Quick passage for 2 evening stages… Warm welcome, excellent restaurant, nickel rooms, really nice patrons, gorgeous setting.

Very welcome, a pleasant table with a view of the garden and psicin, and finally an explosive meal in the mouth and which delighted more than one. To do and redo.

The cuisine on offer is very refined and of a high quality. The menu and menus are in tune with the specialties of the region. The wines are also of high quality.
The place has been completely redone and decorated with the own works of the owner who is a painter and sculptor. Don't hesitate to ask him to share his passion with you at the end of the meal: he will be delighted and exciting!
The only complaint concerns the service: the little young person who is in charge is not up to the task, his eagerness makes him realize many nonsense and unforgivable blunders at this price level.

Beautiful place, beautiful discovery in the heart of the Aveyron, in a small authentic village. The rooms are very comfortable, a bit simple certainly but very clean and very quiet. And the table! From breakfast to dinner, it was exceptional, wonderful products: I recommend the tasting menu! Let the leader guide you! Father and son make a great team, we were very well received. Thanks to them for this nice and authentic break.

An excellent address at 20 minutes of Rodez!

A dish and dessert priced at €28 a week and offered at €35 because it is a Sunday! And it was the lowest price!
The service was very long… About an hour for a dish and a dessert…
Six tables in the restaurant were busy. (Two tables of 4 people and 3 tables of two persons and one person)
The food offered was season and quality… Nice presentation. And taste a treat.! The vegetables would however have deserved a little more cooking but the meat was melting in the mouth… mmmmm.
But does this treat justify this high price?

Two nights with a little girl of two years. Two nights of Dreams. Bedding at the top, very pretty room with a nice view of the castle and the pool and bathroom very clean and recent. As for the half-board dinner, we were delighted. Perfect Service from small touches to good wine advice. Mr. Cordy and his team were able to transport us for two gourmet meals from the appetizer to the appetizer, the dish and the dessert. To remake absolutely! Thank you and keep it up. Soon surely:)
