peter and Mike are welcoming and warm people, they are very discreet, the bedding is excellent, the room is quite full of trinkets, the bathroom with shower is small but sufficient and the breakfasts are excellent; sweet, salty and every day a new dish (omelet, crepe) the guest room is very well located, at the foot of the citadel. We had three good days. Thank you Peter and Mike!
